Oren and team just did a full rebuild of the porch of our 1925 home. The proposal process was great, and crystal clear, with good options which showed he listened to our needs. Oren gave us updates throughout the process via text, sending me photos when he needed my input. The guys on his team were professional and on time every morning, and did a few extras just 'cause it made it better. Once the old platform was removed, we discovered that the frame had been "creatively" repaired in the past and needed to be rebuilt. The additional work was transparently priced, done quickly, and very sturdy. The final product is beautiful and will last a life time. And it was done on schedule.

We could not be happier with our newly renovated home and our experience with Oren, Eden, Daniel, and their team. Before embarking on our remodel, we talked to many contractors and while we liked a lot of them; we felt that SOD Home Group was the only one giving us a truly honest assessment of what was possible and the cost of it all. From our first conversation with Oren, we had complete trust — something we didn’t feel with many other companies out there. He’s a perfectionist, and anything that was not to our liking in any way he immediately fixed. Any unforeseen problem was handled in a way that left us happier than we were before. We hired Oren and SOD Home Group to remove the soffit in our hallway and completely remodel our Kitchen, guest bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms and bedrooms. Oren was honest about the work at hand and gave us an appropriate quote and timeline when other contractors were just trying to get the job and would probably up charge us later. He was incredibly communicative from day 1 and super easy to reach if we had questions. The workers were respectful and efficient, especially since we had to complete the job during quarantine and move in with family during the process. While there were some hiccups along the way Oren got the job done and we’re thrilled with our new bathroom and hallway ceiling. This was our first remodeling project, so we felt it went as smoothly as possible. Our only issue was the tiles we ended up choosing for the floor and shower were not the best quality. We wish that had been flagged to us sooner since we spent a small fortune on the remodel, but the bathroom looks beautiful and we’d highly recommend shopping around for tile.

We recently completed a significant renovation to our house, including an overhaul of our kitchen and two bathrooms. SOD Home Group did a superb job ensuring this renovation was completed quickly, safely and beautifully with the highest standards possible. Oren, who is unflappable, an excellent communicator, led the renovation and pays great attention to detail. He should honestly teach a course on time management cause the guy knows how to very juggle several projects without missing a beat. We were overwhelmed with the prospects of the renovation, but Oren allayed all fears and led a great team of professionals to make the renovation a success, and it was completed fairly quickly given the size and extent of renovation. Oren and his team’s wealth of experience came handy in tackling our bathrooms that are smaller. One bathroom was really dark and felt closed in. Oren suggested adding a sky tunnel, something that we never would have considered possible, and initially decided against. However, we changed our minds, and we were so glad we did! The sky tunnel made a tremendous difference, opening up the lighting in the bathroom. I sit this as an example of how the team never pressured us to add on extra costs but would work together to find excellent solutions that were reasonable. Oren would lay out all options and explain the context behind each, but always defer to us without pressure on what decision to make. We really appreciated that as any renovation, particularly with an older house, is bound to have issues come up. It also showed Oren’s flexibility since we initially waved off the suggestion, but then later came around to it. We could write several more paragraphs regarding how incredible the entire SOD Home Group team is and cannot stress enough how grateful we are to all of them for making this a stress free effort. We look forward to working with Oren and the rest of his team again when we opt to renovate other parts of our house in the future.

We just finished remodeling our home with SOD Home Group, and we are thrilled with this Company. Oren and Eden from SOD Home Group were the ones we signed our contract with, and they are the ones that supervised the entire remodeling project. Eden did an amazing work, and she gave us the perfect design while Oren did a great supervision on the daily remodeling job. We interviewed many companies for our entire home remodeling before going with SOD Home Group but once meeting with Oren, we knew that we will hire him and his people for our remodeling. Their overall price was very competitive and we could tell that he wanted to do a remarkable work for us. As with any home improvement project, we had some issues are expected but we were shocked at how smoothly everything went. We had a big job including knocking down a load bearing wall and putting up a beam. Our kitchen was very old and outdated so we had lots for the crew to get done. We also heard many horror stories of remodeling projects when the contractors disappear. We had workers here every single day getting our kitchen accomplished. And the biggest shocker of all: they completed the kitchen on time! Yep, I said it. On time. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would highly recommend SOD Home Group.

We are thrilled with our decision to hire SOD Home Group to remodel our entire home. We worked with Oren and Jhon on the design and details of our remodeling project (New Kitchen, two Bathrooms, Floor entry and more). The 3D design was so good that we could see how our home will look like after the design. They went step by step with us and explained in details what we are getting, how and how much. After 4 months of remodeling (with delays because of COVID-19) we had our entire home remodeled and we are so happy about the process and the result outstanding quality and clean job.. Work went as promised. SOD did a complete home remodeling project at our new home. Oren managed our entire remodeling, and he stayed in touch with us daily.

We were searching for contractors the same time we were. A friend of us recommended we should meet Oren. From that first meeting, Oren and his crews are punctual, detailed, creative and helpful. We bought an old house and we did a complete interior rehab including moving walls around to dramatically reshape rooms. Oren helped us to take our vision and into a reality. We worked through some choices to manage cost and the delivery of the work, just finished, has been excellent. Estimated time was 82 days. We finished in 102 and that included some extra time to do additional work (like replacing heat ducts while the ceiling was open). We’re 100% satisfied with our experience and would work with Oren again without hesitation.

We purchased a house in the bay area so that we could can visit my sons who are at college more often. The house was in shambles, and we began our process of finding a good contractor who can turn over the place into a beautiful house while we were in the process of buying it. We needed several permits for electrical, plumbing and Oren and his awesome staff made it very easy for us. We went and decided to remodel the whole place, we did custom kitchen, bathrooms, living room and garage while they helped us pick out all the tiles for the backsplash, paint colors and style and more and more... We did a custom bathroom that came out absolutely stunning, we could go on and on. We want to spend more time in this home than our current, we highly recommend them.

All the people from SOD Home Group that worked at our house, were very professional, reliable people, hard-working and honest. More then that, they also made sure to wear masks all day long and to keep distance from each other. SOD Home Group is a truly quality company. I've been through my share of remodels and almost all of the experiences took more time, more money...you know the story. And then our house had water damage which was uninhabitable. Despite solid insurance, the moment the tests came back positive for mold and sewage, we knew this was going to be a complete move out, demo and remodel. I had 3 other bids come back and I chose Oren with SOD Home Group. Oren was a very open communication, direct eye contact, honest opinions, quick problem solving, and most of all, they took care of us when COVID hit and the building shut down to all contractors. Even though we had weeks left on our schedule to get the job done, Oren and his team were able to made it happen (the entire remodeling) without any changes to the original plans. I wasn't planning a kitchen remodeling project any time soon, but a water leak caught me by surprise. When the remediation team was done I was left without a kitchen. This happened in April, when much of the city was shut down amid COVID crisis--probably the worst timing possible. Turned out it was the right decision--the team that I worked with were smart, professional, courteous, flexible, and super nice. The project manager, Oren Dagan, coordinated and executed with poise and a great sense of humor. Oren also went above and beyond in providing really valuable design recommendations throughout the project. The end result is a kitchen that looks and functions exactly as I want it to. We have recently finished a 6 months entirely home remodeling of our new purchase house and we are way much more pleased with the completed remodeling product and the mainly the overall experience. From the initial meeting that we had with Allen and all the way to the last payment we did when the work was finished and when we signed off the contract, it was such a personal and top notch operation!! Allen, and all the involved people at our house always kept the remodeling project on schedule and on time with so much attention to all the details of the work. Ehud at Luxcess Home by SOD Builders was the person that managed and supervised our remodeling project. During the whole work, he was amazing with excellent design skills! Our work included the remodeling of our laundry room kitchen and master bathroom (everything in one project) and he had a great vision that allowed him to make all the spaces and convert them to a much more functional and modern look at the same time! All the involved team worked excellent as a one big team that knows exactly what they were doing and how to solve all the problems that raised during the work in a very logic manger and to our best satisfaction. We always knew that someone is available for us in case we needed them or even just had a quick question to be answered. We Highly recommend them all!
