Excellent job in repairing sewer line leak the street.

We had 5 estimates done to replace our leaking old water heater. We chose Mac's because he was the only one that took the time to go up on the roof and determined we had a tile that had shifted and was allowing water into the vent which explained the excessive water leak. He was very informative and professional. I am certain any plumbing issues we have in the future, we'll call Mac's !

Mac's Plumbing price was comparable to the lowest bid. He arrived on time, installed the water heater and kitchen faucet (faucet not part of orginal quote) without any problem, and cleaned the work areas. Steve returned and completed the work in a timely manner. Additionally, I received a quote for a tankless water heater. As we discovered additional problems with my waste water disposal field and outfall lines the project grew and became more complex, I was presented with reasonable added costs. Upon completion, the contractor's work will provide my family with years of service. I'm knowledgeable of septic systems and feel very comfortable with the end product.

Eric was very professional and worked hard to find the problem and the correct part to repair my water heater. I have a Polaris which also heats my home and I was impressed on how quickly Eric found what was wrong and repaired it.
