Good price. Supply chain issues caused a few months delay, but Imperial kept me informed. When the door arrived, Imperial installed it within a week. The three-person team did a great job, including haul-away and site cleanup.

Sam and the whole team from Imperial Garage Doors were great. My garage door was really outdated and constantly getting stuck. They came out and gave me an estimate and explained the process. He also gave me a few magazines to look through to choose a new door that I like. They worked fast and efficiently and were great at communicating. I love how it turned out! I also decided to install a gate in my front yard that didn’t previously exist. I was “on the fence” about it for a while but when I saw how professional this company was with my garage door I knew I was in good hands. Sam offered competitive pricing and really guided me through the whole process which was actually way quicker than I anticipated.

Quite literally the best service I have ever received for my home. When I first called Imperial, I spoke to Sam and immediately knew I was speaking to a professional. He answered all questions, quoted accurate pricing & emailed brochures so I could see what he was talking about. We scheduled an appointment and Sam showed up on time with multiple sample options.
