+ -1 moreWell, it started off bad as the cleaners went to the wrong place (East Verdugo not West) and then I received no call from them because the woman who took my call wrote down the wrong number. However, when I called them for not showing, we figured everything out and they arrived quickly, worked quickly but efficiently, and were very professional and apologetic and did a great job. We are human and mistakes happen but it's how you handle it that matters and I would definitely use them again.
