Honestly on the last question, i have no idea, but i couldn't leave it blank.

When Steve came out to bid on the project we spent time going over the problem and he did some testing of the water line. Then he checked the water heater which needed to be replaced. The crew came in took care of both problems. They did an outstanding job. There were obstacles along the way and they handled them quickly and efficiently at no additional cost and hardly a blink of the eye. I will use them again in the future and would strongly recommend them! Thank you guys for a job well done!

The representatives are condescending, unprofessional and bias. Their number 1 goal is to upsell you to purchase one of their products. The work they performed is substandard and they left my home in worst condition than at their arrival, They left knowing there is an active leak and told me it should go away.

They were very clean, professional, explained everything, did an amazing job! Very personable and nice to have around. They set everything up so it's very easy to use. They cleaned up so well that it was cleaner than when they first arrived!

Of course I would have like to have spent less money. But they were able to get here the same day which was great considering they had told me it wouldn't be until the next day.

Mac Plumbing from Sacramento area just installed our new heat pump, water heater. Ed and A.J. did an excellent job in about four hours. They were professional, clean, savvy, and helpful. I was very impressed on how well they knew their job. They even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them and the price we paid was very competitive. I am very happy that we chose Mac Plumbing for the job.

After their prompt, friendly & knowledgeable contact & our exchange, I added Mac s Plumbing to my contacts list as my #1 choice. *Another Home Advisor recommendation sent me two texts, one incl. an arbitrary appt. day & time without ever having spoken to me.
