Description of Work: Replaced slow leaking main water shutoff valve outside of the foundation. Other job before mine ran long so they didn't meet the appointment time but were very professional and did excellent work once they were here. Mike was awesome, answering all the questions I had. I do know plumbing, having done such work before as DIY projects. Definitely recommend Mike. Plumbing jobs always seem to run longer than expected and since the job wasn't an emergency, the fact that the appointment time was missed wasn't a big deal

Description of Work: I had an outside water shutoff valve blockage. The plumber came out right away and was able to unblock the valve without any additional repairs necessary. In additional he was able to reconnect 2 faucets in the master bath area and all at an extremely low cost. Wonderful!

Description of Work: I called them told them what the problem was. I was told it would be $95. for them to come out. I informed them that they had free estimate on their add. I was told that since I knew the problem that they would come out and write it up and look it over and the cost would go toward the job I told them that is not my idea of a free estimate. Free estimate means that you come out look at the job write it up with a cost. Wayne Weaver

Description of Work: He responded quickly, came back on a Sunday morning when we couldn't get permission from my neighbor to enter their yard to turn off my water briefly (they weren't home--I'm in a condo with weird water main placement) but didn't charge me for that. Nice, efficient, quick and honest.

Description of Work: Mike arrived on time and was very helpful. He explained what he was seeing and what was causing bubbles to come out of the other side of the sink. He protected everything before he snaked the drain and cleaned up any mess that he caused before leaving.

Description of Work: Estimate was very high to install a kitchen faucet and reconnect a dishwasher after I renovated my kitchen. They wanted $375-400, and the sink was already installed. They were just going to reattach plumbing. I ended up doing it myself and saving the money.

Description of Work: I have to say that I so appreciated Mike's friendly attitude and plumbing knowledge. I wanted to get the sewer line checked on a home I am purchasing and was completely unfamiliar with the process. He showed me the images on the camera as it went into the line and explained everything as he went. Thankfully it will not be a huge expense to repair, thanks in part to The Plumbing Therapist's fair prices. I checked another well reviewed company on Angie's List and am glad I investigated further. I am so glad I thought to check out Angie's List!!!

Description of Work: We have a rental property and the tenants called with an overflowing toilet. I called many plumbing companies to find someone who could come out quickly. Most companies didn't answer the phone at all. The Plumbing Therapist picked up the phone right away and scheduled a same day appointment. The plumber arrived a few minutes early, got the problem resolved quickly, and was very friendly and professional. The price was great. Overall, the experience was great, and the company is now on my list of contractors I'll call when future issues come up.

Description of Work: I had a great experience with this company. I called in the morning and had somebody at the property within 5 hours. The estimator wore shoe covers which I appreciated. The estimator (the owners father) was very informative and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He was confident in his ability.The leak was fixed right away with a $10 part, but the labor rate was a tad high in my opinion. The estimator cut the flex pipe where the leak was located (which was initially taped over) and added a proper part to connect the flex hose together. It was 90 for labor on a 10 minute fix but I had a very useful 15% discount off labor coupon that I printed from angie's list, which then justified the price I paid.Overall, it was an "A" experience.
