Although no work was performed, I was very satisfied with the experience.

He was quick to find the problem, which was not what we thought when we called him, then bought the necessary parts and fixed it the following day. Very knowledgeable and professional, and considerate.

Spoke with Tony and we agreed to meet the next day. He gave me a three hour window and I asked him to call me when he was on his way. He called and we arranged to meet right at the beginning of the three hour window. The fixes were relatively simple and easy and possibly could have been done by myself if I were more handy, but Tony did them quickly and efficiently. He replaced the vent tube and the coils. I have no complaints. He was very professional and other than shelling out the cash the experience was totally painless.

Without any warning my Kenmore dryer just stopped heating one day. I have a laundry list (ha ha) of good things to say about HAR Hi-Tech and its owner Tony: He was the only appliance repair service that answered the phone on a Saturday morning; he tried to schedule same day service; he was prompt for the appointment; he was respectful, courteous, clean and quiet; he explained exactly what was wrong, why it had broken and how to prevent it from happening again; and his price was very reasonable.

I was very pleased with this service. Our dishwasher was no longer doing the job it should. I was re-washing a number of glasses on the top rack. We thought it was a problem with water pressure as our kitchen sink pressure seemed low. I latter learned this had nothing to do with it. Tony quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem. After years of use, small random bit and pieces of stuff had plugged up the water flow. Tony gave some useful tips on stacking, adjusted the silverware rack, recommended a new soap and even called back the next day to see how it was working! We have changed our ways, use the new arrangement and purchased a new soap. Dishes are crystal clean and no more re-washing. He took a few minutes to check out an additional problem with the ice-maker in our outdated refridg. and although it could have been repaired, it would have been costly and not worth it. Great integrity, very professional!

Scheduled directly with service provider, Tony. He was able to come in a reasonable amount of time, ordered the required part and installed it in a day or two. My washer has been fine since. Tony was prompt and professional; he is a soft-spoken man who will gladly answer your questions (he is just not the chatty sort).

We've been using them even before joining Angie's List. We have used them several times. They are responsive. Every time they've fixed it, we've been happy with the result. We are not sure if we have made a right decision in repairing it since it's been several repairs. They clearly stand behind their work. We certainly recommend them.

They quickly diagnosed the problem; de-iced the coils and replaced the part all within the hour.

My 10-year-old gas dryer suddenly stopped working properly -- the timer would race through a cycle, and the dryer wasn't producing any heat. I called Hi-Tech Appliance Repair, and it turned out they were just completing another service call in my neighborhood. Tony and Majeed Hariri were at my house within 20 minutes! They had the problem diagnosed and repaired within another 30 minutes. They even vacuumed out all the lint that had accumulated behind the lower panel of the dryer, and went out to check the dryer exhaust duct that vents outside. I plan to have them come back to replace the hoses on my washer and part of the dryer exhaust duct, and to clean out the dryer exhaust vent. They were very professional and polite, and a pleasure to do business with. I'll look no further than Hi-Tech Appliance next time one of our appliances starts acting up!

They are punctual, very professional and honest. They also clean up after themselves.

Tony and his brother, Majeed, have been in business repairing appliances for nearly 30 years. Tony first came to our house a couple years ago to check the temperature control of our oven. He was sent by the home warranty company we used to have. I was so impressed with how professional and nice he was that I kept his card. Last week our oven stopped working so I found the card and gave him a call. These guys are awesome. I called him early in the morning and, despite having 6 service calls that day, they came by that afternoon. Tony correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone (the ignition part for the stove needed to be replaced), called me at my office as requested, met me at my house, and had the part replaced in about the same amount of time it took me to write my check! Tony and Majeed are super nice, respectful, clean, professional, reasonably priced, and easy to recommend.
