Frank and Marina worked after their normal business hours from 4-7p.m. to clean our carpets after the movers had packed us out earlier in the day. Frank used high powered dryers to help dry the carpets after they had been cleaned. The carpets were completely dry when we returned the to finish our cleaning the next day. It was the best carpet cleaning we have received since moving to Elk Grove over 20 years ago. I wish we had discovered him years ago.

Everything was done perfectly! We even received a call a few days after his service to ask if we were happy with what was done and asking for feedback. We almost didn't know what to say... because NO ONE who has ever helped us do anything on our home, has ever bothered to call and ask if we were happy. A novel concept that died a millenia ago with the caveman! Customer Service is not dead! Frank had a considerable amount of knowledge of his craft and was able to offer his professional opinion with regard to how we might approach future decisions concerning our flooring choices. When it comes time to approach our carpet replacement, we will, without question, use Frank's Carpet Care. Highly recommend!

Frank Schmitt, the owner, came out and did a wonderful cleaning our upstairs carpeting which had ground in stains in several places (from the early days of parenting, plus we have a dog). You would have thought the carpeting was brand new!!! He also did a thorough job on cleaning the carpet in our guest house. Frank and his wife are truly a professional team and I would recommend them to anyone!

I called and spoke to Frank's wife, who is so nice and helpful, you hope that she comes out to your home! She gave me a verbal quote over the phone. Frank arrived right on time and was ready and raring to work! He helped move my furniture and got my carpets the cleanest that I have seen since we moved into this house. He was great and got the job done thoroughly and stuck to the quote that I received over the phone. I did add a room and he added that in without taking advantage of us on price. We will be using them again in the future. We look forward to it. Great family business!!

Frank really cares about his customers. Not only did he do a great job cleaning the carpets, but he used two fans to dry out the areas so we could move the furniture back very quickly so our lives were not too interrupted. He did an excellent job on the 8 x 14 area rug that it looks like new! While he was waiting for an enzyme solution to do its work, we ask him questions about how to care for the flooring in other areas of the house and tips for purchasing/installing some hard flooring were are considering as part of a minor remodel. His candid information was very helpful and we will certainly ask him to submit a bid on our flooring, carpet or tile work. I am sure that he would not always be able to work in a minor "emergency" such as ours. but we will certainly have him do any carpet cleaning we need in the future.

They did a really great job. They worked fast. It is a rental property and we were trying to rent it out, so they accommodated our needs. They showed up right on time and they were able to do it within the price range for the owner; she put a cap on how much we could spend on the carpet and he worked with it. He did the stairs which was not an easy thing to do; it was an old house. So it was a customized job. He did a 100% clean up; I am very happy. He did a great job on the pricing. The quality was great as well; there was no problem. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism was excellent.

I would definitely hire them for any future floor project.

I called Frank's company and requested that he come to give me an estimate on some flooring work I wanted to do on our new home. Frank was all booked for the day but he managed to come by as promised in between jobs. We went over what I had in mind, which was removing some new carpet to another room and installing linoleum or some other flooring in its place. Frank evaluated the job, explaining to me and my wife the pros and con of what I was considering. Frankly he advised us against it. I really respect this man for his integrity! After considering what Frank had to say, we realized we were being too hasty in our effort to personalize our new home. Frank prevented me from doing something I would have no doubt regretted. Frank had a chance to make some good money but he chose rather to do what was best for the customer. I have the utmost respect for him for his true professionalism, candor and integrity. He was offensive, could not handle male professionals who were on their own and sounded like they were from the East. He said that my accent, which is not pronounced was "funny". At that point I dismissed him even though I mentioned that through Angie's List did we not get a 10% discount.,..it did not take him ONE second to tell me that he was not a member of Angie's List nor would he be a member. At that point I had moved to a place NEVER to hire him and then, even worse, how could he be getting referrals from your company when he was NOT a member. So.....are you being honest with customers as well or in touch with what is going on Main Street for most potential future customers.

Frank was available within a few days of my inquiry. He was even early - his wife called to make sure this was ok. He was confident he could clean the moderate pet stains from our stairs and 3 bedrooms. He even got a dye stain out that I figured wouldn't clean up. I had given up on my carpet ever looking good again after having several other carpet cleaners. Frank got the entire carpet clean as new.

He comes to my house. I get a discount after using him the first time. I spend about $165 the last time, but I did not have the whole house done. I would tell other members that he does an excellent job. I had a really nasty bad red stain coolant on the carpet and he told me not touch it and came out the next day. My carpet is almost white and I cannot see the stain. He also told me how to treat it, but I would call him. He has been in the carpet business for years and he also does insulation, cleaning and repairs. He is he only one I would use now.

Frank and wife are a great team. Frank does the cleaning and his wife is a great PR person. The return phone call was prompt, even on a weekend, and the scheduling was very convenientt. The estimate held true and was inexpensive relative to others who did a poor job, and well worth every penny. I'm recommending them to everyone. Frank got out all the spots that Sears left, and did a superb job everywhere. It was a great relief to find this business after patronizing several others unsuccessfully. He was efficient and thorough, and I'm delighted with the results. Frank was punctual and the follow-up by his wife was appreciated.

Very quick response time, excellent consultation on work requirements, quality work performed in very little time.

Frank's wife was very informative and friendly on the phone. She understood the need for immediate attention and fit Frank in at the end of his all ready fully scheduled day. She outlned the potential services and charges for what I described. Frank arrived earlier than scheduled (called first) and was very detailed and helpful in his assessment of the damaged flooring. Did not try to upsell and instead made cost-free recommendations for how to proceed with needed repairs.

Frank and his wife run a great little business! He consistently charges less than anyone else in the area. He is thorough, professional, and on time! While he was here I had to move my wine rack and dropped a bottle of RED wine. Of course it shattered! Frank quickly got on the spot, spending way more time on it than I would have. In the end, he didn't charge me for the wine spot removal because he was a few minutes late. Remarkable! I truly would not go anywhere else.

He arrived slightly early, inspected the job and got right to work. Since the cost covered more area than we had specified, he offered to clean an additional area, but I declined. He also discussed teflon treatment and suggested we not get it at this time (thereby saving me money). The job took no more than an hour. Afterwards he discussed drying time and process with me and ran an industrial fan to start the drying process while he gathered up his equipment. Throughout he wore protective booties, and left us two pair to use while the carpet dried. Everything about his service fully met my expectations, and I would not hesitate to hire this firm again. The carpet is spotless, unstained, and the diamond pattern has raised back up (like it did when the carpet was newer).

Frank wasn't going to clean under the furniture, but since I had been in the house for a while I had him do it anyway. He did a lot of work including the closets and it was really good. He just charged me the normal price, but since he did so much work I paid him double. His wife called me later to thank me for that. I thought the normal price was even reasonable. He was great and I am planning to call him soon to do my downstairs.

1/ a free estimate appt. scheduled and completed 5/27/09 2/ Mr.Frank Schmidt ( the owner of the family business with his wife Mrs.Marina Schmidt ) arrived to a scheduled appt. on 6/4/09 precisely at 9am 3/ regardless of my comment that there was no need to pull the refrigerator out Frank insisted to do so explaining that periodically the back of the refrigerator must be clean to prolong the life of refrigerator and help it work more efficiently. To my big surprise there was a lot of debris and dust behind the refrigerator - all was vacuumed, washed and grout cleaned 4/ Frank asked me at least two times at the beginning of his work to come out, look and give him my constructive feedback on work he already partly completed 5/ work was completed on time - clean tiles / grout looked great 6/ Frank recommended a neat painter who apparently does not leave any mess after his painting work is done / I plan to use his service in the near future
