The team from Northgate Development was excellent. Mike, gave me an estimate. He listened to what I wanted. I did not want a whole new deck. I wanted new stair treads, new floor planks, and new joists. The frame and supports of the deck were still good. Mike did not try to talk me into more work. He did not act like a car salesman like some other bidders. The team was Mike and two young men. They were very efficient and professional. Mike discussed the various issues of construction and added flashing and extra support. He made sure everything was done to keep my deck structure strong and able to last for 15-20 more years. This team did a fabulous job and finished in 3 days. I highly recommend this company.

Mike has been really good at understanding the project challenges and proposing new solutions to improve the quality while keeping the costs under control. He is committed to deliver high quality work and really good to address the challenges that come up during the project.
