Intall-It-Direct did an awesome job in our backyard! Emily and Santi were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Emily was a rock star! She was even over on a Sunday morning on her hands and knees trimming the turf around the putting green until it looked perfect... She wanted it like Augusta :) Santi and his crew were amazing. They were very professional and showed up everyday with a smile on their faces which made the project much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Intall-It-Direct!!!

Install-It-Direct just completed our backyard renovation, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Steve Brown,our designer, very patiently listened to our ideas and concerns and created a design that fit our wants and needs. He personally monitored the work by checking its progress daily. Lidia, construction mgr., was spot on with all scheduling. Saul and his crew did an excellent installation of our pavers, walkways, steps, planters and veneering of retaining wall, as well as turf and D.G. pathways. The pergola adds a special touch. We had a wonderful experience with Install-It-Direct; our product manager Emily was with us every step of the way with every explanation of the job and materials being provided. The crew was excellent and professional for the 3 weeks they were here. Our Patio came out better than we could have imagined. Not only did Emily help with the design but she also was detail oriented to think of the future real estate values and aesthetic to keep our house marketable.

Had the team at Install It Direct replace my front grass starting with Emily providing me an estimate and throughout the whole project everyone was professional and did a great job. Including going above what they needed to when we found a water leak not related to their work they helped me get it fixed on a Saturday prior to me going out of town.

This was the best home improvement project yet! The Install-It-Direct team was professional & the materials top notch. I found this company from a neighborhood app that had great comments, so I called to schedule a meeting. Pam arrived [on time] to guide us into the world of pavers & artificial turf. We loved her bubbly personality and clear presentation. Her design suggestions were super helpful. She had samples and catalogs to make our choices simple. The price quote was a great value. After our initial consultation with Pam, we met with several other companies, but no one could match the Install-It-Direct price and several of the other company reps were poorly prepared. We called Pam back and had a follow up meeting where we decided to add re-doing the driveway in addition to our front walkways and lawn. Best decision ever!! Install-It-Direct provided both hand drawn illustrations as well as a CAD layout that made our HOA approval process quick and easy. The actual project was scheduled to take 8-9 working days. The crew arrived on a Monday morning - led by the AWESOME Ernesto as foreman. Ernesto was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, great suggestions along the way, super skilled at every step of this project. Ask for him on any Install-It-Direct job. So the crew worked daily from 8:30-5:30. They took care of every possible thing from demo of yard [demo of bushes, old concrete, grass], they capped off and re-routed the sprinkler system. They were very careful of our neighbor's property. They left the site in good order every day. They were always on time and worked diligently all day. They managed to complete the project on Saturday - in just 6 days. We also opted to have a sealer put on the pavers that was added a couple of days later. All our neighbors are so impressed with the beauty and quality of the job. After months of ugly dirt yard and old concrete walkways / driveway I can't believe that this beautiful front yard is our house :) I can't wait until we can bring the same beauty to our backyard!! The second crew led by Jesus did a good job taking the time and care to arrange the pavers for two walkways to ensure that when it rains the water flows in the right direction. Juan was very professional and made sure I was happy with their work.

I wanted to beautify my yard to enjoy it more and increase my home value. I needed an extensive upgrade and was very careful choosing a contractor. I had a half dozen quotes done by the highest rated contractors in my area. What impressed me most about Install-It-Direct, and led me to choose Casey Schletz as project manager, was the value I received (i.e. best bang for the buck) and his frequent visits and communication to make sure I was satisfied and the job was done correctly. He cares more than the typical contractor in my experience. I am so pleased with the results and receive compliments and requests for Casey's contact info from neighbors all the time. I'm so happy that I chose Casey and Install-It-Direct.

We are SO happy that Install-It-Direct did the hardscape of our home. Our project manager Emily is not only extremely knowledgeable but also on top of things from the beginning to the end. She made so many wonderful suggestions throughout the process, such as selection of type and color of pavers, the locations of each kind of light, the color of the patio walls … She comes on site to check the progress at early mornings, evenings, even during weekends to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciate. Emily is always available via phone, text messages, or emails whenever we have questions or concerns. THANK YOU, Emily! Our foreman Francisco is phenomenal! He is a quiet man with more than 20 years experience. He pays attention to all the details and gets things done beautifully. Our design involves many very difficult cuttings of pavers: curves, circles, cutting-in patterns. Francisco’s team did a fantastic job of implementing the project. They were meticulous in cutting the pavers. We were totally amazed how beautifully the design was executed. Francisco also made several great suggestions during the installation based on his years of experience, which turns out great for our project. We highly recommend Install-It-Direct for paver and landscaping project. Ask for Emily and Francisco to help you: you won’t be disappointed.

We are so happy with our backyard! The Install-It-Direct team was great. Once we requested a quote, Will came out to the house, offered great options/solutions and scheduled our backyard paver project within 2 weeks! Not only were his recommendations cost effective, the entire project from beginning to end was extremely professional and high-quality. From customer service to craftsmanship, these guys are definitely the best pavers around! We highly recommend them!

We went with INSTALL-IT-DIRECT for our backyard project after visiting with a number of different contractors. Emily Ayala, the Project Manager, was so easy to work with. She came with a great plan, listened to our ideas, devised a 3D rendering, and provided sound advice and we're thrilled with the final product. They ripped out our old concrete that didn't match and we've replaced them with pavers and a pergola. Saul and the pavers team did a helluva job. Very efficient and easy to deal with, jazzed up our balcony posts, re-arranged our sprinklers, installed lighting to highlight trees. Very pleased. And the pergola folks, name escapes me, were also great. Installed some new electrical outlets for outside and on the pergola in preparation for string lights we're going to add. They had a few pergola beams that were damaged from the factory and didn't want to install those (even though I barely noticed any issues) until they could get some perfect ones. These guys care about their work. Very happy with the entire experience using INSTALL-IT-DIRECT and dealing with Emily throughout the process was a great pleasure.

We just had our paver driveway completed by Install It Direct and are so pleased with the finished product - it’s beautiful! What a difference over the standard boring concrete drive! The crew was professional and polite and very careful while working around our newly landscaped yard. Emily, our designer/project manager was outstanding! We were having a hard time finding a stone color we liked and she went out of her way to bring us lots of sample pavers so we could really get a feel for what would look best with our existing land/hardscape. She was always available for questions and/or concerns and made sure we were happy throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Install It Direct. The Team at Install-It-Direct are all outstanding, Ron Dombroski, Will Thower, and Rodrigo. First of all they made a detailed assessment of my Backyard Project. Carefully understanding what was required in order provide a first rate end product that will last for years. Mr. Thrower stated the scope of the work, thoroughly answered all questions, and Rodrigo executed as Will had promised. As the homeowner, I did not have to look over their shoulders to ensure the job was being done correctly. Even though there were obstacles, they overcame and did the job as planned. They were on time, clean, and respected my property. I have dealt with a many contractors and I can easily say that Install-It-Direct stands above them all as a top notch Team with integrity. The end result surpassed expectations.

Great company to work with. Emily was my project manager and she was fantastic! Everyone worked hard to make sure everything was what I wanted. Would definitely hire them again. Polite crews, friendly and even stayed late to finish their job. Project was completed on time even though we had some setbacks (not the fault of the company).

My entire backyard is a pool and pool deck. The pool deck was concrete with slate ribbons and was in bad shape…the concrete was buckling and pitted. Will Thrower and his crew were on time, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, competent with a strong desire to please. The crew always had someone on hand to answer any questions. They were helpful and mindful of maintaining good neighbor relations by minimizing noise, maintaining a work schedule compatible with the neighborhood, and keeping a neat, clean, organized work space. The crew was hard working from start to finish and I received many compliments from my neighbors regarding how well my project was going compared to some of the experiences my neighbors had had with paver installation. They worked well with other contractors who were also doing work for me. Will and his crew completed the 1372 square foot job on time, on budget with no surprises! I was pleased with their professionalism and my wife and I highly recommend Will and his crew.

"Install it direct" did our front yard/back yard in mt helix, san diego in last 2 weeks. New turf, 7 hole putting green, cement tiles/rock patio area, DG trim. They came highly referred by a friend of mine. Not only did we get professional service, but the lead artist/landscaper, Wilber was 2nd to none in his quality work, service, personality, and even suggestions to us. Wilber who was the foreman and ran the project made our experience very enjoyable and reassuring. i will be happy to recommend him and refer Wilber and Install it Direct out in future to my clients and friends!!

Install It Direct just finished installing pavers and turf in my backyard and completely transformed it. From the start of the process Emily listened to my ideas, made sound and reasonable recommendations and worked with me to design and create an amazing new space. She is very knowledgeable on hardscape and went to great strides to make sure we were thrilled with the outcome.
