James came out and estimated the job, interpreted my notebook sketch and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Two weeks later, my driveway was finished. The crew was clean, respectful and delivered exactly what I asked James for. One of the best home improvement projects I've ever had done in my 20 years of home ownership. Highly recommend James and Install It Direct!!

I was very impressed with Install It Direct from start to finish. Emily designed an incredible oasis for us. My husband was very skeptical about removing an old wrought-iron fence and putting up a small sitting wall. Emily designed and showed us a computer generated 3D rendering of her idea, and it was perfect! We now have an incredible sitting wall with built-in lights and the most beautiful colored pavers, curved artfully around an existing fruit tree. Sebastian and his team knocked out the whole project in four days, with six guys working what seemed like Non-Stop. They removed around 400 square feet of old concrete, about 75 feet of wrought iron fence,and a lot of weeds. They had the compacting in the sand down and leveled by the end of the first day. And most of the pavers were down by the second day. I'm just really impressed with how fast and how efficient Sebastian's team was, and how well they we're able to put together Emily's vision. Emily was on site every day to make sure that the details were taken care of. We worked with a company that Emily recommended for an Alumawood pergola, with a built-in fan and some extra electrical outlets and lights. It also came out fantastic! My family and I are very happy with our new oasis! Soon we will probably have IID do our front yard.

Emily and her crew were true professionals. Digital presentation of our plan, timeline and finished product we are all delivered on schedule and on budget. We love our new outdoor space!

Our backyard was completed about two months ago, and I am still in awe on the job Sarul and his crew performed. After purchasing a new home, we were looking to get ~1200 sqft of hardscape, retaining wall, planter wall, electrical, and drainage installed. I reached out and received literally 15 quotes with some quotes being outrageously high and others being so low I wondered if they knew what they were doing. Luckily though, I found Shawn at IID. Shawn is very professional and extremely knowledgable about his craft. He arrived at our house a few days after I contacted IID, and spent two hours listening to what we exactly wanted and provided some amazing suggestions. After measuring, sketching, and selecting supplies, he gave us a quote right on the spot (completely awesome as I didn't have to wait 2-14 days for a quote like others). Best part, he showed us pictures and examples of every project he has managed. That's right, we didn't just see pictures of "selected" jobs, but pictures of all jobs. The price was also amazing. IID will give you 20% off since they pass the savings of buying directly straight to the consumer. Believe me, their prices are best you can find with the best service and quality. You truly will receive the best bang for your buck. After finalizing the contract, Shawn helped us out with the design to send to our HOA. IID check in on us every few weeks to see if we received approval, and once we did, they immediately started the job. We then had a walk through with Shawn and Sarul (crew manager) to go over the job, and Sarul had a few suggestions as well, which again, were awesome!. Sarul and his crew were amazing what they did as well. Sarul made himself available all of the time and promptly answered any questions. His crew was also very respectful to our house and property, and they cleaned up each and every day. I couldn't be happier. They were able to complete the entire job after 10 days. A few weeks later we noticed some small things (i.e. one small crack paver and one wall cap not glued), BUT after contacting Shawn, Sarul and his crew immediately came over in two days and resolved it (unbelievable service). We receive compliments all of the time, and are still in awe with how our backyard turned out. We weren't planning on doing any more hardscape after this job, but now we are planning a second project in the next 1-2 years and will be reaching out to Shawn to complete it. Our front and back yard were just completed by Install It Direct - I am not an outdoor person, whatsoever; however, for the first time in years I am excited about spending time outside with my kids and dogs! For Consultation and Design, we met with Emily and instantly hit it off! It's so rare to find people who genuinely love their job and are eager to satisfy their customers in this area and industry - from beginning to end, Emily hit out of the park! She is so knowledgeable, meticulous, and enthusiastic; a true professional who is passionate about her work, her team, and her customers! For Demolition, Construction, and Finishing, we had Rufino's crew who were nothing short of amazing. They were courteous, polite, always on time, and some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. These gentlemen are truly experts at their craft and the work they did to transform our yard was exceptional! I'll never be able to thank them enough! If you're ever in the market - I would highly recommend Emily, Rufino and the rest of their crew!

We hired Install-It-Direct for our backyard remodel project and could not have been happier! Our project manager, Emily Ayala, was fantastic - listening to what we were looking for, putting together a great design and producing beautiful results on time and on budget. The site crew, led by Fernando Alverado, did a great job and kept the worksite organized and accessible. We felt the pricing was fair and are thrilled with our new backyard. We had such a great experience with Install It Direct and our project manager Emily for our backyard renovation project. We first met Emily with no clear idea of what we wanted other than a modern patio & outdoor kitchen. Emily helped us conceptualize and design something that I know we couldn't have designed alone. We trusted her design aesthetic completely and we appreciated her attention to detail and quick thinking. Using the materials thoughtfully to elevate the space is definitely one of Emily's strengths. The whole process was easy and quick from demo to completion. Andy and his crew were so friendly and finished the huge job in about two weeks. Now we are so stoked to have our dream outdoor entertaining space. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Emily & Install It Direct!

In preparation for putting in a patio, side walkway, and widening the driveway(all with pavers) we researched many companies and poured over the reviews. We obviously made the right choice because we are very pleased with the quality of work and thrilled with the final product. Crew Fernando H was always on time, friendly, professional, courteous and our toddler enjoyed every second of watching them work. Emily stayed on top of everything, gave regular updates, and delivered what she promised. We highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Emily A. of Install it Direct. After weeks of meeting with potential contractors, we met with Emily from 5-7:30 on a Thursday evening. By 6:30 the next morning we had paver samples on our driveway, a quote and a drawing. Impressive! Emily's friendly, informed and proactive style not to mention great pricing made selecting Install it Direct an easy decision. Where other companies had told us we couldn't have the design we wanted, Emily and her professional crews made it happen. Their work was done quickly yet perfectly and we absolutely love our patio, patio cover and walkways! We look forward to a future project together.

Emily and Fernando did a great job at our house. They were professional, high quality and always cleaned up at the end of the day. A contractor that meets their schedule and follows through with commitments. Who knew!

I wanted to beautify my yard to enjoy it more and increase my home value. I needed an extensive upgrade and was very careful choosing a contractor. I had a half dozen quotes done by the highest rated contractors in my area. What impressed me most about Install-It-Direct, and led me to choose Casey Schletz as project manager, was the value I received (i.e. best bang for the buck) and his frequent visits and communication to make sure I was satisfied and the job was done correctly. He cares more than the typical contractor in my experience. I am so pleased with the results and receive compliments and requests for Casey's contact info from neighbors all the time. I'm so happy that I chose Casey and Install-It-Direct.

So easy to work with. Emily Ayala was my project supervisor and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect and what I wanted. The crews are very polite and clean up after themselves when done. I have two dogs and they made sure the gate openings were covered when the dogs were home.

I wish I could give Install It Direct a better review but there were too many things that went wrong and promises made that were not kept. Emily gave a a reasonable bid on an oversized putting green (diagram attached). The project was supposed to take 3-4 days and would be completed before moving the crew onto the next job (this was a promise from Emily). They started on a Wednesday and it started raining late Friday. Emily had already collected a deposit and the 2 progress payments since she said they would finish by end of day Saturday. The rain created a delay, although Wilber and his crew continued to work in the rain on Sunday. Two weeks later the job was still not completed and rain was no longer the culprit. The company moved Wilber and his crew to the next scheduled project! It took 2 more weeks and lots of headaches to get them to finally finish. Does the putting green look nice from afar? Absolutely. Here are our major beefs: 1) There are 3 large seams that you can see that they have tried to fix with no success. We paid over $20,000 for this large putting green so we should not be seeing seams. 2)I had 6 bids for the putting green and every one of them; including IID included gopher mess as we have a very obvious gopher and ground squirrel problem. Emily stated after the fact when she showed up with 4 ultrasonic gopher deterrents that her bid did not include the mesh as it doesn?t work anyway and HER preference was using the stakes instead (roughly $20/each. We already have a buckle under the green that feels like a gopher hole. They will come out to fix it but it could be the beginning of several repair visits. 3) The contact states that all design changes need to be approved by us before being implemented. The holes were not placed where they were supposed to go according to our contract and the design for the whole green was changed. It still looks nice but they had to add another hole after it was completed to match the original design and that is the only hole that does not light up and match the others. 4) The crew left our hose running during the day with a shut off spout at the end. The problem was that we had to attach 2 hoses to make it reach and water sprayed out of the connection all day long - for 4 weeks! At one point they forgot to turn the hose off when they left and 3 days later we noticed water shooting into the air (we live on 5 acres so the hose was far from our house). The area was completely flooded and after reporting it to Emily, her only response was that it couldn?t have been her crew who left it on. Wilber admitted they must have forgotten about it. Our water bill is going to be through the roof! 5) Other little things included trying to get them to complete the finishes like repairing sprinklers that were disconnected, covering electrical lighting cords with dirt, filling soil along the pavers to hide the chunked cement, etc.... We didn?t blame Wilber for this as he had been moved to another project 2

My experience with Install-it Direct was excellent. My initial contact was Brandon Borrego who came by our home and gave us an estimate of installing brick pavers for our sidewalk. We had over 3000 bricks on our patio and we wanted to repurpose them for our sidewalk. He was receptive to our proposal and gave us an estimate shortly thereafter. After getting two other bids we went with Install-it-Direct. We started our project on a Wednesday and it was completed by noon on Saturday. The work crew (led by foreman Saul) were extremely hard working, skilled and courteous. The project was done very efficiently and my wife and I are delighted on the finished project. We recommend Install-it-Direct for any paver project you may be considering. Kudos to Brandon, Saul and his excellent crew on a job well done!

Install-it-Direct was a fantastic company and I'm so glad I found them through Home Advisor. They installed the Belgard Catalina Slate paver in Victorian (color) and it turned out better than we could have hoped for. They also helped me to make decisions about our landscaping and even put in underground garden beds for me. Will (Sales) is fantastic from a customer service perspective. He was on site everyday making sure that I was happy with the progress. The construction team was professional, fast and knew what they were doing!! They delivered high quality work for our home! This company goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer gets exactly what they are looking for. I highly recommend this company for any backyard project!!!

Install it direct I did a lot of research before picking Install It Direct to do the turf and pavers for our back yard remodel. Kyle came out to explain everything and give us a quote. Once we signed, Kyle was there every step of the way to make sure we were happy. Customer service is obviously very important to them. Wilber and his crew were our installers. They did an awesome job on our yard. We had a big job that required the removal of lots of plants and dirt, before they could even start installation. They worked extremely hard everyday. You could tell that they take great pride in their work. The work was outstanding down to the smallest detail. The crew was friendly, professional and hard working. The turf used was high quality and the seams are invisible. We couldn't be happier with the job! I would recommend Install It Direct to anyone putting in pavers and/or synthetic turf. Be sure to ask for Kyle to come out to give you a quote, and for Wilber and his team to do your installation. The transformation is incredible.

Their sales rep, Brittany, was most professional from the initial walk-through using graph paper and precise measurements, to the daily follow-ups, to the final evaluation. The workers were intense yet always friendly.

I had several companies come and give me an estimate to install pavers in a back/side yard. Install It Direct (Shawn) did the most thorough job of explaining the whole paving process, the breakdown of costs, etc. He was reliable from start to finish and promptly answered any questions that arose. Jose and his crew worked incredibly hard! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and I'm looking forward to enjoying my new space for many years to come!
