Description of Work: About a year ago, My computer completely died - operating system error |In my internet searches, I was told that my operating system had to be re-installed (on a windows XP machine, which finding the operating system software wasn't easy), and that I would probably lose everything on it. | |White Flag computing was able to restore my operating system, fix all the "green screens" I kept getting, and I did not lose anything. |It has been about a year now, and I am "more than" completely happy with the work which White Flag supplied us.

+ -1 moreMy PC was shutting down & giving me fits for no apparent reason. I was fearing the worst that I would need to replace my PC. I called Paul & he made a house call. At first he was stumped but he didn't give up. Thanks to his persistence he diagnosed the problem & solved it quickly. He also tuned up my computer so that it would run much faster, & correct some nagging networking issues. I have been using White Flag for over a year now & I am impressed with the consistent & ethical service. He has earned my business for life.
Description of Work: My PC was shutting down & giving me fits for no apparent reason. I was fearing the worst that I would need to replace my PC. I called Paul & he made a house call. At first he was stumped but he didn't give up. Thanks to his persistence he diagnosed the problem & solved it quickly. It turned out to be a very minor issue with a fan not being seated property in the case to cool the microchips which in turn shut the system down. he simply reinstalled the fan on the spot & made sure my computer was running smoothly before he left.
