Frank's Carpet Care

I only hire Frank for my Elk Grove property. He's knows his carpets and next time I purchase carpet I will consult with him. He's educational when it comes to flooring. Great job as always.

GREAT Service! I used Franks Carpet Care for three different issues for clients, and have been very satisfied with the results each time. The first time was a red drink stain removal. He noticed the carpets needed stretching and gave me a quote. Two years later when they were ready to sell their home FCC did the carpet stretching. What a difference it made! It was much less expensive than replacing the carpet. I’m glad he told me about that service.

There was deep, dark foot traffic pattern on cream carpet throughout several rooms. The owners called another company to do the carpet cleaning. The foot pattern was still very noticeable. I had Frank come look at it. Short story, he reclined the carpets and cleaned the foot traffic areas with special equipment – foot pattern is gone! No re-carpeting necessary to list the property for sale. Very happy customer!

We have had multiple dogs over the years (down to two now) and three kids. The couch we thought was so far gone (only 7 years old) we asked if he could just clean it enough to make I bearable till we could replace it and Frank responded "Why? It's perfectly good. I'll make look like new." And he did. Seriously... it looks show room fantastic. So good that I don't want the kids to sit on it now 😄 The carpets look great too. All in about 3 hours. Carpets dried even before he left but he still gave us booties to wear to be sure. Frank and his wife were nothing but courteous and helpful. His wife handles the appointments (Mariana?) and was always very nice to talk to. Frank is professional but still has great humor. We picked his brain a lot on replacing the carpet in a certain room and he was very honest and very helpful. All in all, we are very pleased with our experience with Franks Carpet Care. We will definitely be using them again as we have tile throughout the house we would like cleaned. Can't wait👍

As usual it was a wonderful experience. Frank and his wife Marina are a joy to work with. Carpets dried very quickly and all the stains are gone.

Frank was great and very fast. We have three dogs that have a few accidents on our front carpet. Frank was very upfront about the ability to get the carpet odor out. He wasn't get it all out but it is much better now. He took a little time play with dogs. I'm going to have him back to do the upstairs.

We called Frank's Carpet Care after a competitor left us high and dry 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment time. Frank and his wife, who was in Europe at the time and coordinated our emergency carpet cleaning from there, worked us in for the same day later that afternoon. Frank came out at the appointed time & did a fantastic job. He was just awesome. His prices were comparable to his competitors, and there were no "upgrades," gimmicks -- the black light come-on -- or extra charges for coming out last minute. Frank made our heavily soiled carpet look almost new without any special "deep clean machine" (competitor's advertising hook). His conscientiousness and attention to detail have made us satisfied, loyal customers. Frank also likes dogs...and not just because they help generate business for him. I highly recommend Frank's Carpet Care and enthusiastically suggest you call him if you want an honest job, no gimmicks, and a fair, no-hype rate.

This is the second time we used Frank for our carpet needs. In February we used him for our carpet cleaning throughout the house and he did a great job. This project we called him back to help fix our carpet that had been dug out by our doggy. We had some spare (new) carpet and padding. He handled the carpet well and the seems are less noticeable than when we had this same exact process done by another carpet guy. Scheduling is easy and costs are upfront...so no surprises. I would recommend Frank's Carpet Care for cleaning and repair.

Frank arrived as scheduled. He was professional, accommodating, and seems to be a friendly person. He gave me some tips on treating any new potential stains. The total charge was as quoted over the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I would personally use them again the next time the carpets need cleaning.

He took ten percent off because I was Angie’s List member and charged an extra $35 for spot cleaning. I thought he did well but I am seeing some stains now, maybe they were deep and he couldn’t get them all out. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and generally, I pay them $100 or so but with him, even with the discount; I thought his price was little bit on the high side. He responded the day I called and really came out the day I asked for. He was on time. He was professional. I was desperate for a carpet cleaner, so it was very nice that he was able to accommodate me on the day that I needed it, but next time, I would like to look around and see if I find someone else.

They are a really good company. We had some stains and they completely cleaned it. They were really personable and did an excellent job to remove the stains that were really hard.

Frank showed up on time and was professional and courteous. The price quoted to me on the phone was the price I paid, there were no surprises. My 23 year old carpet looks like new again! I have 2 dogs that have the run of the house, but you would never know any dogs were here now. Very satisfied with a job well done.

He was professional, knowledgeable and gave good advice as to how to maintain the carpets in between professional cleanings. Will be hiring them again in the future when they carpets need to be cleaned again.

They were very good. We had good experience with them. Their price is fair and reasonable. They were friendly, prompt and good to wok with.

We were very pleased with the entire process. We had a carpet cleaning emergency: our senior dog became critically ill and had multiple nasty accidents on our carpet. After trying to use a carpet cleaner myself to no avail, we decided to call in some experts. We chose Frank's Carpet Care because of the good reviews and because they were able to accommodate us quickly. (We had Thanksgiving guests arriving in a few days.) From the initial phone call, to the prompt arrival and the accurate, honest estimate and completion, we were very pleased with our experience. It is now several weeks after his visit and our carpet looks great. He worked wonders on some pretty horrific carpet stains. We will definitely have him back.

Cleaned and restreched carpet in a duplex that tenants left in rough shape. Frank did a great job, was punctual and friendly. The price was very reasonable for the work done. The job done was beautiful...I expected much less and was very pleasantly surprised. Will definitely keep his card on file.

I had bought my first house, and wanted to get all the carpets cleaned before moving in, in addition to family room floor tiles which were turning black (white originally). Some of the carpets were 20 years old and are due for replacement, but I wanted to get them cleaned temporarily until replacement time. When he came, he told before hand what to expect from the cleaning, as a result, I ended up cleaning two less rooms, as their carpet was beyond cleaning, which saved a few bucks, same with the tiles, initially, I wanted to get all family room tiles cleaned, just to have them all at same level of whiteness, but Frank recommended doing only the traffic area to save money, since I'd be getting the same results. By end of day, I was happy with the service I got, everything was clear before hand, in terms of expectations, price & savings. I'd definitely use their service s again.

When I phoned for an appointment, Marina asked me many questions about how many rooms, etc. and gave me a price. She also asked if I wanted to wait for Frank's estimate, but I chose her price. He came 10 minutes after the appointed hour (practically on time), looked around the house and started right in. He was finished in an hour and a half. At first there were wrinkles on the front room carpet, but by the next day they were all gone. he was very polite and all business. I appreciated his attitude.

Whole process was fantastic from the time I talked to Marina to schedule the appointment to when Frank (the owner) finished cleaning our carpets and couches. They were both professional friendly and punctual. Called with time update to say he was finished early and could come by sooner if it was convenient. How often does that happen? Frank looked over the job and gave me his opinion of what needed to be done without trying to oversell. Carpets and couches now look and smell great! Will definitely use Franks Carpet Care again and will tell my friends.

Excellent job! I was very impressed with the results. My carpets were nearly 10 years old and quite dirty in places. After cleaning they looked almost like new! I was very impressed by the results and would highly recommend him.

When he looked at my carpet he said he couldn't get out some of the stains. We didn't know what they were, it's my rental property and the carpet was brand new. So I had him clean my carpets and I was very happy with the results. Also, I was trying to fix my shower fixture and he stepped in and did me a plumbing job for free, and it only took him a few minutes. That would have cost me more than a $100 for a plumber. If you need your carpets cleaned, hire Frank he's honest and professional.

Frank came to my home and did a wonderful job of cleaning carpets! He was on time, pleasant to work with and very thorough. Will definitely use him again.

Marina was very friendly and informative and arranged a convenient time for service. The repair person showed up on time and took about an hour for the repair. He cut out the old section of carpet that was burnt and patched it with a remnant piece that we had saved. The finished repair blends in well with the rest of the carpet.

Very professional service, pleasant & thorough customer service. I'd definitely use Frank's Carpet Care again.
