Everything went fine and we are very pleased with the results. I was most impressed with the pre-job assessment and planning. On the first visit they looked over the damage and explained alternatives and what would be the best approach to fixing all the roof leaks. This was located at my mother's old family farmhouse in the delta so I was also glad that they were willing to come out and quote the job. I had several phone calls with both Mark and Amos to fine tune and add some work to be done. 2 days before the actual job one person came out to take a closer look to make sure they bought all the necessary materials. (I was very happy about that because doing good work depends alot having the right materials and the right tools. Not to mention that the job site is almost an hour from any hardware store, so they need to plan their shopping ahead of time. They always returned my phone calls promptly and communicated well in advance of the job. This was a 2 day job. I was present during the first day to get them started and answer questions about how I wanted the work done. 3 gentlemen did all the work. They were experienced and worked very hard. (Michael, Kenny Jr, Kenny Sr) I will definitely consider them again for future work and/or recommendations for other service providers. Again, the open and clear communication was great. Good advanced planning/material shopping. Very happy with the work!

I appreciated the speedy response with which Mark returned my call and scheduled the appointment.. Mark was called due to a water leak into a room around one of my front entrance windows which he found and corrected by replacing the cracked tile on the roof. In assessing the rest of the roof he found some slippage of concrete tiles around the chimney which were put back in place. During his inspection although he thought the roof was in overall good shape, however, the valley where most of the rain fall off comes down is due for replacement by sometime next year due to the age of the home which I will not hesitate to have him return for that work as well. I would especially note that I also appreciated him not only blowing off all of the sand, dirt and debris from the roof but also on the ground. I felt good for having Mark handle my small job not only in a timely manner but very professionally as well and will not hesitate to use him next year but refer him to anyone looking for a job well done.

I contacted ACS Roofing for an estimate and he came out and gave me an estimate as well as emailing me a copy. Once I determined that I would you use this company I called and an appointment was set for someone to come out and sign contracts. During this process I was shown samples of different materials to choose from and different colors. The person also went over the whole process from start to finish. He described exactly how the roof would be built went over any additional costs that may arise and an unforseen problems that could arise and may need to be dealt with. I was required to put a deposit of $1000.00. A date was set and a week before they were to start, someone called me to confirm my date and go over what i would need to do in order for the workers to start work. The whole process took about 4 days total. After the roof was built a different person called to say that he would come by and go over any concerns that I had and to pick up the payment. The only concern I had was since I had the roof built in the sumemr I really wouldn't be able to tell if there were any problems until winter time. The whole process was easy going and not stressful at all. I will update this comment in the winter to let you know if the workmanship was as good as it looks. So far, I would highly recommend this company, but as I said, it's not winter time yet.

Came home from vacation and found roof leak. Called ACS roofing and pleased with results.

ACS came out promptly to give an estimate for tile repair and inspected entire roof for soundness. They completed the service quickly and efficiently and for a very reasonable price. The repairman observed tiles on a separate garage that hadn;t been secured at the time the house was built (which I hadn't noticed before) and repaired them without any extra charge. He also repaired an undiscovered broken tile on the garage for a very small additional cost. Service was prompt, courteous and thorough, and I would definitely recommend ACS to others.

They were very thoughtful and took the time to do a great job. There was a small item I wanted them to come back and check for me after the job was complete and they did so with no hassles. They are very eager to please their customers.
