ADVANCED RAINGUTTER SYSTEMS

* We don't often write reviews, but my wife and I simply had to do so for Dieter and his company, Advanced Rain Gutter Systems. Our first terrific experience was some years ago, when Dieter did an amazing job installing gutters on our two-story home. He was amazingly responsive and did a terrific job for a very good price. Then, just recently, our beloved, first-born son, who was building a work gazebo for himself and his mother, passed. We wanted to save his work and, since Dieter's work was so good, we called him as the rains were a few days away. Dieter changed his travel plans, came by immediately and installed gutter on the structure a day before the rains came! Larger job or small job, he is simply someone we feel should be recognized and thanked.

It couldn't have gone better. Dieter was the quickest to respond, several other rain gutter companies I asked for quotes from never even responded. Dieter was out the next morning for an estimate exactly on time and we liked his estimate and Dieter himself so we agreed on him doing the repairs and rain gutter replacement. He was precisely on time this morning to do the work and it all came out perfectly. We are extremely happy with the work and Dieter. Kudos to him for his punctuality and professionalism. Five stars!

We utilized Dieter several times. He's reliable, on time, cleans up, and self-sufficient (didn't borrow any tools, etc). Not afraid of a small job. Stays in contact prior to showing up.

Dieter was straight forward throughout the process. No surprises; got what I paid for without hassles.

After a brief consultation on Friday, and a repaired date set for Tuesday. Dieter arrived on time and immediately/expertly started chalking leaks, removed and secured splash guards and installed a couple of elbows in controlling water flow. Great job!

He was fast and knowledgeable. I would recommend for any gutter job. He brought various colors to match the house.

This company does not return calls. I'm not sure why it got an A rating.

My existing gutters in the back were plastic and leaking - water overflowing after new roof. Dieter came out for an estimate right away and explained completely his recommendations. I felt confident about him right away. all of the reviews had been glowing and I wasn't disappointed. He did a great job on the installation. During a significant rain, I noticed that there was still one area where the water was missing the gutter. I called Dieter and he was on it. He came out and added a panel to keep the water from splashing over. Looks great ! Highly recommended.

Dieter was prompt and professional when returning my calls. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The price was fair and I'll definitely contact him again for any future rain gutter needs.

He did more than I expected. He did a little repair that went from the top story to the bottom story, which he just did that on his own for me.

Dieter Wiesner completed the initial evaluation and final work. He was awesome (on-time [early], worked hard & efficiently, cleaned up, very nice man). His evaluation of the existing rain gutter system was honest and thorough. Both the replacement portions and repair portions of the project went well. Dieter was willing to work with us to get the initial estimate and then to get the job done very quickly...so that we could stay on schedule to have the exterior of the house painted. (This project was for a house we recently purchased. We hadn't noticed that the rain gutters needed work until we were almost ready to go with the exterior painting, but then we wanted the rain gutters finished so they could be painted too.) I highly recommend and would use this company again.

Excellent workmanship. Came on time and completed work quickly. Personable friendly and efficient.

He came when he said he would and worked hard all morning. After everything was installed, he patched the holes in the stucco from a discarded down spout and left everything clean. i would recommend him.

Meet with Dieter and showed him what I would like done and where I would like the down spouts placed. Everything went well and the price was good so I gave him the ok on the contract to get the gutters and downspouts installed. I was at work during the install but came home and was pleasantly surprised, everything looked great! I even was able to call Dieter and make a change to the gutter on our patio area that was not part of the original contract but looked off once the rest of the gutters were installed. He came back out a few days later and completed that work as well. Once again I was not there during the install due to work but much like the first time returned home to great work and a nice install.

Arrived early checked out all the gutters and explained why the problem had occurred. I am very satisfied with his work and attitude.

The rain gutter guy they sent was awesome! If everybody was as good as him, this world would be a better place. He did an excellent work. He was prompt. He was early for the estimate and then he showed up early for the job. I haven't compared prices with other providers but I thought Advanced Raingutter Systems gave a good price. They were also honest! I didn't know that I would get a discount if I mention Angie's List. When I did, he told me "Good thing you told me. You get a 10% discount." I mean to get some more rain gutters from them!

With the upcoming rains I decided we needed a gutter on the back of our house. I searched the list and found Advanced Raingutter Systems. I also like to keep businesses I work with Local to my area. I left a message and Deiter called my back within minutes. We was able to come out within the hour. He went over my options and was able to provide every answer to all my questions. We scheduled the work for the next day, but later today he said if I had time he could come over and do it the same day !! The install went great even with all the clutter on my patio and trees. Quick response, professionalism and a great installation. I recommend Deiter highly.

They came out when they said they would, no sweat. They did a wonderful job matching colors and explaining materials.

He showed up right at the time he said he would arrive; went to work and had the job done in less than two hours. It is obvious Deiter is a real skilled tradesman and doesn't linger around to drive up the cost of a job. The gutter and downspout all matched the stucco color exactly. What a pleasant fellow to work with who know his trade and applies it so efficiently.

I called Dieter Monday morning and he came out within 45 minutes to give me an estimate. I told him what I wanted but also asked him for his input/advice. We talked about the North side (the front of the house) that was only 2' and I said I wanted a raingutter there because I get black stain marks going down the stucco wall. I talked about a rain chain and he told me what he could do to accommodate that, but he did point out that a lot of water would be coming down that area because of overlapping roofline. He suggested a downspout for that area and said I could hook into the 3' drain pipe that was near by, I went with his suggestion. On the West side, I asked if the 67' would be more then one piece but he said that it would be one continuous piece, he would have his son come and help him raise that piece. He's installed single pieces that were in excess of 140' with 3 people lifting it. He can hang up to 64' by himself. I made a suggestion of putting one of the downspouts 20' in from the end because the bedroom was in that corner of the house, thought the tinkling of the water coming down would be too much. But he said it does not rain that often and what little rain that does come down has a nice sound to it and he likes it. Also, if I sell the house, the new owner may wonder why the downspout was not put in the corner. It made sense to me and the engineering of the downspouts on both ends made more sense. I went with his suggestion again. On the South side, he again had a better suggestion of where the downspout should go and I went with it too. I hired him on the spot. His estimate was a little over my budget but with the Angie's List 10% discount, that helped. He said the job should take about 3 hours. We scheduled the install for that Friday and he came and set up and got started on time at 8 am. His son was there to help him put up the 67'er then he left. I was there the whole time and asked more questions about the material etc. He gets his anodized aluminum raingutter from IMS. It has a 100-year material warranty. The IMS pamphlet had 30 different colors to chose from. Dieter gives me a life time warranty on part and labor. The seal he uses is better then liquid nail. He showed me what he does to make the 90 degree corners and explains why he does it that way. (I don't want to give away his secrets). He likes what he does and puts his best effort into his work. He uses top quality material. The hangers are no more then 3' apart and in many places closer. He explained how I could place a ladder on it without damaging the raingutter. The straps are positioned to cover the joints of the downspout. If the strap's cement nail does not hit a stud, then he uses an expandable wing nut to secure the strap. He carefully measures length of all the raingutters to the fraction of the inch. He has long time (13-14 years) construction contractors that use him to hang raingutter for their tract homes. I know you get what you pay for, and I feel I got the best product that will last a very long time.

Dieter did a fabulous job and the gutters look awesome. They look like I have crown molding around my house. They were very professional, came on time and fully cleaned up after they were done including removing my old gutters that had already been taken down.
