Arrived on-time. Very friendly and professional. I ended up having to leave the house to run a couple of errands while he worked - gutters looked great when I returned.

It was great. They came and did it, and they didn't involve me at all. It was great. I did not get up there to look in the gutters. I assume they did it. I didn't contact anyone. Somebody called me, scheduled it, and came and left. There was a note on my door. I can't remember, but I never seen anyone.

Overall house looked good, but with the years of dirt the siding did not get completely clean.

They worked especially hard to on the stains.

I have never been particularly satisfied with past cleaners. They'd leave a mess or flake. James Brothers arrived on time, went about their business quietly and calmly -- I barely heard them in the house -- and they were very safe, lines tied off properly. They were done before I knew it, tested the gutters, and were on their way. Best I've ever had and I will hire them again next year. June, by the way, is the best time to clean your gutters here in Sacramento. The roof is slippery, the gutters are dry and easy to work with, and cleaners have time. One also has plenty of time to make any needed repairs that come up in the cleaning. Wait until Fall and you may spend the winter with dirty gutters and clogged downspouts.

Jason did a thorough job on all our window glass and screens. Will use James Bros. again when needed.

great but was over two years ago and i have answered these questionnaires several times and you keep sending them, 2 hour job 2 years ago, don't remember much

This started out with a long delay before service. The provider called me on Tuesday after my December 10th 2016 purchase. I took the next available service for one month later at 9am on Monday Jan. 9th 2017. Aaron called me at 8:50am, saying that he would arrive within 20 minutes. He arrived at 9:20am and began unloading his work items after a disconcerting discussion about the price, which he was quoting as $50 more than disclosed on the contract I had agreed to pay. I said I would rather stick to the original contract. He agreed somewhat unhappily. At 9:40am he said he needed to go to ACE Hardware and pick up a 5 gal. bucket since he had left his buckets at home. He went off to the Hardware store and returned about 10:20am. He began to work dilligently, although every 10 minutes he was interrupted by telephone calls which took about 5-10 minutes apiece. (There were at least 10-20 such interruptions, where he would stop work and concentrate on his telephone.) He removed the strainers from my downspouts, telling me he intended to use a hose to flush out the downspouts. I said I didn't believe that was necessary and to please replace the strainers. It had been raining for a couple of days just the day before, and I didn't want any more standing water around the house foundation. He did flush out one before I could stop him. Two hours later i discovered he had left the water on full force (70 pounds of pressure) and the hose bib was leaking, so I turned the water off. My home has a tile roof and previous gutter cleaners had always carefully replaced the 2 loose tiles over the gutter at a corner. After Aaron left I discovered that not only had he not used his leaf blower to clean up the mess of leaves on my balcony, patio, and driveway (my trees have been bare since 12/25/16), he forgot to replace the tiles he had removed from the gutter corner, and he left his jacket. I ran to the fence and gave him his jacket. All said and done, he was pleasant during his visit and gave me a discount of $9 since I didn't want the downspouts flushed. He removed all the leaves and I don't see anything in the gutters. On discovering the tiles out of place (3 days ago) I immediately looked up his email and sent photos to it. This morning I left a telephone message. I haven't heard back.

It went well and the young man was very pleasant on time & seemed to do a thorough job from my view point as I could not go on the roof. The company also offered some advice as to how to keep the gutter clean of debris. Did not do a hurried job.

The service provider was early and explained exactly what he'd be doing up front. He cleaned all of the gutters in about an hour, maybe slightly more, and cleaned up when complete. No surprises. I was billed the estimate. The estimate without power washing the awning was a bit lower, but I needed that done. It rained a few days later and my gutters worked like a charm.

Job well done. Walkways cleared after roof work. Worker was 1/2 hr late, which is why there is a "B" rating. Good thing was that they were able to schedule us within a week during the holidays, as they had someone available that was on their college break. Job took about 4 hrs.

Excellent! Jason was terrific, punctual, and thorough. I would highly recommend them & will definitely use them again. In fact I plan to hire them for my windows in a few months.

Went smoothly. Arrived a touch late. Work progressed smoothly. He even cleared out all the leaves and debris in the front door porch area :) Took about 1h45m to do a 1700sqft single-story 10yr-old house. There's really only one tree in the front yard, so I think there was little junk in gutters around the side and back, other than whatever airborne dust and debris that gathers over the course of a decade. He reported gutters and spouts were in good condition and required no repairs. For strictly gutter cleaning, inspection (and repair if needed), I'd definitely hire them again. I personally don't mind hiring multiple companies, each for their own specific task, but possibly better convenience and/or price by hiring a roof + gutter cleaning, inspection, and repair company if you wanted to do it all at once. I'd have them come back every other year or so. If I had more trees, or significant neighborhood construction, I'd have them come back every year.

They were responsive, showed up on time, stayed within estimate that was quoted over the phone. Some screens were put back inside out, but other than that, great job.
