They were too busy to take on the project.

It went incredibly well. Kevin came by, looked at and gave me an estimate of $1300 to totally repair and refinish it, or $600 just for the repair. I opted for the second. But he also cleaned it up, oiled it and polished it. It looks great! He is very knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. I was delighted with the new look of the bench and know my granddad would have been very pleased! Thanks, Kevin. Someday, I'll work on the library table, too!

Keith did a terrific job. He was prompt, professional, effective, and easy to deal with. His turnaround time was surprisingly quick. The work wasn't cheap, but the pricing was definitely fair, given the quality and timeliness of the result.

Very good job and as a bonus, they cleaned up the grime from the chairs so that they looked like new.

Keith Andrew and Mark Mann were a delight to work with. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The price was great and the cabinets are absolutely stunning. No detail was spared. Cabinets look like a new installation.

I did speak to a gentleman. He asked if I could send a picture of the piece of furniture I needed refinished. I tried but then I became embarrassed at my lack of knowledge in the electronic age. I did call awhile ago to inquire I left a message. I haven't heard back. Can't blame the guy though.

Keith was very professional, a perfectionist and reliable. ?I trusted his judgement throughout the process and it paid off - I feel like I have a brand new kitchen!

Jeremy did a fabulous job on a really smashed up section of an oak dining room table. Did have to wait a week but it was worth it.

Due to the small size of this company, it took awhile to begin the work due to other projects the company had ahead of mine. Once the work started, it was completed in a reasonable amount of time with an outstanding level of care and expertise. While the work was in progress, I was always kept informed about progress and next steps. Other than the long wait to get started on my project, I was very happy with everything the company did on this project. The company's work is pricy but, if you want the absolute best quality work, this is the company for you.

AAA Woodcrafters picked up the table. Since we were having major repairs done due to a water issue, Keith Andrew kept the table at the shop until all the repairs in the house were completed. I am delighted with the quality of AAA Woodcrafters' work and professionalism. They aren't inexpensive but then you get what you pay for. I recommend them to anyone.

It went well, there were a few communication issues, but everything turned out satisfactory.

Keith picked up the chest and took it to his shop to be refinished. Within a week, it was returned and it looks fantastic.

Kieth did a great job. The table had a lot of intricate designs on the surface and I was afraid I would loose the designs if I had any work done on it.. Kieth assured me he would be able to keep the integrity of the design and sure enough he did a wonderful job. It actually looks like new. The chairs turned out great, as well. Nothing negative to say about him or his work. I highly recommend him.

The estimate made me realize the price was going to be more than I expected. The gentleman was very helpful. I am just not ready for the service.

Contractor could not do work before Christmas. We will do it ourselves.

Did not get work done due to no available appointments before Christmas. However, they communicated immediately with me. They were just too booked for the holiday season.

Keith did fantastic work on an old school desk that was falling apart; legs were loose and wobbly and the seat was cracked in half. He repaired the chair and restored the wood with a new stain. Looks like new!

I phoned him for a general estimate and he requested I forward pics of the two dressers via e-mail, along with photos of the type of finish I was looking for. He provided me with a verbal estimate and emailed photos of recent jobs he had done. He was very personable, informative, and responsive. He came to our home and picked up the two dressers. I gave 1/2 deposit and he was able to take a credit card which was nice. He provided me with a copy of my invoice via e-mail with a "promise date" that fit into my timeline as we were having guests to our home. He returned the dressers a few days earlier than expected and they looked awesome! Again, I paid the balance on credit card and receipt was e-mailed. This could not have gone any better, and I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone looking to have furniture, cabinetry etc. refinished. Excellent in every regard!

I dropped off the table for an estimate at AAA Woodcrafter's shop and picked it up after completion in a reasonable amount of time. I purchased a coupon deal from Angie's List to apply to the cost. Keith Andrews was totally professional, and his results exceeded my high expectations. The accent table is back in my home looking better than new. I would certainly use AAA Woodcrafters again.

I contacted Keith and explained what I needed done. His ad read on site service may be available. When he came to the house he indicated he did not do any on site work. I am not sure why he didn't indicate that on the phone. Our on site work is all attached to the house. Keith did give me referrals which I have not called yet. Thanks, M. M.
