Description of Work: We had a pipe gushing water out front. Mike came over and fixed the problem right away! He clearly explained what was wrong and broke down the cost for me. We have used Mike before and will again - he is reliable, nice to work with, and repairs things well.

+ -1 moreTHE CHURCH HAS USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE, SO I FELT CONFIDENT ABOUT CALLING. WHEN I DID CALL AND LEFT A MESSAGE THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE FOR LATER IN THE EVENING. MIKE CALLED BEFORE HE CAME AND LET ME KNOW WHEN HE WOULD BE THERE. HE WAS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. THE TASK TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR. HE ADVISED ME THAT THE HOUSE WAS TOO OLD TO SAFELY USE THE DISPOSAL. HE ALSO TOLD ME HOW TO CLEAN THE DRAINS WITH BLEACH (1 GALLON PER WEEK FOR 5 WEEKS) TO ALLOW THE PIPES TO GET CLEANER.
Description of Work: THE WORK INVOLVED CLEANING A DRAIN THAT HAD BEEN PLUGGED BY LINT FROM THE WASHER, AND FOOD DEBRIS FROM THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL. THE PERSON WHO ORIGINALLY BUILT THE HOUSE HAD THE DRAIN FROM THE WASHING MACHINE IN THE GARAGE FLOW INTO THE SAME DRAIN IN THE KITCHEN.
