H.A.R. (Hi Tech Appliance Repair)

Description of Work: The repair was to the control panel of a Frigidaire clothes dryer. Tony was extremely professional and went beyond the assigned task by vacuuming out the lint that was buried deep inside the unit. I have asked him to do additional repairs in the house.

Description of Work: Excellent service! Tony took my call, asked what was going on with my appliances and gave me an appointment two days after my call. He worked on a clothes dryer, a refrigerator and a dishwasher; he had the necessary parts for the appliances (incredible!) and gave us tips on how to improve functionality of the appliances. Tony was nice enough to round off the price and gave me a call the following day to find out how the appliances were working out. I will definitely call Tony again, I can say he will be my "go to" appliance repair person from now on.

Description of Work: Tony repaired the seals on washing machine and dryer, and replaced a broken belt on the washer. He was terrific and I recommend him very highly.

Description of Work: Checked out dishwasher. Pump was failing. Did not recommend fixing. But showed us how to get by until we wanted to replace. Suggested brand to look at for replacement. He will install that next week. His name is Tony.

Description of Work: The provider indicated that they do not service the brand of appliance I own. He did provide the phone number for another repair company who he indicated could assist. Unfortunately, the referral was also unable to assist with the brand of appliance I have. I was thankful for the attempt and not simply dismissing my call as misplaced.

Description of Work: Mr. Hariri was called on Wednesday and scheduled the appointment for Friday between 12:00 Noon and 3:00 PM. He called and arrived on Friday BEFORE Noon, around 11:30 and diagnosed, repaired, did added repairs with our approval and completed the job by 12:05. Mr. Hariri is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He stated his charge for a service call up front when we scheduled the appointment and advised as to what was needed in terms of repairs clearly so that we could understand.
