I hired SOD builders to do a complete remodeling of my kitchen and 2 bathrooms at my house. I had received few other quotes for this massive remodeling, but all of them were expensive and more than that, they made me feel that all they care was to make a sell and nothing else. Oren in the other hand, made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and experience without giving me some nonsense estimate. The kitchen came out amazing! And the bathrooms too. Everyone who came to my house for a visit said it looks gorgeous. The kitchen work that they did included almost every aspect of it (from new floors to hardware and appliances).The bathrooms also included everything (1 bathroom included a shower jet system and the other one included a bath tub). I am very picky when it comes to details and color matching. Oren was able to nail it! Oren who was the project manager, was always available to my calls/texts about any question or concern that I had. All related issues were addressed in a short manner. Oren says he wants the customer to be happy and he means it. There were no hidden charges and everything was delivered as promised and on budget. They are my go to company for all future projects now.

Oren from SOD builders did a great work at my house by remodeling the kitchen. The work that he did started with several meetings where he checked and provided me with several options of what i can do. during the meetings, he also brought me a 3D design that reflected the new layout and design of it. After the work was approved and we agreed about the price, He then start to have his workers do the work. The work that he did included all the new cabinets (upper and lower), New floor in the kitchen area, New paint, counter tops and all the rest. The work took close to a month and Oren made sure to come over several times a week and to monitor the progress of his crew. Oren was professional and honest with me. I truly enjoyed working with him and with his workers. i do recommend him for this type of work.

Our new house had a pool but without any spa. The project started with only interesting to add the spa. Oren from SOD builders came over to our first meeting. When he arrived at the house he told us that 13 years ago he remodeled the pool and backyard. We felt very relaxed with Oren and his abilities. Our conversation changed from only adding a spa to what a complete new design with new pool will look like and to add into it all the hardscape that required for the job to be outstanding. We mentioned to Oren that we want the work to be stunning. In the front section of the house, we decided that we want also change the hardscape. Oren mentioned to us that his schedule is extremely tight but he will do it and he will make us happy. When we meet in order to go over the first design that his office designer did for us (Michelle), we were satisfied with what we saw. Oren had a plan that really did create the factor that we were looking for. But that was not enough for him. One of the things we really liked about Oren was midway, once the front yard project was under way, he came to us and said that he have a better idea for the design of the front part of the house" and he was correct. He was always thoughtful of methods to make the project much better other than just taking the fast and easy ways. We love his vision and creativity. The backyard is absolutely stunning & we had many changes along the way BUT at the end they were worth it. We just can't say enough about the involvement with SOD builders. The foreman that was working on the project, is by far the best one we ever dealt with. He was always on the job, very devoted and has great follow up. All of the crew members are very capable and careful and the quality of their work is superb. John, the pool contractor, and Oren have been working together for years. They worked together and nothing ever fell through the cracks. Oren is very particular person and he want everything to be flawless for the house owner. If you ever want a pool and spa only use SOD builders. Thank you SOD builders for going above and beyond our anticipations.

With the great help of Oren from SOD builders, we are now enjoying our house much more than before and mainly the kitchen and back yard. In the kitchen part, we wanted to do a complete remodeling after looking at some beautiful jobs that they did in one of our neighbor's place. We met with Oren, the general contractor, and we were very overwhelmed with his ideas and experience. During the first meeting, Oren brought with him some samples of cabinets and he also provided us with great referrals of places where we can go and shop for what we exactly want to have for our home. For each of the things that we wanted to have, Oren always found a way to make it happen. At the end of the remodeling, it all came out spectacular! Oren and Michelle (his designer who come up with all the good design ideas) and their in field staff were very helpful too they will do their participation to make sure that the remodeling project will be completed on time, budget and they will make sure that we are completely pleased with the work. More than that, they even came back a week after the project was complete and all of that in order to make minor adjustments and some nice touch-ups that were required. In the back yard part, Oren and his landscape team renovated the hillside yard and gardens. We wanted to expand the back yard by few feet and to have a nice deck with BBQ area that will keep us happy at the evenings. Before that work, all this space was a complete mess with just grass and nothing else. Oren was able to design a nice deck and he included a big stone waterfall and fountain in the side of where the expansion is. In addition to that, he planted for us 7 fruit trees, a flat lawn area and the 15’x15’ long deck with nice shade, installed the new BBQ cabinet as well as wooden decking. The back yard area is now transformed into the best outdoor space we can ever ask or dream of. And all of that because of Oren and his team of landscapers and hardscapers. We're very pleased with the result! We would highly recommend SOD builders to anyone considering doing any work on their home.

I was searching for a company that was creative, positive and that can be committed to reaching a high-quality final remodeling project. The company that I selected to remodel my house was SOD builders and they did delivered astonishing results, a backyard that looks like it copied from a magazine, and great hotel just outside my door. Since wrapping up the back yard about 2 months ago, we've entertained a lot, friends and relatives and hosted nice dinner parties. Every person who has seen the final SOD builders’, has mentioned on the scale of the makeover from A “ok” yard into an attractive environment rich with color, class, variety and practical space. There's no doubts that the value of the workmanship is beyond excellent and I highly recommend SOD builders. By saying that, as with any construction project, there were always small problems along the way. I know that if I won’t mention them, I'd be dis-servicing those considering SOD builders and not given an honest review. A few things that I highly recommend based on our experience in this project were: 1- Communications - The most importance thing when having a project manager on the team. Oren, the owner was very active during the remodeling project. He is extremely client-focused, positive and brings forward great ideas. 2- Materials - we weren't initially impressed with how Oren presented all the materials to us, bringing only many options for consideration. Oren took us to a several showrooms in order to see and look at many products that could be used in our project. Once we began that process, Oren joined us and spent a great amount of time by helping us to find the best matched materials that fit our vision and home. While experiencing these frustrations real-time, they seemed bigger than they do now, given the quality of the final product, yet to disregard them completely also doesn't feel quite right. One more extremely important to us was that since the project was completed, Oren continued to be available to us, as we have had questions about the yard, or how to fix small problems that have arisen. After we purchased out house like 2 years ago, SOD builders remodeled most of it and it was a long remodeling that basically included most of the living space. That remodeling included our kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, Dining room and living room. The work that was done than, came out very beautiful and Oren with his specialists people designed, planned and executed the whole remodeling. Now that our dream home is completed and we are extremely happy with it, there were 2 additional spaces that needed to make it as a complete home remodeling… Our Master bathroom and bedroom. So because we were happy with the whole work and process of the work that was done by SOD, again we decided to hire them and to have them do this remodeling project as well. Like in the first remodeling work that they did, Oren and his crew really listened to us and were great listeners to us when planning the 2 spaces. I couldn't believe how receptive Oren and the workers were to all of our ideas, suggestions and approaches. When everything was complete and we did the final walk through, we were surprised at the new look and feel of the rooms. Our favorite spot in the master bathroom is the Jacuzzi bathtub and the walk-in shower with the jet shower system. Although thoroughly impressed with all of this work and as we all know, my wife’s favorite spot is the walk-in closets that were designed and reconfigured by Oren with the custom built in shelfs and doors including the shoe racks. It’s really a ‘must to see’ work for anyone that would like to have the perfect remodeling work and results…. We hired SOD builders to tear out our bathtub, shower and shower walls and to built a tub deck with a drop in tub; install marble tiles on the shower floor & walls and vanity backsplash, remove and relocate the old recessed lights and vent fan and install the shower/bath all plumbing fixtures. Like most other people, we also had many other bids before deciding who to hire for that work and at the end of this hard process, we decided to go ahead with SOD builders. Our decision to hire and work with them was based on their positive online opinions from other clients and the excellent reputation that they have. At first, we worked only with Michelle about the design and the selection of materials of the project. It was a pretty easy and not complicated to work with her. At the end of that process, we were extremely happy with the overall design and the flow of the space. After that stage, Oren was assigned to our project and he took over with the designs and flow. During the work, we had close to 6 workers that worked daily on the entire project starting with demolition, framing, and construction, paint and finishes installation. By having all this people working at the same time, we felt and noticed that the work is running super-fast and we loved it! Oren made sure that each stage will be approved by him and this was the main reason why he visited our house on a daily basis (sometimes even more than once a day). The work was completed after 3 weeks from the day that Michelle met with us and we approved the design and the flow. At the end of the work, Oren and Michelle came over to the final meeting where we inspected all the work and the final project. During that meeting, we informed them about few issues and Oren was able to take care of them the following day making sure that they all will be solved and approved by us. This is the greatest service we could think of. SOD builders did a great work and we do recommend them for any construction work.

We recently worked with Michelle to paint my house inside and out. I purchased this house recently and the house needed to get a fresh look and makeover. Michelle came by the house several times in order to define each space at the house for any color combination and texture in the common areas. What I loved about her was that she was able to get a great idea of what needed to be done. The color combinations and textures, were so impressive and beautiful that the samples of them could prove that immediately. From all the samples that she was able to do with her painters, it was super easy to imagine how it will look like and the process was very easy. In the outside of the house, her color combinations made the same effect and this was the killer point that caused me to hire her and the team of painters from SOD builders. One of the main problems that I had, was all the furniture and items that I had at the house. Michelle was able to solve that immediately by assigning 3 people that came to the house prior to the painters and they moved all the furniture and cover them so it will be ready for the painters to do the actual paint. The whole work went smoothly and without any problem which made me very happy and proud at myself that I hired the right company for the job. I felt that Michelle really understood my style and she did all she could to make this on the easiest way and with completely perfection. She really listened to what I was looking for and saved me a lot of time and stress. If I wasn’t hired Michelle or contact SOD builders, I'm sure I would still be not able to find any other paint company that could make my house this way.

Oren did a full house remodel for us by working hand by hand with our architect. Our project included flipping the entire floor plan of the first floor, removing few walls and design and implement the kitchen & bathrooms. Oren and his team were very pleasant people to work with and we didn’t have any problem with them during the whole work. During the whole work, we felt that they always have the best interest of the client. During all the many meetings that we had with Oren before the project started, Oren always asked insightful and thoughtful questions, questions that can show anyone how big his experience is with this type of large scale projects and he want to be sure to understand what we want. Oren wanted to be sure that the designing spaces will meet all of our need and requirements. We had no doubts that Oren is an expert and with many years of experience in construction and he definitely know how to make the most of the spaces and the rooms flow beautifully, are impeccably designed, functional and gorgeous. His attention to detail is phenomenal, from the larger design elements, down to all the trims, hardware, outlet placement, and so on. I have utilized the wonderful talents of Oren from SOD builders recently in redesigning my living room and paint the whole house including few spaces with special paint design. I must say that at the first time I met Oren, he made me comfortable, excited and happy about this project. Oren was warm and knowledgeable and practically very easy to talk with. He immediately locked in to my style and type of look that I have at the rest of the house and he made so many suggestions that fit my lifestyle and style. In the living room he recommended me to have a custom wood ceiling that will includes stain and few nice wood designs that will have the living room very classy and unique. In addition to that, he helped me to select a wood floor that is ¾” engineered wood with cherry color that will match the furniture’s that I already have. The paint that he recommended me was mostly a solid colors combination in most of the house and in the living room he did a special texture paint. All the color combinations and style was beyond my expectations and it made me speechless. I highly recommend Oren and his crew of painters, carpenters and workers very much. I can say that “if you are looking for a person who is genuinely interested in you and is enthusiastic about her craft and her ability to help you with your ideas. Sit back and relax.....there's no stress with Oren”.

It's hard to find a good contractor these days. We found SOD builders after searching through several online websites and swore we'd post here if they were as great as they sounded. SOD builders is a professional company, ethical, honest and they handled our remodeling like it was their only project. We had a big relief to find such a good contractor that is so straight forward, honest and professional while incredibly capable. What we did with SOD builders was to demolish the entire back porch of the home, demolish the kitchen, dining room and bedroom - and redesign them from the ground up including the laundry room. The project completed just last week and the new remodeling is more than what we hoped to get and see. The new kitchen with the dining room is now one big open space from the rest of the house and people can't notice that it's an addition. I would like also to mention that our 3 young kids, and it was pretty easy while the crew / subcontractors were working at the house. These people were working while we were there at the house, and each worker was extremely polite and professional. As for the final price for this remodeling, SOD builders wasn't the lowest estimate we got from all the other estimates that we got (total of 4 more), but we hired them because the quality of work that we saw on their website and the great reviews that we read online. We are extremely satisfied and happy with the complete work that was done by SOD builders and we are very grateful that we chose them.

SOD remodeling recently completed the redesign and upgrade my kitchen in my house. I can't write enough about how happy and pleased I am with the level of service I received from them and mainly from Oren. I can say that my kitchen remodeling was a tough project because I wanted it completely redone with a completely new layout and flow. Oren and his workers worked with me step by step in order to come up with the best design possible and they provided me with several contacts that I can call and meet in order to see some of the similar projects and similar designs (Complete demolish and create a total new look and design). The way Oren presented me the referrals, made me calling to only one and that was all I needed. After that, I called Oren back and scheduled another meeting in order to sign the agreement and move the ball rolling. I can say it’s a good thing I didn't hold it long and I hired Oren and his people to do the work because now, my new kitchen is much more beyond my expectations! In fact few of my neighbors came over to see the kitchen and they were happy of what they saw as well and they say that it is one of the best kitchens that they have ever seen. All the good comments about my kitchen made me smile and be happier. The cabinets and granite are beautiful and fit to perfection. The new kitchen flow is perfect and it absolutely looks like a totally new space with great vibes, plus the price that I got from Oren was reasonable (not to mention that there was not even one hidden charge). We hired SOD builders as our general contractor to remodel a complete kitchen including all the appliances, large island, lighting, counter tops, new plumbing and all the hardware that was required for the kitchen. We selected SOD builders from a group of at least 9 contractors. SOD builders (Oren) was our first and solid choice for our contractor on our project for a number of reasons: First, because as part of his work with us, he promised that he will join us to all the shopping trips that we needed in order to select all the appliances, cabinets, lighting, counter tops, hardware etc., serving as a levelheaded interior decorating expert. He guided us to make good choices and selections that would work for us and will fit with the rest of the house. Second, SOD builders and his team of subcontractors and workers were very pleasant to work and deal with and mainly, to have them in our home; all the people that were at the house, were respectful; they were eager to complete the work with the best quality and perfection. Third, SOD builders finished the project ahead of schedule, on budget and with professionalism. I have already recommended SOD builders to several friends and will highly recommend his in the future. SOD builder's work is of the highest quality and he does his job in a much focused manner; as a person, he is gracious, warm and flexible in his thinking about his projects.

We hired SOD builders to remodel our bathroom and the overall impression from this remodeling was that the process and final results were great. Apparently our neighbors hired them to remodel their kitchen and they were very happy with them and mainly with Oren When we spoke to our neighbors, they gave us their number and we called and spoke to Oren. Oren was very pleasant person to talk to and we asked him to come over and to see what we want to do. During our meeting with him, he sat down and talk to us asking all kind of questions and he took the time to listen to what we would like to have and he walked with us through all the possible options that we can have. A week after, we had a complete estimate and mainly with time frames. The price that Oren gave us was very competitive and included everything we wanted. Right after we agreed and understood the estimate, we met again with Oren and we signed the agreements. Oren kept us informed about the project manager that he assigned to us and everything was tracked and signed off on via their website. The remodeling itself was completed as Oren told us in the estimate and the quality was excellent. During the work, the workmen and subcontractors were very professional and they took the time to answer all the questions we had. They also made sure we agreed to any adjustments as needed if something didn't look right or didn't match what was asked for in the plan. They tried to keep everything clean and put up barriers to keep the dust down. In the end everything came out beautifully and we love it so far.

We hired SOD builders to do a remodel our kitchen. Oren was the main contact and he was excellent in responding to any of our phone calls and texts. He provided us with an estimate that was comparable to rest of the 3 additional estimates that we got as well. Oren includes his 2 supervisors arrived to the house and provided us with so many ideas for a better layout, which included moving one window to a central location in the wall. The following day we noticed that there was a problem with that same window that required us to either leave the window, or to move the electrical panel and at the same time, to increase the total watts. Oren recommended us to increase the watts of the panel so it will help us in the future so we did took his advice and replaced it. There were few additional issues that also came up during the remodeling and Oren address them to us quickly. One of them was the uneven paint and a water leak from the kitchen faucet. Close to the end of the kitchen remodeling, we had a problem with the grout that start to come off and we informed Oren about it and we asked him to fix it. Oren did send someone over within a few days to regroup the area. After that issue that Oren made sure to fix immediately, we were able to use the kitchen and to enjoy the great design and implementation of the new kitchen. The workers did a great job and they worked pretty fast so it will be completed according to the original plan.

When we purchased our home in North Hollywood, we were aware that it will need a great amount of repairs and improvements. The house came with peeling wallpaper, bad carpet and even some broken walls. We were prepared to spend more money to improve it as soon as we got it, but we become frustrated when we start to contact contractors in order hire one for that job. Then we find Oren and his company, we felt that his company is good enough and they will complete the job on the best side. Oren immediately set our stress aside when we met with his professional and his questions about what we want to do and his integrity was solid from the day we met him through the few months it took to complete renovation. While we had some specific things we wanted in our house, Oren and his team took the wish list and did all they could to include all of them in the estimate while still stay under budget. Their work was by far above our expectations and they truly realize the vision of what we wanted to get. The house was originally a 2 bedrooms, ~1800 square foot home, the remodeling brought an addition of a thousand square feet as well as an expand of the backyard; The new 1000 sq. /ft., included a:- Fireplace- Steam unit in the bath- A cozy home theater room- Laundry room- Backyard brought a new deck and patio with a trellis. Furthermore, because we went green and made it a smart home, we’re already more energy efficient. In several rooms, as well as the main hallway, for instance, Oren installed sun tubes and the amount of natural light that bathes the house is great. Even our guests, when they come to visit, they always looking for a light switch. Oren took the project and keep it on course and he did so exceptionally. Oren and his team were as attentive to the quality of every nook and corner and he always sought our approval and happiness. Consistently communicated with us and he always kept us in the loop about progress and he was there to answer our questions and concerns - always. When a problem or issue did arise, Oren seat with us and explained the problem and how he can solve it by taking action immediately to solve the problem. Oren was pretty quick when it came to reaching him over the phone or by email mainly when problems occurred. This remodeling project was completed after 4 weeks of daily work and it was because of some delays in the structural engineering approval for wall removal and permitting. Oren is good leader that worked on our project. Oren is reliable, hard- working and very knowledgeable and can do just about anything that he need to do including solving problems that always come up during this kind of a remodeling.

Perfect quality work for a great price ... and a pleasure company and painters to work with! We hired SOD builders to paint the outside of our house last month. The paint work wasn’t an easy project because the house had several cracks and a lot of repairs on the exterior walls and some windows had leaks and needed to be replaced as well. We received several quotes from 5 different companies and SOD builders was the best estimate compare to the others. We were very impressed with Oren when we met with him. He was direct and straightforward with lots of knowledge in regards to construction and paint work. So we decided to go with them and we are very glad we did. Because of the problems of the exterior walls of the house, we wanted to take the opportunity of having the scaffolding up to have a contractor check out the front of the house and have all the additional work done as well. Oren told us that he will do that as well without any problem. The windows that we needed to replace, required to remove the old ones, and install a special paper all around and to make sure that they will not leak again. The workers (4 in total) did an awesome work. Oren’s guys worked each day and they made sure that everything is perfect and without any problem. 2 weeks it took them to complete the paint and to install the new windows as well. There was no down time. We were very happy with the quality of SOD builders Painting's work. The house looks great. Oren is a pleasure to work with. In addition to having to halt the work for the repairs, we changed our minds about the color of the paint several times and Oren was relaxed and easy going about it all. And the price was right.

Very Professional, Excellent, Specialized and mostly outstanding work results. I cannot give SOD builders enough good and positive words. Oren and his professional team were truly a blessing to my opinion We searched everywhere for a trusty general contractor that can come over, give a price and do the job on the best side. We reached out all of our close friends and family using almost any method. We reached out to bad and awarded contractors that showed us not good contractors that their main concern was to find out what is the budget and to try to reach it in order to maximize their profit. Then we found SOD builders via one of the friends. During the meeting Oren we realized he was all business. Oren seat with us and explained in details the process, how they work and explained us everything we basically need to know and do before. The work that we did included the full renovation of the master bedroom, master bathroom, and full kitchen remodeling and additional room at the house. Oren recommended us to move out of the house but when we insist to stay, he did all he could to do the work in a way that it won’t affect our living at the house. The work that was massive, went good and without any major issue. The workers were very nice to us and because we lived at the house during the work, they did a good cleaning and made all they could to cover the spaces so dust won’t pass as Mach as it should. This remodeling gave us a good feeling about this company and that they can and will finish the work as agreed which is the most important thing.

Exceeded our expectations!!! Oren and His dedicated designer at SOD builders were a people to work with from the moment we stepped into our kitchen remodeling. I shared some photos of kitchens we liked and Oren visited the house to get a sense of the space and kitchen life style. Oren and His team prepared 3 wonderful initial design concepts for the kitchen. The designs were incredible and Oren with his people are certainly ‘kitchen design professionals’, with their great understanding of construction which designs make it easy to implement with the existing space and each to define which design will require some level of construction renovation. With absolutely no pressure from any of the people we met to select or sell any one of the initial design concepts, we carefully inspected and checked the designs, functions, and total costs of all of them. Before selecting the final design concept that we had, Oren and His team completely layout and spread the cost for each one of the stages of the remodeling. We selected the design that fit within our existing space and did not require moving any walls. We also selected the mid-price range of cabinets, Floor, paint, counter-tops and more... from the big range of cabinet manufactures that they represents. (We are both working parents, and we did not have the ‘unlimited’ kitchen remodeling budget) Oren arranged for 3 different cabinets styles specialists to visit our home and provide firm quotations and 2-3 samples of styles and colors that will fit perfectly to the kitchen of Oren's design. We selected one of the samples that we loved a lot and the vendor was able to complete the manufacture of the cabinet’s on-time. In addition to Oren's great depth of design experience and expertise, We feel Oren's true and unique talent is understanding and working with colors as would a renowned artist delivering a truly phenomenal forward kitchen design with a spirit and we both love!

From the moment I contacted SOD builders, we were treated like kings. They were communicative and answered all of our questions with a great advises and ideas. The estimate was given to us within few days after the meeting with Oren who came and saw the kitchen and he said that they can complete all the requests that we want. More than once Oren said "No" to things that we thought to do and he explained the reasons why he can’t do them. He always found a way to accommodate us and mainly we didn’t feel like our kitchen remodel was "not good enough for the type of work that they do", (although some other contractors did...) we replaced all the counter tops and back splash (including patching up some holes in the ceiling), and some speckling done in our garage. Not only did they do these repairs as they promised, the working people were clean, courteous and highly-skilled. They even used the counter top that we wanted and gave us plenty of ideas and support throughout the entire remodeling. We felt clearly that they care a lot about the remodeling. The field manager (Avi), checked in the workers every day throughout the job, and answered all the questions we had. The process of the whole remodeling was smooth, and we were able to stay in our home the entire time. They even went the extra mile and replaced some of the tiles that were not good, and went to the store for us whenever we asked. That is amazing service! All-in-all, not only were the service and the workers great, our kitchen is more than beautiful! The guys did an amazing job, and the attention to detail that the workers had was breathtaking. The new grout that Avi and his guys installed, was the perfect color, they edged lines for the back splash using metal edging, and they even painted and sealed the area under the counter top to make sure that the color was even. They took so much time and care into making sure everything looked right-all within the allotted time. Just simply unbelievable work! I literally cried when I saw how beautiful it was. I was 100% happy with the result (and that is saying a lot, since I am very picky and have very high standards). I am so glad that I contacted Oren about this job. Not long after we moved into our new house, we got tired of the kitchen and bathrooms and wanted to have a full out kitchen and bathrooms remodeling. After all, we spend so much time in the kitchen for cooking and entertaining guest when we have events and holidays. We have always loved simplicity and functionality of things and mainly the look and figured SOD builders LA is the company that we should hire for that job. After a massive researching via people that we know and online, where we decided to hire SOD builders for the remodeling (along with modern counter-tops, sinks, faucets, tiles, hardware, the bath tub, and shower system), based on a friend recommendation. We're very happy with the way our kitchen and bathrooms came out. It's stylish and mainly functioning as we expected to have, SOD builders, are very detail oriented, professional, timely, accommodating and mostly – friendly. All really important in any kitchen and bathroom projects. What we also appreciated was that the guys at SOD builders and mainly Oren, are true green and ecofriendly professionals - with their own environmentally friendly kitchen cabinets and materials, they have full control over what is produced at their vendors. That was a big selling point for us. We're thinking on having another remodeling project with SOD builders and not necessarily because we want to spend more money - but we know where to find our landscaping professionals: SOD builders. This review we are given to SOD builders for the major house renovation and addition project that they did recently. We do recommend them to anyone that is looking for a contractor that is professional and honest. In the past we did had several remodeling projects on other houses that we owned and our experience with the previous contractors was not good and in fact, one of them even left the project in the middle. We won’t go into details, but it was a terrible experience!. This time we looked around and we were cautious to find any contractor that will have good background and several years of experience and for the one that we will like, we did our due diligence in order not to fall again with a bad one. After 3 months of research - we found these guys from SOD builders and we chose well! I cannot say enough good things to describe how well this project went. We needed a very experienced contractor capable of building a 1200 sq.ft. addition to our single-store house. This required to strip the house to the studs, do some major changes to the foundation, and to the framing (almost all the walls inside needed to be relocated or changed). The project also included a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, doors, windows, and more. With Avi and Oren from SOD builders we had complete peace of mind, it was a blast. From the beginning we felt that they were prepared and good organized. Oren knew exactly what the house needed to be done and he had planned this remodeling on the best way to make it into reality. Their workers were amazing as well! They were Nice, polite, professional, kind and we could feel that they love what they do and love the company they work for. Every time we came back to the house, these guys were working on something and they seemed to know what they are doing, always a smile and said hello to us. They explained to me what they do, what the next steps will be and when I came back next time I could see the progress, what a difference to the experience from the past. When I and my partner moved into the same house, we instantly realized that we will have to make several improvements in order to fit the house for both of us. The first thing that we had was the tiny sink in the master bathroom and the shower. This master bathroom was the first thing that we needed to do. In addition to that there was not enough space for the both of us. We also had some plans in mind for this bathroom bedroom closet in order to make it as a walk-in closets. Once we agreed to a master bathroom and closet remodeling, we met with Oren from SOD builders and when he came over, he looked and took it from there. As part of our meeting with Oren. We brought up the idea about remodeling the kitchen, bedroom and to do the hardscape in the back and front of the house. By adding all of this as a one big deal, Oren and his workers were able to do much better work than what we thought to get. The bedroom is the master bedroom at the house and Oren redesigned it and gave it a completely new look and feel. In the hardscape part of the house, Michelle (the designer of the company) came up with a brilliant concept of how it can be and the sketch of her design caught our attention immediately. Her design included all the new plants, trees, Stamp concrete and outdoor small kitchen with BBQ that included a bar, seating area and a fire pit. In the front of the house, she was able to design new entry to the house and several steps with nice rocks and tropical trees. The deal that we got from Oren, was very good and we took it. We were able to live at the house while they worked there and it was not as bad as we thought it will be. Oren made sure to concentrate at the house first and to do all the dirty work in all the spaces and then to do all the outdoor items. The work was completed after 3 months of work and without any major problem. The office communicated with us during the whole project and it made it easy and comfortable. If you're nervous about hiring a contractor, don't be! You just need to follow our advice and feel free to contact SOD builders.

We hired SOD BUILDERS to perform a major renovation on our home. We changed the location of the kitchen and 3 bedrooms and redid completely the rooms. The experience with SOD BUILDERS was excellent and above our expectations. At first, Michelle, the designer, gave us several design ideas that we would never thought that we can do them and never would have on our own. She ended up making a plan that far exceeded what we thought we can do for the space. Michelle took the time to understand what we like and what we would like to do and then worked very hard to get many great selections that met our tastes and stayed within the budget. Once again, she had good ideas that we would have never thought of on our own, and which really enhanced the overall project. Oren, our project manager, was extremely nice, professional and responsible. He did whatever it took to do this project and to make us happy. SOD BUILDERS hired great subcontractors and throughout the project, things were always well organized and very orderly and neat. Other than our change orders (not many), they stayed within budget and always communicated when our changes created incremental expense. This is the most major ($150,000 +) remodeling we've complete so far and we had our concerns about doing that remodeling. SOD BUILDERS was by far the best contractor, designer and workers that we've used. The beauty of having an "all in one" contractor should not be minimized in this case. It was really a flawless and smooth less project even though it included all the complexity. All our friends cannot believe the quality and the end results of the remodeling and the way it complete the house. We are very satisfied customers. I guess the single biggest compliment that I can give is to note that we've just invited SOD BUILDERS back to help us re-design our outdoor living space!
