Extremely well I am very pleased with their work.
Description of Work: They cleaned a huge antique rug and vanilla colored suede chairs in my kitchen and two sofas in the great room. Everything looked new and beautiful! Two men came with blue booties to cover their shoes.

Better than expected! I have used other carpet cleaners and they usually promise the stains to be gone 100%. It never was the case. This cleaner looked at the stains (dog had thrown up one night at several spots) and said that there was a 70% chance of removing it completely. He did far better than the previous cleaners.

Every one of the men arrived on time and were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Citrus Fresh.
Description of Work: I had mold in a bedroom due to water leaking into the bedroom closet from outside at the base of the building. Citrus Fresh did an outstanding job of mold remediation from start to finish. Two men came to assess the problem. Both were professional and polite and Jose took time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do before beginning. He needed to remove the drywall in the lower half of the closet and part of the bedroom wall. He sealed off the work area by hanging a plastic zippered wall so they could go in and out as needed. They moved all the furniture and covered everything with plastic. He taped plastic over the walkway from the front door to the bedroom to protect my carpeting. After the walls were removed, the area was treated and a fan was left to run for several days. Then Jeff came to take a sample to a lab. The results showed no mold. The following week, the men did the reconstruction. They installed insulation, put up dry wall and plastered. Two days later, Albino came to finish the job. He gets a gold star for his work and his attention to detail. I had a hole in the bedroom wall unrelated to water damage and when I asked him if he would mind fixing it, I found out he had already fixed it. He even bought a new outlet wall cover because my old one had a corner missing! He reinstalled floor board and closet door frame board. He painted and reinstalled the carpeting in the part of the room where it had been folded back. I am completely satisfied with his work and the appearance of the room.

My experience with them was really great. Citrus Fresh's crew is very professional, punctual, and detail-oriented; next time I need a carpet cleaned I definitely will be going to them again. Their work ethic has won them a loyal customer. Also, their prices are incredibly affordable for the quality of work which they do, I was surprised by just how great the carpet I wanted cleaned looked afterwards! I highly recommend them for an affordable way to get a great-looking carpet.

The gentleman was quick. He said it would take a half hour and it took less. Our carpet is only a couple years old. The offer says "Includes deodorizing to go along with your carpet cleaning Includes light furniture moving." My wife had emptied a coffee table and two end tables. He didn't want to move them. Nor did he move the couches or recliner. Not sure there was much to the deodorizing. But he didn't use any styrofoam to lift furniture off the carped, nor did he provide a paper trail to walk on, which is what other carpet cleaners have done in the past.

Thank you for your review. Due to workman's comp we are only able to move like dining room chairs, bar stools etc. Our policy does not cover other items for our techs to move. Angie's List does not go into detail on their description and I do not know why. If we move over 8 lbs it is considered a moving category for our policy and then is considered a moving company. This is why the table and most definitely sofa and recliner were declined on being moved by 1 technician. We did not move the furniture therefore no Styrofoam is needed to lift furniture as it was not set back on damp carpet. Most companies now days never put down paper on cleaned carpet. The reason is it does not let the carpet breathe and air be circulated to the cleaned area. This method leaves a wet mildew smell as the padding absorbs all the wetness instead of drying out. I am glad the cleaning was well as nothing was stated about the cleaning job! I have addressed your concerns and the reasoning why the technician did what he is trained to do.

I AM SO IMPRESSED!! This area so clean WAY BEYOND my expectations. I have previously used Quality Carpet Cleaning (will never use them again) and another company based in Irvine (nice employee, but I cannot recall the company name). I requested an appointment between 8am and 10am. Justo (the employee) called a half an hour before showing up. He arrived promptly as promised. He was friendly, professional and worked very hard. My carpeting has never looked this clean - ever. I will use Citrus Fresh again when I have my stairwells cleaned.
Description of Work: I have a very small area that needed cleaning. This was a small high volume walking area that never seems to stay clean. It is a short hallway between my husband's Man Cave and a pathway leading into our bedroom and on into my bathroom area.

There was an initial problem --- the technician did not show, and I wasted 1/2 day waiting. The company responded well-- re-scheduled for a convenient time. The technician appeared on time for the re-scheduled date. Once he arrived, he was polite, worked quickly, and did a great job. The rugs look much better, and I rate the work quality as an "A." I definitely will use this company again.

Description of Work: I had originally hired them to pick up an area rug that my dog had an accident on. They came out and picked up the rug and returned it after 5 days. Once I saw the quality of work they did, I called the office and scheduled a whole house cleaning! They were at our home for an entire day. I had all my upholstered dining room chairs, sofas, large over sized chairs, bar stools and outside patio furniture cleaned. I had the carpet cleaned in several bedrooms as well. I just scheduled them to come back out in February to do my hardwood and stone floors. The crews where professional and hard working.

I called a few carpet cleaning companies needing my carpets cleaned ASAP prior to a party in a couple of days - carpets were dirty and had numerous pet stains. Citrus Fresh set up an appointment for the next day and they arrived when promised. The crew confirmed what needed to be done and they said they'd do their best to remove the pet stains - they said up front they could definitely make them substantially better, but couldn't promise they could be entirely eliminated. They were extremely conscientious and careful not to damage any furniture or our wood floor. They cleaned the carpets thoroughly and re-sprayed the old pet stained areas twice and worked hard to remove the stains. The carpets looked awesome after they finished. Most of the pet stains I was concerned about were barely visible. Their truck mounted system must be very powerful - most of the water was removed and the carpets dried in just a few hours. Amazing experience - will not use anybody else in the future. Highly recommended!!

The crew arrived promptly as scheduled. They crew was 2 men that were clean and professional in company shirts and clearly marked van. This is very important to me as being at home alone and having an unmarked van is very uneasy to me. The cleaning was amazing and the end results were fantastic. I would hire them again and refer them to friends and family!
