$150,000 project from hell. There were many erroneous neglectful ignorant errors that cost me time and money. The project was a 7-week project. They never provided toilets for their employees. The water feature that was installed leaked had to be redone . The pump they installed did not work after a few months and had to be replaced. They sent someone out to replace it who had no knowledge of how to put a pump in. I ended up hiring my own professional pump installer and install it direct paid their bill. The downspouts were all supposed to be directed to dump onto the driveway and wash down into my yard. Because of their negligence and ignorance all the downspouts went into a planter where I had a very cherished orange tree planted. The orange tree died. Because of their ignorance. Who would direct downspouts to pour into an orange tree planter? Install it Direct had to pay to have my orange tree replaced. When installing the turf in the front yard they failed to put drip to a tree so they had to tear up the turf. Then they failed to use primer or glue on PVC joints which caused a massive leak in the front yard and the same turf had to be pulled up again. I was out of town and had to do an emergency trip back. They paid for my airfare but not my baggage. Due to their negligence and the grass being compromised they refuse to replace it. It was finally replaced due to a lot of effort on my part. The project ended up going almost two years to the day. They kept sending out different men for the same issues. When Tim the owner asked me why did it take so long I told him all they ever did was send out different men to cover the same issues and nothing ever happened.. I would not hire this company. I do not recommend this company. One of the Foreman they used at the time also dumped a lot of building material on my property which I was not aware of. They poured cement and covered it up with dirt. I am still finding sprinkler heads, PVC and pavers to this day.

Absolutely the BEST contractors we've ever worked with. The proposal process was excellent, they worked with us to find a product that matched our style and budget. The pricing was competive and comparable to most of the others, except one that was twice as high, we got 4 bids for this job. They had everything in stock and ready to go before starting, installers were here first thing in the morning and worked hard all day long and left the place cleaned-up at the end of each day. The project manager was on-site to check on the project regularly and was easy to reach by phone with questions AND when all was said and done there were no hidden charges or delay and it looked beautiful! I seriously have not had such a positive experience with a contractor before. I highly recommend install-it-direct Our project involved removing the lawn and driveway and replacing the driveway, creating a patio and pathway with pavers.

After getting several quotes we were referred to Install-it-Direct by some friends and are really glad we went with them. What a transformation â a gorgeous patio surrounding our pool and elegant walkways around the house -- and all thanks to the people of Install-It-Direct -- a company dedicated to our project from the first consultation to the last installation. Dennis Caldwell and Aaron Dishon led the team. Dennis was key to formulating the design. He discussed with us various scenarios, and made excellent suggestions. Chief among them was extending the patio to include walkways around three sides of the house which connected all paved areas, giving it a unified, smooth, and seamless look, and adding an improved drainage system. Aaron did superlative work in coordinating all aspects of the project, which included the demolition of the old concrete and brick patio, installation of the drainage system and the pavers, and resolution of all other items. He was always available for questions and concerns, and that continued even after the project was finished. The installation crew was led by Antonio Sanchez. He and his team, Leandro and Roberto, were outstanding. They demolished the old and built the new on schedule, including extra projects necessary to complete the design. Their work is simply beautiful. The entire team are professional and knowledgeable. They kept to the timeline, the cost was fair, and above all, they made us their priority. We would not hesitate to hire Install-It-Direct again.

I recently worked with Install-It-Direct to put pavers and putting greens and make our backyard less water consumption and easy to maintain. Pouya (designer), Frank (PM) and their crew were absolutely phenomenal every step of the way and I give them A+++ . It was a great experience, from the time we got the quote till the backyard was all finished. My family and I are very happy with how it turned out and would 100% recommend Install-It- Direct .

We hired Install-It-Direct to re-do our 50 year old, tract-home yard after seeing the job that they did on our sonâ  s yard. Within about 30 minutes the sales rep Thomas called me back and set up an appt to look at our property the next day. He was on time, extremely professional, and very friendly. Within a few days he provided a drawing of our space and detailed estimate with line items for each part of the project. The prices seemed fair and we scheduled the work. They were able to start almost immediately which was wonderful! Thomas introduced me to the project manager, Frank who was absolutely incredible to work with. He kept in touch throughout the entire process to check in and confirm details with me to ensure it was exactly how we wanted it. The crews were fantastic, they worked extremely hard M-S, they did an amazing job, and were very tidy. I loved that once they started the project they stayed until they finished, I didnâ t have to worry about them picking up other projects and fighting to have ours finished. If youâ re looking to have work done, look no further, Thomas and Frank are such a great team and will oversee your project start to finish.

Install-It-Direct just completed the most beautiful transformation of my large, neglected front and side yard and I couldnâ t be happier. Thomas, Frank and the whole entire rock star crew made the complete process seamless and stress free. The process stared with Thomas, who carefully listened to my wishes and crafted the most exquisite drought tolerant low maintenance 3D rendering of my front and side yard. Frank and his rock star team brought the plan to a reality in just 2 short weeks. The team was extremely fast, professional, neat and all-around nice guys. Had a great experience working with Chris McMillian the contractor for Install-It-Direct on our front driveway and side yard paver installation. Very professional, timely and quality work. The install crew led by Nicolas was very good. We have received a ton of compliments on our new pavers since the job was completed on time and on budget. Thanks Chris and Nick!

Our neighbor recommended Chris when we were admiring the job he had done. My wife and I liked Chris immediately. He explained everything well and offered multiple options explaining the pros and cons and cost of each. What we chose ended up a little less than I had expected. His crew was great( led by Ilino?) and they worked long and hard to finish the job in record time. Could not be happier. He is now likely to be working on another house in our neighborhood. The neighbor who referred him to us said: â you will not be disappointedâ and he was spot on.

After getting their name from a neighbor. Thomas came over to give us a quote. We had a good idea for what we wanted to do and he helped us make it better. We received quotes from 6 companies. Thomas was the only one who was an all around professional sharing his knowledge, ideas, and suggestions in a matter a fact no pressure kind of way. Plus he didnâ t bad mouth other companies work to get his point across. Great follow up from start to finish. He provided a digital image of our plan and all the paperwork we needed to submit to HOA. The crew that came to do the work was great! Hard working all day and very in synch with each other. They pay close attention to detail. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. The job foreman, Frank, was also great to work with. Both Thomas and Frank encouraged questions and repeatedly wanted to make sure we were happy with the progress. A couple minor tweaks needed to be made while the work was being done. Thomas and Frank just wanted to fix it and it was not a big deal. Install It Direct may not be the cheapest company out there, but I knew after our first visit that they were different from the other companies. We definitely had piece of mind considering the amount of money we were spending and for the work being done on such an important part of our home. :)

Called these guys after seeing their reviews on line. Glad I did. After a tough start (unresponsive rep) I got a new sales rep (Thomas) and he was excellent and helped me design a complete front yard redo. The job supervisor (Frank) was also on top of it at all time, the crew was top notch and appeared to need only a few pointers from managers to get things done quickly and in my opinion beautifully. The attention to detail all the way thru the job was really a nice thing to see especially these days when it seems so hard to find a company that will do as they say they will. This was an important project for me. I was replacing an old concrete driveway, walkway and front porch and adding a small front patio, and I wanted it to look great. The project manager, Ronald, was very thorough, helpful, and responsive to my concerns throughout the project. The end result is stunning, adding a lot of curb appeal to my little house. I am very happy with the outcome, and would recommend this company.

Install It Direct just replaced all the concrete around my house - driveway, walkways, back patio - and I couldnâ t be happier! The product itself is simply beautiful. Ever since the installation I actually have neighbors walking over and telling me how beautiful everything looks! But just as important was the team at Install It Direct. Chris was my design consultant and project manager. He listened to my thoughts and ideas throughout the process and gave me multiple design options while working with my budget. No detail was too small for him and he patiently laid out multiple designs for me to pick from. As a design consultant and then project manager, I couldnâ t have asked for anybody more responsive and professional. The crew itself was also great! Nicholas was the foreman and kept the project on track, even finishing a couple of days earlier than planned. And last but definitely not least, the work crew was exceptional. They were here early every day, worked hard and cleaned up every day; even going to the extent of blowing the dust off of the neighborâ s car! These guys were skilled, fast, and stayed focused on what they needed to get done every day. And did I also say how beautiful the end product is?

Install It Direct was one of two companies that we went through a full design consultation and estimate process for our small front and back yard in our new construction home. While both bids were similar enough in price, we ultimately choose to go with Install It Direct because of our overly positive experience with Ron, our design consultant. Ron came with great suggestions and was willing to revise the design and work to maximize our budget. Ron was also straightforward about the pros and cons of turf and pavers and gave advice as to what other home projects we could prioritize next to maximize the longevity of the landscaping project (get gutters!). As first-time homeowners, we were grateful for the extra info. Our incredibly slow HOA approval process pushed us way past our anticipated start date for install and into the December holidays. Even with the delay on our side and the complete disruption to life from COVID-19, we were impressed that the install team made things work and got everything done in a relatively short amount of time. Yes, there were some hiccups and slowdowns here and there, mainly due to the state of the world right now, but ultimately, we are happy with how everything turned out. The quality of the work is great, they were able to level our backyard way beyond what we are expecting within our budget. Thanks to the work of Install It Direct we can finally enjoy being in our backyard.

Chris MacMillan with Install-It Direct did an amazing job on my paver driveway, patio, wall with recessed lights and two planters. The whole project/installation took less than 2 weeks, and all construction workers were very courteous and respectful. After installation was finished Chris came back to make sure that recessed lighting and drip system for plants were setup correctly on my iPhone. Every time I reached out to Chris for questions, he was always available, patient, and honest. I am very happy with the way it turned out and I highly recommend Install-It Direct.

Happy with the outcome, glad it is over. The job was quoted as a 10-day job which would have been 2 weeks. It ended up taking 4 weeks with an extra 4 weeks of unused material sitting on the driveway making it so we were unable to access one side of our garage and one of our cars for about 2 months, If you hire them make sure you communicate with them because they will not communicate with you. The job was initially miss measured which added additional costs. The fire pit that the Rep sent a picture of and was agreed upon was not what we got and we were told that the capstone and ceramic balls in the picture were additional charges. The Rep changed the scope of the work a couple of times without involving us. Also, we have a gas leak that we are going to need to now call a plumber for.; an additional charge for us to incur due to their work.

Install-it-Direct recently completed a backyard update with new artificial turf, updated hardscape and tune-up of sprinklers and lighting. My service representative was Chris MacMillan was very knowledgeable about all things yard and landscaping and I'm very pleased with the service and final product! Tom L Carmel Valley
