They were great. I would give them an excellent grade all the way around. The work was done very well and on time. There were no problems. Their clean up and professionalism were all excellent. I didn’t really do a lot of checking around with regard to price but it was a good price.

Very easy to schedule. He came to the house and gave me some estimates. Everything was fine I just decided to go in a different direction.

The desk had belonged to my great grandmother. It was very unstable and wobbly, and the guides for the main drawer were completely detached so the drawer was unusable. The condition of the finish wasn't bad, but the hinges used in the previous amateur restoration effort did not fit properly. Keith had to do a lot of searching but managed to locate hinges and guides that were a good fit and that matched the original style. He took the desk apart and put it back together so it was completely stable and felt solid. He touched up the finish after all the mechanical work was complete. My family and I were all delighted with the results and look forward to passing it on to the next generation.

I used Mark before for our dining room table that was off kilter. He fixed it beautifully. I had no hesitation to call him when a could of our other oak antiques needed help. We have a hutch that he fixed. It was off balance and needed new hardware and it had warped. He fixed it all beautifully. The oak chest is used as a coffee table--nightstand and one side of it is lower than the other. It has wheels on one side and no wheels on the other--It has a horseshoe instead. Mark manufactured a piece of oak and stained it the exact color so that the horseshoe now rests on the piece and it is level. He is a true craftsman who loves his work and appreciates old furniture!

Keith and his team are like magicians! Our cherry wood dining room table and chairs had multiple scratches and marks. In less than two weeks the set was returned looking brand new. Every scratch and mark was gone, couldn't believe what a professional and top notch job they did!

I refused the service. Please give me back my $99.00.

Keith picked up our furniture in a timely manner. It was pretty messed up, with the finish chipping off, etc. Keith brought us back a beautiful set! The color was a deep oak, and just what we'd asked for. There was a lot of detail on the furniture, with sides that pulled out, so it wasn't an easy job. He had to take the table apart to take it out of our house. The results are beautiful, with the wood grain showing through, and, as I said, a lovely color.

He came out today and looked at my situation. He informed me that there is nothing I can do without spending a ton more money. What I am wanting done is definitely more than the deal and I just can’t do that right now.

Keith and his team did a beautiful job of taking our cabinets from maple to off white with antique trim in the kitchen/linen cabinets and a dark finish in our bathrooms. Keith is very professional, on time and meticulous in his work. We are extremely pleased with our cabinets. We highly recommend Keith.

My grandfather had tried to refinish it at one point, and my grandmother stopped him. The table pedestals had also been used by several puppies as a giant chew toy. Keith, and his team, did an awesome job with the table. He was prompt and took very good care with our table. I would highly recommend him.

The owner of AAA Woodcrafters came to my house to see the table and a written estimate. I wanted the table to look like an antique from Provence, France. I showed him examples from magazines, etc. The owner said he could show me actual samples that he had at his shop. We made an appointment for my visit and I was taken on a tour of his fabulous shop where samples were shown. I saw exactly what I wanted and we went from there. The table came home to me on the date it was promised. The results: magnificent! This is a large, oak table approximately 100 years old and it now has a new life with the antique French finish. Everyone who comes into my kitchen always remarks on this beautifully unique piece of furniture. I can't say enough positive accolades about the work that was done by these expert restorers and refinishers. They are truly artists and do exceptional and professional work.. I would highly recommend AAA Woodcrafters to all of you!

The chairs needed more repair than I thought (thus a higher quote), but he took the time to show me why. These were handed down to me by my grandparents, so they mean a great deal to me. He treated them with loving care and they are as good as new. My only mild complaint is he took a long time to answer my initial email inquiry. But he is a busy guy, and I can see why.

Keith initially quoted a price that was more than the night stand was worth. We told him that we would pay somewhat less if he was willing to do a "satisficing" rather than "maximizing" repair. Although it a small job, he agreed to do it and exceeded our expectations both with the result and the turnaround to complete the repair. His positive ratings are well-deserved.

Very friendly people, did a reasonable estimate but we sold the house .

Work has included two original antique Italian chairs and two Queen Anne antique reproduction chairs that just needed restoration due to age. Additionally, they repaired a rosewood china hutch and armoire that were damaged during moving. The china hutch had one shattered glass pane and two other panes had separated from their fittings. The wood frame was fractured in two places. The repair is only noticeable if you know where it was broken. Extremely happy with all their work. Some pieces do require a long time to repair, though.

I purchased a big deal for him. He never got back in touch with me.

We spoke mostly through email and were helpful, prompt and professional. I ended up not using them because I moved before I could get the work done.

He was good. He's so enthusiastic about what he does. He's a perfectionist. He took time to do the right job. I have a table from the early 60's made of walnut and he made it look like new. He fabricated extra parts for one of the armchairs and redid some places were the mirror on the legs had been removed. You can tell when you talk with him that he's very attuned to what he's doing. He loves what he's doing and he does it beautifully.

Keith of AAA Woodcrafters was very understanding and professional. He did a wonderful job of replacing the cane on the chair - it was like it was new!! Keith also repaired a small area on the dining table that was marked . Keith really knows what he is doing and I will certainly use again and also recommend him to friends. Keith corresponded through email and phone. I found him responsive and professional. The nightstand top is very nice, but I thnk the price was very high, and couldn't help wonder if it was raised due to the Angie's list promotion .

AAA Woodcrafters was really good, very happy with it. They refinished a table that's been in the family for a while, a dining table. The work exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend him. We have a dining room table that had some severe scratches and marking on it based on a move that we had where it wasn't covered by any insurance or anything like that. So we knew it was going to be a big job, so it was refinishing the table basically and the leads that go up with it too. We are considering using them again. I would say he did a very careful and through job and he lived up to the time frame that he suggested that it would take, so that was good. I felt that he cared about doing a good job as far as not wanting to just take it because it was something to do, I thought it would be well worth the investment to proceed with it and so we felt that he had a good business sense from that point of view. It wasn't just to make money, it was to do a good job. We didn't have any idea how much it was going to cost but we thought it was high, but yet we anticipated that it wasn't going to be something that would be done with just a simple repair. I had to call him a couple of times to get him out here, he had some other jobs that he was looking at, so it took a little time to get him out, but once he came out then everything was fine.

Everything went very smoothly and I was completely pleased with Keith's work. Keith and his sprayer were totally cooperative in dealing with my difficult dog and I have recommended Keith to me sister already!
