He was great, when I tried to book him again he was so over booked and He could not do the job. He is a one man business. He called me in advance to see what I wanted done, and told me what he thought might work in my bathroom as in way of faucets.

It is always a pleasure working with Mike. His politeness and professionalism will brighten your day. When he took my case, I knew I can put my plumbing problem behind my back because he is that good. He thoroughly examed the pipe under the shower pan and found the problem was incorrect caulking of the shower fixtures. He showed me how to fix the problem by myself. When I asked him how much I owe him, he said no charge. I asked again to be sure, and he said he was not in the house long so he won't charge me. But believe me, he stayed at least 20 minutes to make sure all the issues were discovered. Thank you so much Mike.

It went very well. The gentleman came out multiple times and was excellent, very patient and never got frustrated. We were very happy with them. I would like to thank them for their service.

I got a great plumber from you guys. It cost nothing. It is just the excellent service. Like our kitchen sink faucet, we didn't even realize that it had a lifetime warranty on it. I have used them 2 or 3 times. The price was reasonable. Just one guy came out and he was absolutely punctual. He is great, and he has a sense of humor, and he doesn't talk down to you. He has all the things that are important, and I felt comfortable with him here. He left the area pristine.

It went very well. There wasn't a lot of work that needed to be done. They showed me how to drain the water heater.

The Plumbing Therapist was on time, provided me a good quote and was ready to complete the job that day. I added another requirement and he came back the next morning to finish the job. I also inquired as to several other projects I may or may not have done in the future. One was the best way to get hot water into the kitchen and guest bath faster as I am having to run the hot water valve a long time to get hot water. We also looked at my hot water heater to see if it was giving off any unusual amounts of calcium/iron deposits as I have some stains on my sinks that appear to be from that source. Hot water heater seems ok for now. Mike also gave me ideas on how to clean the calcium deposits and wax the master bath sink surface to have sink look shiny again. Last resort I could replace sinks. I inquired into having my spa tub motor serviced and Mike made a suggestion as to who could do a good job. There was never any pressure to do any additional work which I very much appreciated.

It was fine. They responded and came quickly. The price seemed reasonable for the work that was performed.

We woke up in the morning to sinks, shower and toilets that would not drain and were backing up with water and waste. Found The Plumbing Therapist on angies list. We called them as soon as they were open and they were at the house by 10:00 am the same day. Michael was the serviceman and he did a super job. He explained what he was doing and doubly made sure all the waste line were running clean and clear before he was done. He also offered some plumbing tips on another matter. I couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend this company. It was the first time that we have used them and will surely call them if we have any other plumbing problems,

Mike arrived within the estimated timeframe and went right to work. We also appreciate that he placed paper covers on his shoes to avoid tracking anything into the house. Mike immediately saw the need to replace the hot and cold water intake valves as part of the new install - something I would not have known. Also, obviously, he has all the right tools for the job. That's why we prefer to use a professional rather than attempt DIY fixes. Mike did the whole job in just about an hour. Before he left, he even made sure that I understood the new faucet has a lifetime warranty, so be sure to call the manufacturer if anything at all goes wrong. That's the extra measure of customer service that The Plumbing Therapist always provides. We have used The Plumbing Therapist in the past and we are always impressed with their promptness, friendliness, courtesy, honesty, professionalism and the quality of the work. The cost of the service was exactly as estimated and included the promised 15% off labor for Angie's List members. Mike came back when the job wasn't originally completed. He also ran to the hardware store when a part was needed. It was tough to get a hold of TPT but I like their persistence. They returned my call again and again until,we connected. But it's a B on responsiveness because it would have been better if they answered when called.

Their cost was just for the labor because the water heater was under warranty. Their professionalism, service and cleanup were all excellent. I would recommend them. They were good. The person who came was very conscientious, courteous and helpful. They were a little bit late getting here the first time.

On the appointed date (Thursday, June 5) the service guy arrived within the scheduled time window, was polite and pleasant, well-informed, and professional. He took pics of everything, explained some possibilities, and told me he'd research the availibility of replacement hardware and get back to me the following day, or at least within a couple business days. I gave it the weekend plus a few more business days, without hearing anything, before calling the office to follow up (since they didn't). I left a voicemail explaining what I was following up on. A woman (perhaps an owner?) responded later that day (Thursday,June 12). She quickly ascertained who made the original call, and when, and said she'd follow up. She left me a voicemail later that day saying I should call her back. I left town that next day (Friday June 13) but called back the next business day (Monday, June 16) and left a message with a person (a different woman). The message explained the foregoing -- basically explaining what I was following up on. Twenty-four hours later, without having heard anything, I called again and left a voicemail again explaining what I was following up on and requesting a call back. Now, two days later, still no call back. I have no problem believing that this company is great most of the time. I think I just fell through the cracks this time. Happens sometimes when you're busy.

The service was excellent. The scheduling did take a little while but the service was good and I would definitely use them again.

it didn't. About a week or more went by and I still hadn't heard from him, so I called his cell phone and left a message never heard from him. So I called the business phone and spoke to a women and she found our information and told me he would give use a call on the Tuesday after memorial day and guess what still have not heard from him. You do the math.

All went well and will use again.

Plumbed the custom shower and free standing tub. Installed a larger tankless water heater. I would recommend this company for any plumbing job you may have.

He is a good guy and very fair. They charged by the hour and he fixed couple of things then found another but didn't charge me extra just the part. He looked at everything.

I had previously used this plumbing company to install new faucets after I had tried to repair on my own. The owner, Mike, came after I found it impossible to complete the job. He worked (in a very cramped space) with difficulty and got the job done. I was so pleased by the service, I called upon him again as we gave the master bathroom a makeover and new faucets were in the plan. We provided the faucets and Mike once again crawled into the small cramped spaces and got the job done. I would normally give the company my highest marks all around, but the item that needs remarking about was the phone communication aspect of the service. Mike was forced to leave after one faucet was completed to address another waiting job (The first faucet was more difficult to remove than anticipated and took much additional time). He said he would return later that night. I felt it unnecessary for him to work at night and agreed for his return the next day. He never showed up and neither he or his office did not call. I called the office and received no call back (his wife takes his office calls). It wasn't until the evening that I heard back and was told that he would be there the next day. He did arrive and I was told of a particularly difficult job that kept him from returning the next day. He has a cell phone. I felt a call back would have gone a long way toward a more satisfactory communication. As to his work, he is an experienced plumber with a high level of attention to the task at hand. Upon completion, he left us with a high level of satisfaction. On his way out I inquired about some leakage coming from the downstairs toilet that had just begun. He quickly identified the problem. We made a new appointment. He arrived on time and got the job of installing a new seal quickly. Again we were satisfied with his work. On this job, phone issues were not present. I would hire him again without question.

Mike did not keep his promise. He never delivered the estimate. I hired Park Mechanical for the generator swap and installation of a whole-house water treatment system.

So it just cost me the service call. I was satisfied with the service. Even though the technician was late in arriving, the office let me know that he was held up on another job, so at least I knew what was going on.

Mike responded to my request for analyzing a running water sound which couldn't be found inside or underneath the house. It was located at the main shut-off, which required the city of Sacramento to inspect to determine whether the repair was the responsibility of the property owner or the City. It was determined to be the property owner's. After turning the water off and back on, the action created a visible tear in the pipe due to the age and corrosion at the curb stop, which meant the City couldn't let the water continue to run out into the street, so the main line was shut off until I could obtain repair. Within an hour, Mike then provided a reasonable estimate and confirmed an appointment for the next morning. He took care not to disturb the irrigation system or the landscaping and had the repair completed within 3-1/2 hours. He used copper pipes and a commercial grade coupler. He was thorough in his explanation of the repair, and answered all of my questions expertly. He also volunteered useful information to the homeowner pertaining to the upcoming city water meter installation. I will definitely use The Plumbing Therapist again for future plumbing repairs. Mike also returned the following week to add additional dirt to the hole where the repair was performed after the ground had settled at no additional labor cost. Exceeded my expectations. Good customer service!

They replaced a part in water heater. Did it same day and even though he had to leave site to get the part he only charged us for 1 hour. Probably with leaving site and all it was more like 1 1/2 hours so charging for only 1 hour was sooo great.
