Tony was able to come by the day after we talked on the phone to take a look at my leaking Kenmore dishwasher. He took a look and determined that the pump was shot, and was very honest in telling me that it would cost more to repair the dishwasher than it was worth. Tony's a very nice guy, and patiently and clearly explained my options and gave me his recommendations. He didn't end up doing any work for me, but he very obviously knows what he's talking about and he will be the first person I call next time I have appliance troubles. He also gave me a significant discount on the service call charge because he was able to determine the problem so quickly. Highly recommended!

Tony responded the next day on time and told me that my washer machine's clutch was going out and when he came and tested the washer noticed that the motor had gone out and recommended that I get a new washer ! Tony showed up on time, he did a good job, and he liked my dogs. He really does try to save me money. He's very conscientious about not overcharging. He's really fantastic.

It was an extremely positive experience. It was $255 with the part being $120. He responded immediately and I think it's a one-man operation. The fellow have a cellphone, he answered immediately, he said, "This is my e-mail address, could you send me an e-mail because I'm with a client or customer." and then he got right back to me and he said he'd come out and look, it sound like it might be a water pump so he came the very next day, whatever time he said he would come, he took out and pulled out the machine and he said it was the water pump. He went, order the part and came back the next day and put it in. He's very professional, very nice, and I thought his price was reasonable. I would recommend him to all of my friends.

pprdddTony emailed me for more details on the dryer. I called him; left message. He called me back quickly; aapologized for missing my call; explained that he was working today - the holiday; assured me he'd get back to me. He called and we agreed I'd call him as soon as I returned home - after 2pm. I called him at 2:15 and he was at my door at 2:30. Toni checked the fridge and began repair work right away. He requested hot water, an old towel, and began clearing food from the freezer. I stayed close at hand in order to provide whatever was needed. Toni explained everything he did and gave tips on how to prevent future problems. Even showed me where the turn-off switch was for the fridge's waterline.

Arrived promptly after reconfirming when he would be there. Pleasant, polite, quick. Dismantled panel, checked connections, identified problem--fixed it. Reassembled panel within 55 minutes. Offered to clean work area and left with dishwasher working!

I called his phone, and he showed up within several hours. He was very kind, clean, put a cloth down on the floor, had the part he assumed was the one broken from my description of the machine failure, and repaired it really quickly. Brought a part that was better (made of metal) than the manufacturer's part (made of plastic). Told me the failure of the part was not my fault - that they always broke at a certain point. And he checked other parts of the machine. Excellent service. I'd always call him first for any appliance repair. Highly recommended.

Tony was fantastic. He squeezed me in on the same day and did some quick work to repair all my appliances. He had all parts on hand and it was so nice for it to be done and over with that quickly.

While we did not actually have Tony do the work at that time (2012), we are now ready to call him. I found Tony to be incredibly knowledgeable about our high-tech dryer; he found the part quickly, he returned my calls immediately; Tony was very professional, courteous and willing to help us in any way he could. Further he was extremely reasonable and understanding. It is not easy to a person who is willing or qualified to repair this newer appliance with all of its electronic parts and controls. Mr. Hariri returned my email regarding a broken dishwasher spring on the door. I had already purchased 2 new springs and attachments and Mr. Hariri promptly installed the spring attachments. He indicated that the springs were in good shape and did not need replacing. He also showed us the water hose and how it was not correctly installed (23 years ago). He was very neat, professional and arrived when he said he would. We definitely would ask him to return again and we would definitely refer him to any of our friends.

Our 10 year old washer was making loud noises. Tony gave me a possible diagnosis over the phone and told me to run a test to determine if the washer was worth repairing. It passed the test so he came to our house and fixed the washer. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Tony and his company.

After describing the dishwasher problem on the phone with Tony I gave him the model number of the dishwasher. He said he was 90% sure the problem was the front panel and needed to be replaced. He was going to get the part before he came to my home to save time. When he came out we discovered it was the wrong part, and he checked the model number and confirmed it was the right model number I gave him. He took pictures of the panel and left to go to a supply store and determine what was wrong. He called in an hour told me the manufacturer put the wrong model number on the dishwasher, he had the correct part number, and suggested I order it myself to save time and money. He gave a website to order the part and I got the correct part in 2 days. I called him when I received the part and he came out that day and fixed the dishwasher. He was 100% right about the problem with the dishwasher. He expertly problem solved the issue with the dishwasher model number and during the entire process he was professional, friendly, reassuring and always concerned about being on time and saving me money. His price was fair and I saved money getting the part myself. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I called Tony and he was "Johnny on the Spot". He even tried to fit me into his schedule the same day! He arrived on time, called ahead of time as requested. Very professional. Quick. He was able to set and keep an appointment for the next morning. Tony installed the part in no time at all. Friendly!! (even my dog liked him!) Also took a look at my nonworking dishwasher and told me the best option for me (not just to get work for himself!) He gave me recommendations based on MY situation. Loved that! Replaced heating element in clothes dryer. Came out the same day I called. $95.00 for the service call, $69.00 for the heating element. Job done quickly and the dryer works great!

Tony answered my first phone call and gave me an appointment the next afternoon. He offered to try to squeeze me in that day, but I told him that wasn't necessary. He called me within the 3 hour appointment window he had given me and said he might be a bit late and then called to tell me he was on his way. He fixed my oven problem, adjusted and cleaned the burners as well, and gave me some pointers on the pilot lights. He was very competent, clean, friendly, and informative. I thought his price was reasonable.

Tony responded same day, came and did the job in 20-30 minutes as promised. The only thing I was surprised about was that there was a minimum 1 hour rate though the work only took half that time. Still his price at the end of the day is competitive. You may want to have a list of work for him to make the best use of his time versus one project at a time. I would absolutely use Tony's services again and recommend him.

I phoned in the morning, and Tony returned my call by 9:30 am, and was willing to come look at my broken washing machine that evening. He gave me a 4 - 7 pm window. He arrived at about 6, and was done by 6:30. He did not charge for labor (besides the initial 1 hour) and only for the part. He diagnosed the problem right away, gave me some tips to help maintain the appliance, and was on his way. Very good experience. Obviously a knowledgeable guy. Very polite, professional and competent.
