I couldn't have been more happy to get my landscaping work done, and that too so beautifully - huge thanks to Install it direct! I wanted a very simple easy to maintain side yard for which time an budget was a deciding factor as much as were the options I had for making it look beautiful and functional. William worked with me to help pick the best options and get the design nailed down. Patrick and Jonathan took it from there and stayed in constant touch, worked patiently with me, and kept in touch till the work was done. They were always available to talk through any concerns or question I had. I got nice pavers, a retaining wall and a small patch of artificial turf which looks amazing. Work was done really fast and the crew was so hard working and I never saw them spend time on anything else while they were there. I would recommend INSTALL-IT-DIRECT to anyone who heartedly!!!

This was a fantastic company to work with on my backyard project. From the start, Steve led the design, offering thoughtful options while keeping our budget in mind. He was transparent, never pressured us, and focused on doing the job right. After considering other companies, Steve’s advocacy for us made the decision easy. Once the project began, I worked with Ramon, the onsite lead; Nick, the foreman; and Patrick, the project manager. I doubted their 2-week timeline, but this efficient team completed everything in just 8 days. Ramon arrived promptly each day, answered questions patiently, and ensured nothing was removed without checking first. His team’s attention to detail was exceptional. Though I had limited interaction with Nick, it was clear he played a critical role. Patrick was incredible—checking in daily, addressing changes patiently, and solving issues on the spot. His dedication gave us confidence throughout. I can’t thank the entire team and the owner enough!

We recently redid our front yard and added turf to the backyard, and Iâ m absolutely thrilled with the results from Install It Direct. Patrick, our project manager, and his team were professional every step of the way. The final outcome is incredible, and Iâ ve already received numerous compliments from neighbors. I just had roughly 2000 square feet of turf installed at my residence by Install-It-Direct, and could not be more pleased by their professionalism and attention to detail from their initial estimate and throughout the entire installation process. Nate talked me out of using pavers, which would have been more expensive than turf, which speaks very much for their honesty and doing right by the customer. He provided me pluses and minuses of both options (turf vs. pavers) and walked me to two houses in the neighborhood using turf, giving contrasts and comparisons with those turf instances and their product, really helping with my decision. Patrick's project management could not have been more helpful, and both he and Nate assuaged any concerns I had in bringing the project through to a great end result.

This is the third time Install-It-Direct has done work on our property and they are just as good now as they were in 2010 when they did the first project. Rich, Patrick, Cosme, and crew understood that it was a painful but necessary decision for us to comply with the State's AB 3074 Zone Zero. Plans were drawn up and a meeting on site that included a very thorough walk-through of the project was done several days before the start date so there would be no surprises. They listened and answered every question. We are very pleased with what they did and how they did it. There was daily contact with Patrick and Rich while the work was being done and they have stayed in touch to make sure we are happy with the project. We are.

We had Install-It-Direct design and install a retaining wall for a sloped portion of our yard. They provided lots of advice and options for getting the look we wanted at a good price. I got quotes from 8 different contractors for my backyard walkway and patio. I went with Install-It-Direct because they provided a very thorough quote; the exact work that would be done was clear, and it was obvious that they were not going to skip corners. Their cost was also very reasonable (not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive). Working with them was very easy. They were responsive to all of my concerns. I had ISTALL-IT -DIRECT replace my existing lawn with artificial turf. I started with the back yard. I was so impressed with the look as well as workmanship, I decided to also do my front yard. After meeting Nate, I didn't bother to talk to another company. I can't come up with enough accolades for Nate. His aplomb is reassuring , his attention to detail impeccable, his kind demeanor is appreciated & word golden.

Nice guy. But I feel duped. Convinced me to hire his buddy to complete landscaping project. I am still paying for things that were done poorly.

Good work

Categories above don't exactly reflect the work we had done. Install It Direct removed our wood retaining wall and replaced with stone-look block (about 260 feet in length). They also installed artificial turf in our front yard, which greatly improved our curb appeal. Chris and Troy supervised these installations and their workers did an excellent job. We were very pleased with their work and it turned out great!

Chris MacMillan managed and designed the project. He's super knowledgable, and during the whole project, he and the project lead, Nicholas, who was in charge of the worker schedules, were both always proactive and easy to work with. I started my project small with with intention of replacing backyard cracking concrete with pavers, ended up spent a lot more on a cooking center and a fire pit, plus bunch of other miscellaneous updates and fixes. We're very happy with what it turned out.

These guys did an excellent job of my backyard. Robert and team were very collaborative with the entire effort without breaking the bank too much. I have my ideas in mind and the team translated them into a finished functional yard that the entire family can enjoy for many years to come. Troy and Chris were absolutely fantastic to work with on our backyard project. The whole process from the initial consultation through the construction was seamless. They were patient with our questions and timely with responses. They set clear expectations on next steps, and beyond exceeded our expectations for our backyard project. Both Megan and Aaron and their team provide excellent works and services. I will choose them again if I have a similar project. We did both pavers and turf, front and backyard. They look beautiful now.

After interviewing several paver contractors, we decided on Install-It-Direct to replace our driveway and add small patio with pavers. Chris our salesperson, besides being super friendly, was the only one to provide creative design ideas and provided a detailed estimate (most did not document the details). Install-It-Direct (IID) was not the lowest bidder, but also not the highest either. The quality of workmanship far surpassed our expectations. Frank, Nicholas, and crew were super polite and very communicative. They were amazingly fast at removing our old concrete, turf and installing over 1,000 square feet of pavers within about a week (including rain delays). I highly recommend IID.!

I wish I could rate Install-It Direct with 1000 stars! I had a full front yard and driveway demo and re-build project (pavers, turf, rock, hardscape, landscape) which seemed daunting to me at first. Mostly, because I couldnâ t picture what I wanted. From the start of the project design and estimate, to follow up, demo, and install â every step of the way was professional.
