David did a fantastic job on our kitchen and powder room and laundry renovation. He had great ideas during the consultation that helped us maximize our kitchen potential and the space, specifically closing off a window to add pantry space. David has a great positive attitude and is easy to work with. The work was done on schedule and without and significant budget surprises. He also has a great team, the workers were courteous and pleasant. Although there were a few normal issues that arose during construction, they were fixed promptly and David was very receptive to feedback. You definitely get quality service for the price. We are happy with the delivered product.

We had a really great experience working with David and his team. We originally found IND through Angie's List and had them come in for the kitchen design consultation. They were super patient with the numerous changes I had and worked with me for weeks to make sure we had come up with the best layout. David and his team were super responsive, extremely professional and really easy to get along with. We ended up getting 3 other bids and while IND wasn't the cheapest, we chose them because of how confident we felt in their ability to deliver quality work - he had great knowledge, work experience and was extremely flexible and accommodating. Our remodel was a total remodel, including the removal of a structural wall and reengineering our ceiling supports to accommodate two new skylights. The project was amazingly completed in just 7 1/2 weeks, which included several days of delays caused by the city inspections. It was truly amazing how fast the project went - David had his team lined up for every day - there was no downtime. His crews were always on-time, courteous and did a really great job. The key to their success is David - he really cares about doing quality work and prioritizes trust, respect and relationships. He's super responsive and went out of his way to help ensure that we got the job done. One night, he waited outside of our structural engineers office at 9:30 pm to get revised drawings that he could take to the City the following morning. We've done several remodels at our house (extensions, new pool, etc) and the experience working with IND was head and shoulders above anything else we've done. These guys are fantastic. Dealing with David, the owner, was a delightful experience. He gave us creative design ideas for the kitchen, materials and overall concepts. He's very straightforward and easy to deal with and his CAD designer, who came to our home, was the best I have ever dealt with. There is a good chance we will use IND for construction when the project begins. If you need designs, ideas and an overall plan with a knowledgable and honest contractor, IND Construction is a great place to start.

It was a great pleasure working with David and the IND Construction team! David initially led our beautiful kitchen remodel about five years ago (a full gut job and renovation). He is professional, proactive, friendly, and completed our project ahead of schedule. My husband and I felt that he understood our vision and had great suggestions for materials and improvements. A few months ago, we were ready to remodel our master bathroom and once again called upon David and his team. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the results! David and his team expanded our shower, suggested high-end and beautiful materials for our flooring and tiles and even suggested putting in windows which took our remodel over the top! I recently visited a master bathroom in a model home and can honestly say that our bathroom is better designed and higher quality. We have referred the IND Construction team to several of our friends and will continue to refer David and his team. In fact, I have David on speed dial for my next home improvement project. I am very satisfied with the end result, the look and the quality of the work. The workers were polite, skilled and cleaned up at the end of the day. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my home to work. The contractor, David, is trustworthy and I could rely on him to solve any problem and to offer design advise. They even took care of a problem after the contract was done. Office personnel also helpful. The negative is that there were long delays in obtaining tiles and fixtures that extended the time for completion. I would use this company again, but only allow demolition to begin after all materials were obtained.

In one word- Amazing. Finally we done with construction and moving to our new home that was completely remodeled by IND. We purchased our very first house few months ago, while getting good deal on buying- we got house that was not in livable condition. Everything has to be redone. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living and dining rooms. My circumstances where pretty complicated- wife was pregnant on 7 month and was not able to deal with construction, me working far from new home and not being around often to supervise. After reading reviews and hearing construction horror stories, I was very hesitant to hire a company. My hesitation was reinforced even more after meeting with few representatives that wanted me to sign contract before even understanding what I need. Finally God sent us an Angel - David, owner of IND construction. After spending nearly 5 hours with us, he came up with new design layout adding powder room and creating laundry area in the house (it used to be outside), by relocating furnace to the attic-we got new extra closet. The guy is simply professional at what he does, all his suggestions where from the heart, looking at my place like his own house, watching for my family future comfort like for his own family. Clearly he got my trust and assured me that project will be completed in 6-8 weeks. His numbers where very competitive as well. They got all done in 7 weeks, right on time. David helped us with finding the right vendors to get all materials and even got us contractor wholesale prices from tile and granite place. All work was done by professionals and did not required "baby seating" , any changes that came up during the project where made easy and few small things that where not exactly as we expected-fixed right away. Now we moved, its three of us now, my daughter and my wife enjoying beautiful nursery and I am very happy that it all got done right, the first time. Thanks God for watching for my family and huge thanks to David and all guys at IND Construction for your help getting it done. We will definitely be recommending you and using IND again. After remodeling inside, we still have lots of work outside.

David's bid for our project was priced very reasonably. He wasn't the highest nor was he the lowest bid that we received. Most important, the job finished with absolutely no overruns or additional costs. The job was also completed on time. IND Construction did a fabulous job on our main floor bathroom remodel. David was always attentive to our needs throughout the project. His workers were always conscientious, on time and very professional. At the end of each workday, the workers always made sure that our home was left cleaned up and we were never inconvenienced. Any unexpected issues were always addressed and corrected promptly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend IND Construction and will use again for future remodeling projects. There was soooo very much wrong that there isn't enough space here. He was annoying because he tried to "sell" us while we knew what we wanted already - to see how much work the home we were going to buy needed.

The work was done very professionally, to my full satisfaction. I was even away overseas most of the time (about a month) and David took care of everything. I would not trust anyone else in such sensitive matters unless I fully trusted that person. I would recommend IND to anyone who needs a construction work that is done both professionally and fairly, as far as time and price.

David was responsive to our request and needs and great ideas as the project progressed. David had a team that mirror his level of professionalism. Work was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. David and crew were up front with us on all issues that arise and we handle it together as a team. David and team were a pleasure to work with. Complete kitchen, bathrooms, dining area and closet remodel. Demolished existing fireplace with new design fireplace. Made open concept from kitchen to dining/living room by removing wall. Designed archways in guest bathroom, hallway and kitchen/dining area. Removed wallpaper and replaced drywall in some areas. New interior paint, crown molding, baseboard. New quartz countertops in kitchen including island, bathrooms and hallway. Recessed lighting throughout. Porcelain and wood flooring throughout. Installed new doors throughout. Wood refinishing of entertainment center and front door.

The initial appointment was great: on time, professional, listened to what I wanted before making suggestions. If I were doing my own kitchen, I would happily use them, but rental properties are a different animal and the price needed to be way lower than quoted, so I chose a different contractor, one who specializes in what I was doing. The level of professionalism was excellent, I really will call when I'm ready to remodel my home.

David and his team were fantastic. David is very up front about how he does business. He takes pride in what he does and it is very apparent. He was very responsive to our requests and had great recommendations along the way. He met our timeline and did not come to us at the end of the job with a list of additional costs. He worked with us until we felt that the job was complete.

The young man who came was very pleasant and professional. However, he didn't come out as quickly as I would have liked, and his prices were higher in comparison to others. I think this was due in part because the gentleman was pushing to do more work than I wanted and because he might not have been very experienced with handicap redesigns.

It was a pleasure working with David Ifergan who was in contact with us from the beginning to the end. He kept in touch almost daily and his construction workmen did a great job and they did it on time. I thought contractor like IND was a thing of the past but I was wrong. IND was wonderful. They did exactly what they said they would do and on time and on budget. David also helped us with the design process telling us things that would work and things that would not work. He is as good with design as he is with the construction. He had really good ideas and conveyed them in a professional manner. Everything they did was first class with no scrimping materials or craftsmanship. We could not have asked for more. I would use IND again and have told all our friends how pleased we are. Thank you.

David and his team at IND were awesome to work with. We are planning a total kitchen remodel and purchased a $49 design package via Angie's list. From the first interaction, David and his team were highly responsive, always punctual, had great ideas and remained extremely patient and supportive with my many changes and questions. The designer spent more than 4 hours with me across 3 different in home meetings to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the design - we have now finalized the design and have contracted with IND to do the remodel for us. We couldn't be happier so far with IND and look forward to getting started on the construction.

I contacted this man thru Angie's List, which had mistakenly listed him as working in my town, which he does not. But he was kind enough to answer some basic questions I had about remodeling and picking a contractor. Very nice of him to take the time to talk and advise someone who was not going to be hiring him!! I was left with the impression that he is extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and honestly dedicated to providing his customers with just what they want. I would hire him in a minute, but he lives 100 miles from me.

I had just used them for a big remodel job. My door was not working properly so I called them and they sent someone out the next day. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Initial consultation lasted about 3 hours. Very professional and had great ideas for what I want to do with my house. My immediate needs were to remove my carpets and install hardwood floors. Extremely pleased with the responsiveness and quality of work. Love my new floors, as does everyone else who has seen them. The true test for how well a contractor has done is if a customer would use them again and/or recommend them to family and friends. Without a doubt, this answer is YES. I will be using them again in the near future to continue the other projects that I want done on my house. I have had bad experiences in the past with contractors, but not with IND Construction. They are top notch and care about their work and their customers.

Before i start - there needs to be an A+++ category... i have heard horror stories about construction and let me be the first to tell you - if you hire this IND - you will NOT get that. Mind you, we only wanted to have the kitchen done... we decided to redo allllll the floors and painting throughout the house as well as crown molding, and baseboards. they are at my house anywhere between 7:30 - 8:00am ready. the minute its 8am - they start - no BSing - they are working till 430/5pm, sometimes till 7pm. day one - my kitchen was GUTTED - floors, walls counter-tops, everything. THAT was crazy. they helped take my furniture out of my house - they clean as they go (making sure they dont leave a mess at the end of the day). David (owner) comes to my house and "inspects" it, making sure everything is going well - he doesnt just come and go - he is always at my house for an hour or more. if he sees something i dont - its fixed - no questions at all. Within 2 weeks - kitchen gutted, kitchen tile is down (1day) new flooring in 90% of my house - crown molding done - most baseboards done. i know it doesnt sound like a lot - IT IS. if you want pictures, please let me know - i will email to you. This company - the best - when i decide to do more - i will not go to anyone else. A 6-week job was done in 4 total By the way - i have 2 neighbors that will use IND and a friend who will as well. They were referred to me by my friends who loved working with IND. PS - crew is respectful, hard working, nice and fun to work with. If you have work to be done - ***** FIVE STARS! ***UPDATE*** Its been a little over 2 months since construction on my house has been completed. Finally getting everything in the house - we noticed a couple of things that needed fixing - nothing major but things I couldn't do. I called David and the guys were here, 8:30am a day or so later. They came in - saw what needed to be done - went to big box store, purchased what was needed and fixed everything. There was NO hesitation on David's end to have the guys come over and there wasn't an additional charge. Thank you IND - it was great seeing the guys again - I actually missed them all. Great group of workers!

They did an outstanding job. After the contract was completed there were several adjustments that I wanted made and they came out immediately to take care of the issues and make sure I was satisfied. I thought overall everything was good. I was a little discouraged when they sent out a Spanish speaking worker when I speak no Spanish. They threw away a few things that I had wanted to keep but they came back and installed them for me with no problems. They had thrown away the warranty for the fan and the instructions on how to change the light but everything else they covered and would fix. The contractor was a good man and honored everything he said he would.

We had six contractors that bid out our kitchen model before selecting IND Construction. David was the most professional, had great ideas and his pricing was very fair. He even gave us a 3D design of what the finished project would look like! Sahweet! They gutted the entire kitchen (old and outdated with major issues) down to the studs and gave us a beautiful, new kitchen that we absolutely love. They finished on-time AND on budget! With all the contractor horror stories out there, it's great to find a company out there that we can trust. We ran into multiple issues (no fault of IND; our house has it's share of problems), but David always made us feel at ease, saying that they would take care of it. And they always did. :) Even with our excessive eye for detail, they made sure everything was taken care of and to our liking. Note: we went with semi-custom cabinets, but truly, it feels like we got custom cabinetry. The quality of the cabinets that IND uses is far superior to any of the ones we've seen when checking out other contractor's previous projects. Plus David hooked us up with self-closing drawers and doors throughout. Very cool. We definitely recommend IND and will be using them for all our future projects.

Initially the insurance company recommended contractor provided the emergency services for water damage in our kitchen. In addition, they also provided estimates for the repairs/remodel. We wanted to get additional estimates and we found IND Construction (thru Angie?s List and other resource). My wife called the company to make an appointment and David came to our place as scheduled. He was thoroughly professional, well prepared and told us about the company, types of work performed and shared photos of recent kitchen remodel work done. He reviewed the damage, took measurements and pictures to develop an estimate. He asked us about our needs, likes/dislikes, etc. He spent about an hour and a half with us and provided a high level estimate. He also explained what items/work were included in the estimate. David followed up with us in a couple of days to answer all of our questions. Although we decided to go with another contractor for the job due to insurance claim issues, we would call IND Construction for any future remodel jobs. We highly recommend IND Construction based on David?s professional demeanor and reasonable estimate (what we were expecting) for any remodeling projects.

We met David who arranged the plans and costs. He was professional and courteous. We began our project on June 26, 2013 and finished up in August 2013. David called on the phone to let us know what job would be next on the list. His workers were friendly and worked many days from early morning until dark to complete their tasks. We would highly recommend this company. Everything went smoothly and quickly as expected. We would use this company again.

All I can say is "WOW" on a job well done. David actually met with me shortly after I made the call to him and he listened intently as I tried to explain what we were looking for in the re-model. He made great suggestions and said he would do his best to keep us within the budget we discussed. Within a few days, we met with his designer who then gave us a 3D on what the re-model would look like and we also picked out the cabinet design & color we envisioned. We were off and running within two weeks. Then at demo we discovered that the kitchen was not only going to get new flooring but had to be gutted to the floor boards. This was totally unexpected and but was something that had to be done. Then the walls were not level either (another unexpected situation) but David was there immediately after learning from his crew what had to be done to continue the process. He took it upon himself to have the crew continue and told me not to worry about this process or the extra $$ I was envisioning. Yes we did have some BIG bumps in the road, but it was all worth it. The crews were very polite and David kept to his word that work would be done daily until completed. The kitchen & porch look fabulous and I can't say enough on how everything was handled and how every time I checked with David he'd re-assure me not to worry. He said it was his job to make things go as close to planned as possible. Sure the bill was a little over the budget but you will not hear any complaints from me or my family as to how it all went!!! I would use David again in a heart beat and will definitely reccommend him to anyone who needs work done. Many thanks to David & his crew!!! Lorraine B.
