Steve was great. He was able to fix a leaking valve in my shower that other people could not repair, it was an off brand. we just bought the house and needed the shower fixed before we moved in. He also eas able to fix the leaking faucet. He was professional and explained everything. I highly recommend Mac's plumbing.

Response time was within seconds of original request. Customer service tech was polite and cheerful 4 7:30 am that's a plus 4 me. Arrived as scheduled. Techs were polite and had a sense of humor, did the job, cleaned up and was on their way within 30 mins of arrival. Drain unclogged and works better than b4. Very pleased. Thanks

Quick Professional and reasonably priced.

On time and professional, clean installation. Initial price was higher than expected, but lowered to an agreeable amount for services performed.

Project was for a water filter installation. Contractor provided quick, courteous service. The problem was that they said they couldn't give a price over the phone. When the plumber was on site he gave me what was their "standard price", which was contradictory. Worse, the price was more than twice the price another contractor gave me over the phone. I reluctantly hired this contractor despite the exorbitant price because I needed the work done quickly but I would not recommend to others.

We were unhappy about the placement of the pipes. Although he didn't feel the change was necessary, he did it anyway -- with a smile.

the plumber who came to my home was very good at his job and made sure that everything was up to code including my overflow tank, which needed to be braced down. He was very professional and polite.

The job was done good. I didn't understand some of the features of the waterheater. Once Steve went over the specs. I was a happy camper.
