I should have known that what you see online is not what you get in reality, but I was really disappointed in the quality of the garage door and installation we ordered through Imperial. The photos online are all from a distance and the manufacturer pictures are all renders but the reality of the construction and installation is much different. Thought we could work with the owner to remedy the quality but he’s blamed the contractor, offered no exchange, said that’s how all doors look and it’s what we ordered, and threatened a lien on the house for any payment dispute. My advice would be to get actual photos up close of any door you purchase through them and know that there is nothing they will do if you’re not satisfied in the quality of your door or the installation.
