all gutters were thoroughly cleaned and checked including downspouts. I assume the gutters are clean. a lot of junk came off the roof and i am not climbing a ladder to look ever , ever , EVER .! . Tyler was very professional and also took great care not harm the gutters in any way. his ladder never touched the gutters . i was watched and he was extremely careful for his own safety which gladdened my heart. i think a lot of home owners should not be climbing.

It went perfectly. Two guys came on time and were very professional. We walked the house and discussed the job. The guys reviewed the work with me once complete. They took their time and were very careful with using large ladders on my wood floors.

one guy came out and arrived about 9:00am and was there till almost 6pm. He did a fantastic job. My windows were spotless and shiny. He removed the screens and cleaned those too. The patio looks good from power wash too. I would use them again. He also used a product called F9 to remove rust from stucco. That stuff worked like magic. Price was very reasonable and I got a discount being a member of Angie's list.

They arrived on time, asked several questions and completed the job in short amount of time. Nice guys. pleasant and respectful - we will call on them again for gutter cleaning and concrete cleaning.

I like them very much. They were very easy to work with and they did a good job. The price might have been pretty good because I had them out for the last 3 years in a row. They are very good.

It turned out very well. We were very pleased. We have a playhouse of about 7 windows and they threw that in for free, cleaned inside and out. They did a great job. They're very friendly, thorough, willing to accommodate anything we needed.

Outstanding! It drizzled rained on and off all day. The crew was optimistic and creative in their approach to complete our job and assured us if they needed to stop for rain, would return to finish when the rains cleared. It was a pleasure to have such happy, positive, friendly professionals around our home. Their work is consistently outstanding. We've used the James Boys four years in a row and will definitely use them again next summer!
