David Ahmadi emailed me as soon as he received the inquiry about a suspected mold issue and promptly followed up with a phone call. He arrived on time the next day and thoroughly inspected the area in question. I was shocked when he said that he could not detect a mold or significant water issue but suggested that I refrain from cleaning the area for a few weeks. If spots or odor reappeared, he would come back out and take a sample from the wall interior. He did not even charge me for a service call! I am skeptical of most contractors and quite familiar with construction. David was prompt, polite, knowledgable and honest. Highly Recommend!
