I called this guys multiple times to come take a look at my sewer line issue. He made 2 appointments and never showed up for either. For all I know he is the best plumber in the world and gives the prices in the world, if you can get him to show up.

Fix plumbing incorrectly done by Phillips handyman

Cleared extremely clogged drain and gave estimate for changing shower valve and hardware. I was very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the person, I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Fantastic! Mike showed up at the specified time (7AM) was extremely courteous, very professional and personable. Listened to what this "non Pro" had to say about what I thought the problem was. Mike was very nice and his work was finished in a matter of minutes. They will be my "go to" for these types of issues in the future. A+ from me.

Called a few minutes before arriving, which was at the very in the scheduled window, quickly identified what needed to be done, said I could probably do it myself, but I don't mess with Gas so told him to go ahead, slight miss understanding, thought he was going out to truck to get parts, next think I know he was gone, had to go purchase parts, wish that had been communicated better, but other than that all was well, job was completed quickly once he arrived back at the house.

I don't really remember what I had done except that I've been very happy with all my plumbers recenty. Angie's list keeps pestering me for a review and I can't make it stop so here it is.

Very well. They removed the broken air gap and installed the new one, which they bought at Orchard Hardware. Once it was repaired, everything worked great.

Mike is a very conscientious sincere professional. He did great work at our house at a very reasonable rate. We plan to call him for all of our plumbing needs. It is so good to have found someone dependable and you want working at your house.

This type of repair was not part of the Angie's List deal, so my purchase was refunded.

I had a gas dryer I wanted to hook up to replace the electric dryer I had been using. Although there was an existing gas line, I had never used it and I didn't know if it was operational, or what I needed to purchase in order to use the gas dryer. The technician arrived during the proposed timeframe and was very friendly and professional. He examined the gas line and explained how I could perform the labor myself. I chose to have him perform the labor because I wasn't comfortable doing it myself. I've used The Plumbing Therapist twice now and will call them for my plumbing needs in the future because of their excellent customer service.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and the service was fine. He did very good. There was no problem scheduling.

Excellent. Came out in the time window specified. He spoke to my wife (who was very happy with him) and said it would be either a thermocouple replacement or he'd attempt a fix. Gave very reasonable pricing (their hourly + part). He was here for ~20 minutes and replaced the thermocouple and everything is working great! In all it was $102 for the fix. Originally they had me schedule for Friday (which was ~1 week out from when i called) but got me in earlier (Wed). Overall excellent experience, would recommend, and use them again!

Thankfully Mike saw that the water heater was leaking from a connection and not the water heater. He quickly replaced the connection and made for an extremely grateful customer! We had used Mike in the past and knew that he was a top notch contractor. He was first recommended by a close friend. I can't say enough good things about this contractor, he is truly the very best!

He was pleasant, polite, and on time. The work did not work out right for about a month as the hoses were flipped wrongly but he did get that fixed eventually.

The job was done fast and they did a great job. I was happy when I realized that it was a smart decision to have a professional to do the job because I did not have the tools needed to complete the job. I will be using them again in the future.

This company was amazing. Mike showed up well within the time frame they had promised to diagnose and start repairs. I had one toilet where the water wouldn't stop running, the other where the tank wouldn't fill and a shower faucet that wouldn't stop dripping. I actually only called them to fix the toilet that wouldn't fill up, but when I asked about the other items Mike said he could absolutely do them. The whole experience was enjoyable. Mike was very pleasant, professional and informative and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and also checked to make sure I wanted to proceed with repairs before just doing them (not all contractors will do that). He was very efficient and had everything done in about an hour or so. I was expecting the price to be a lot more than it was, so whenI saw the bill I was pleasantly surprised. I have made it a goal to build up a list of trusted, reliable and honest contractors, and I have just found my future contractor for all plumbing needs. I will absolutely recommend The Plumbing Therapist (especially Mike) to all my friends. A+ experience for sure.

I discovered a broken sprinkler valve on the weekend and called the Plumbing Therapist first thing Monday morning. Mike came out that evening and worked into the night to repair the valve. Not only was it dark, but hot and humid too! He was prompt and professional. Since the glue wasn't entirely dry, he left the sprinkler valve off and came back in the morning to check and turn on the valve. Unfortunately for Mike, later in the morning the valve came apart and water was spraying everywhere. He did not hesitate to return to fix it and was very apologetic. I was impressed with the overall service and professionalism and would not hesitate to call again.

It was a pretty simple service but the gentleman who came out was very professional and easy to work with. I was very impressed and will definitely call them again if I have plumbing needs in the future.
