Description of Work: The blower on my hvac wasn't always coming on. Huft came out and did a full diagnostic and immediately identified the problem. The technician I worked with, James provided all my options. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He replaced the capacitor and it's been working great ever since. I would highly recommend this company and use them again.

Description of Work: Made appointment for routine service - I thought about $79 on Angie's List. As my unit is 12+ years old it was suggested I get a new, updated and more efficient replacement unit. Purchased the "Silver Club" service for $119 which includes a heater service in the fall. As the unit is on top of the roof, Matt took photos to show me how things looked and what should be replaced. Replaced the "pole contactor." Total cost this service was $323.50 Photos showed that two air ducts have the sheathing and insulation falling off which will cost an additional $459 silver club price, and $299 for duct cleaning.

Description of Work: At a time when the mercury was hitting triple digits and HVAC companies were quoting over a week before they could take a look at my system, Huft was able scheduled an appointment with me the next day. Briar came and was honestly a pleasure to work with. He took his time answering my questions and explaining options with no sales pressure. He accurately diagnosed the problem and was back first thing in the morning on the following day to replace the broken fan motor. Overall, wonderful service.

Description of Work: This particular time they came out to service our air conditioner. We have a plan with them for twice a year service. We originally used them to replace our heating and air conditioning. They were great to work with, understood what my husband wanted and were able to give him the unit he wanted and fix the air flow problem we had in back of house. The people they send are always professional as well as the front office. The office always calls to remind us and schedule the service as well as calling when the tech is on the way. We will continue to use them for the twice yearly service. We would highly recommend this company.
