They did a fine job. They were there on time, did the job on time and we recommended them to other people. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I did not do a whole lot of price shopping. There was nothing they did that was unsatisfactory. I have actually recommended them to some other people.

I called them and they came the same day. They quoted me a price and I shopped around and the price was 2000/3000 lower than everyone else. Excellent customer service and took care of the problem within the same week. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

It went very well. Their price was significantly lower than other estimates I received for the same exact unit. They were professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. There were no hidden costs--the estimate and the final cost were the same. The co-owner was the installer, which I appreciated. Their address is Elverta, but they readily came to my home in Sacramento. I highly recommend them!

The two guys showed up right as promised, inspected the HVAC in the attic and then took a look at the 3 rooms in question. Very friendly and polite guys, wore booties to protect carpets . They were quite responsive and willing to answer questions and explain their findings. They determined that the system was working fine but that the vents in the room were set such that you couldn't feel any airflow because it was directed across the ceiling. They adjusted the flow vanes to give a more direct down flow and explained that the temperature difficulties of the room couldn't really be solved , given their locations( outside walls, over poorly insulated garage and at the end of the HVAC) absent perhaps a new 2nd system, which wasn't discussed further as that would have been too expensive.

Mark and his team were prompt and completed install on time. They were very through with all aspects of the job. They completely explained which equipment we needed and gave a fair price for the install. Would recommend them, and use for future projects.

Mark and Luke carefully examined all our units. We had been told by a different HVAC company to not run the heating unit in the back house because it was unsafe. They said we needed to replace the unit. As it turned out it needed a part replaced. After they cleaned all the units they were able to determine what parts were worn out. Compared to replacing all the units at once we felt like we got some time extended onto the units by replacing parts and thoroughly cleaning them. They were here for some hours and the units looked like new when they were finished. We feel we are in good hands with this company.

Ive never been so greatful for good workers before

Everything went great. Mark came back out about a month after installation to make sure everything was ok.

We did a complete remodel and addition. We had a new air conditioning unit installed to include a new gas line. We shopped around. We got three written estimates. The other companies were several hundred dollars higher. Ecology Air Conditioning gave us a great price along with a great first impression. Both Mark Gilmore and Jacob Shurtleff were very professional, gave attention to detail and were very timely with their service to us. We couldn't be more happy with their service.

Great , friendly service.. Answered all my questions. Took away all old duct work. With the duct work re-routed the heat in the winter was even through out the house. Also each room now had AC work lay properly. Great job Thanks Mark and Jake for the great job would definatly recommend them.

I was so appreciative of the clean cut, professional technician that arrived. That calmed me immediately. He made sure that I was aware of everything that was being done and why. He showed me the damage that was done so that I could see for myself what had happened and also what to look for in the future. They even called to check in later to make sure that all was ok. THAT is going the extra mile.

They were very professional always on time and I knew exactly what I was getting from the beginning. They worked very hard to meet the needs my wife and I had in order to get our addition completed. The pricing was very good in addition to the custom work my addition required. They had to make certain parts for proper ventilation for my units because of the complexity of the job. All came out very well!!!! I'm very happy with the work and I will use them again in a heartbeat!I strongly recommend ecology air for A/C work
