He knows all about mold as he trains constantly. I only took off one-star due to a bit of sloppiness in a post-remediation paint job after drywall was put back up. One can never expect complete perfection anyway. He came very close. I would use him again and highly recommend him.

I am very happy with David's professionalism, quality of work and how fast they took care of our problem. His crew took care of our mold issue in our master bathroom, installed a new high powered quite exhaust fan, removed the linoleum flooring and dry walls, removed the mold, replaced the floors with beautiful tiles, replaced the drywalls with mold resistant kind and painted the entire bathroom in 5 days, I highly recommend David and his company and will definitely use him again for other parts of our old home. Great work and service! We had a mold issue through the kitchen, bedroom and hallway areas of our property but David and his crew were professional, courteous and timely throughout the whole remediation process. Highly recommend for any mold, asbestos or water damage issue.

I found David Ahmadi on this website and due to his excellent reviews, we hired him for work at a large home. I am so glad we did! From the very first phone call, to the speediness at which he conducted the work, his team was very thorough and professional. David Ahmadi, who owns the company, not only is a contractor, but also an engineer & a property inspector. He repaired a highly toxic moldy place in my master bedroom & did it in 1/2 the time & he also took more than 30 photos showing me the work as it progressed. I have mold in the rest of my house, & he gave me a bid 1/2 less than any previous contractor & unlike other contractors, he can save my bamboo floors. He is very conscientious about his work & also very knowledgeable about how to test & treat the mold. I look forward to working with him again, to finish my home.

They were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They finished the job in a timely manner and were pleasant to work with. David, the owner, responded to my initial call quickly and was able to get over within a few days. We started the necessary work soon after the test results came back and were evaluated, and the job was completed in less than a week. They left the site clean and hauled off all the trash so there was very little clean up necessary on my part. I am quite satisfied with their work.

We needed to have a wall replaced because of some water damage. When we opened up the wall, it turned out the damage was much worse than we expected.
