Finally when to LG to fix repair.
Description of Work: Refrig made a lot of fan noise. They fixed the noise but suggested I call LG because of what they thought was a leak in the sealed system. Turned out that the Freezer fan and cooling coils needed repair. LG fixed for free as good will.

Description of Work: Freezer went out and we didn't know if it was fixable or if we needed to purchase a new unit, Gary was kind and informative. Fixed for less than 200 dollars!! He is very responsive and professional.

Description of Work: Couldn't find trouble in refrigerator, said needed new part for $325, put it in and it promptly failed, indicating that it wasn't the problem. When new part didn't work, said must be on defrost mode and left. Had to replace refrigerator.

Description of Work: He came and spent about an hour assessing the repair needed on my Electrolux Refrigerator. He said he needed to look some stuff up in the manual and told me he would call me the next day. He did call the next day and said I would be better off calling the service rep from the manufacturer...... He told me what he thought was wrong so when I called the service rep I knew what I was talking about! the bottom line he didn't fix my frig or charge me a cent! Gave me good info and his time! Wow that never happens!!!
