Steve from Huft Heating and A/C was prompt and friendly. He told me what he was going to do and when he was finished, he showed me the pictures he took and explained everything in detail. I had a great experience and will be having them come out again to perform a duct cleaning as well as maintenance on the unit itself. P.S. Their prices are fair as well!

The company contacted me after I purchased the Angie's List coupon online. I made an appointment and the technician called before he arrived. I'm pretty sure I got a reminder call from the office before the day of the appointment. The technician was professional and courteous. The only reason I did not rate it overall excellent was that the tech broke a part when cleaning the roof. unit. But, he freely admitted the error and then purchased and installed the new flame sensor at no charge. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would use them again.

This company was amazing. It was 2 days before Christmas and our very old system finally gave out in our older home. Huft had given us a quote a few months prior but we were going to hold off for a while until it finally died and we had no choice. I liked them when they gave us the initial quote and so called immediately. They brought a large crew in and competed the job in 1 day, a very long day for them. They were friendly, professional and worked very hard to make sure we'd have a warm holiday. The best part is, the system has worked beautifully ever since and we are completely happy with Huft and the product they supplied.

Things went very well. He called 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within the time frame they quoted over the phone from the previous day. The tech was very friendly and informative. He explained everything he did as I watched. I have scheduled them to come out next spring to service my AC. That's how much I liked them.

Was prompt, courteous and honest. Was so impressed they'll be back to service the AC next year!

Our electric bill was very high after the August heat wave. We found and called Huft because of their rating on Angies List. A representative, Ryan, came to our home, described their service, and made recomendations. We agreed to a service date a week later. Ryan was very pleasant and informed, not pushy and a very good communicator. Their crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and got busy right away. All of them were careful not to enter the house without shoe coverings to protect our flooring. They all worked hard and were pleasant at the same time, in spite of high temperatures in the crawl space, their attitudes were wonderful.There were a few surprises along the way which they handled professionlly and with courtesy. After a long and busy day, 10hours, they had cleaned everything up, and were ready to go. They all made a special effort to shake our hands and thank us for the business. We've turned on the A/C a few times since installed and noticed right awayt that we don't have to use the low settings required before the replacement. We are delighted and will definetly use Huft again!

Our A/C quit working and they came out the next day. They diagnosed the problem and replace the capacitor. Ahh... cool air again!! They were very professional and seemed to do good work. They offered a discount for them to return to service our heater and we gladly agreed to it. Would definitely recommend them.

The system was in fine shape. They will come back in the fall to check my air ducts and my furnace. The gentleman that came out, Steve, was courteous, prompt, and very professional. I think they did a great job.

I purchased a Angie's List Big deal for inspecting my heater and air conditioner. I had used Huft Heating and Air before, so I contacted them. I had a fairly good report from them on my 12 year old system. Chris came out in the winter and checked my heater last winter, and Steve came out this summer and checked my air conditioner. They were both on time and explained everything so that I could understand what needed to be done. They both said a certain part needed to be replaced. I am glad there wasn't anything serious.A special shout out to Kay. There was times when I needed to cancel and reschedule my appointments. She was very nice and patient with me.

My experiences with Huft have been very positive. I bought one of their deals (two inspections/tune-ups). I scheduled my first inspection fairly quickly, but postponed the second one. Huft left very polite phone messages, reminding me to schedule the second one, which I eventually did. The technician was very nice and professional. My unit is almost in need of an expensive replacement part, but they didn't try to up-sell me anything. I appreciate this truthfulness very much.

I called Huft Heating and Air Conditioning on a 104 degree day and they were able to get me an appointment the next day at 7:30AM. Bob, our service technician, performed all of the needed services and gave me some helpful advice on filters and how to use my thermostat. Huft is a professional and honest company I would definitely recommend.

Overall, they were cordial on the phone, came the net day and spent the time to diagnose the situation.

It was a very quick process and the A/C was working within 20 minutes!

Saturday night about 10:30 we discovered the HVAC unit was not cooling. After checking the circuit breakers and the filter, we turned on the whole house fan to cool the house down throughout the night. Sunday morning, I looked at the Angie's List July mailer and located Huft Heating and Air Conditionig because it said they provide 24-hour emergency service. I called at 7:00 this morning and spoke with a very friendly and helpful person named Kay. She said they would have someone out by 1:00 and would call me when he was on his way. She called me to let me know he would be there earlier than anticipated. Bob Thomas arrived, checked the unit and explained the capacitor was faulty and that it is a very common repair. He changed it out and performed a tune-up and clean-up on the unit and it's working great. Bob was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Huft Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.

We have two a/c units in our home and discovered that when one went out we also had big problems with the other unit as well. Having received quotes from two other a/c companies that were in complete opposite to each other, we were very pleased that Huff gave us options and reasons to make our decision making much easier. One company told us we would have to get new units at a cost of $11-$22K and the other company quoted us a patchwork job for around $7K.We felt very comfortable that Huff was able to do a great repair for a fraction of cost of the other companies. Also the people that came out (Bob, Ryan, Kevin and Kou) could not have been more professional, thorough, or pleasant to work with. They actually came out and worked on the holiday, did a fantastic job cleaning up (vacuuming) and even cleaned our outside condensers completely ( that was way more than we expected).We would not hesitate to use Huff again and give our recommendations completely to anyone needing a/c work.

Our air conditioner started blowing hot air Thursday night so I called Huft first thing on Friday. It was 6:30 in the morning and someone answered! I was provided a price quote and they had an appointment available that afternoon. The technician came out on time and was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and explained everything clearly. He quickly located the problem part and replaced it with one in his truck. He was honest about the condition of our unit and, while he could have easily suggested a whole new system, he told us it will probably hold out for another year or two with the new part. We were very pleasantly surprised. When we do decide to get that replacement unit (ours is 15 years old), we will definitely be going through Huft!

Technician came out on 6/25 and diagnosed that the blower wasn't working. They had one on hand and replaced it for $186.00 and said it was fixed. I received a call from my tenant the next day and was told that the AC was still not blowing cold air. I called and sent the technician back and he explained that it needed a recharge of 2 lbs of freon. He said he would take care of it...then called me back and said it was $300-$400 for the freon but that he would discount it to $217.00. This is after the work was done. Felt like he trapped me into that one. I looked around and JR Putnam does 2lbs of freon free with their $79 service call.

I thought they were extremely professional. The office staff was great when I spoke with them on the phone. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave behind any mess. I am happy with their services.

Great! Air back on and we are happy.
