Description of Work: They opened two trunks and a lock for me. I gave them excellent ratings,but said I would not use them again, only because they are about 45 min away from me,and I had to pick up a key. I feel there must have been a closer choice. However, their service was excellent.

 + -1 moreI have used Industrial Lock and Key in the past to re-key my house after I moved in. I was, ahem, fixing something on my sliding glass door and managed to render the lock useless with a key. (I could lock it from the inside, but I use that door frequently to come and go) I had to leave that day for a work trip, but I called Industrial and asked if they would be available on the following Saturday to come fix it. They first warned me that there would be an extra cost involved, because it was a Saturday, which I was ok with. They came by at the scheduled time, fixed the door quickly and were able to take credit cards as payment. I have absolutely no complaints. I will definitely use them again, on the off chance I try to "fix" anything.

 + -1 moreThey sent out a guy who arrived within the allotted time frame. Took about an hour to change all the locks. One of our doors was not locking properly because the dead bolt did not line up properly with the metal frame. He redid the metal frame for another $20. Gave us some extra keys. Overall very happy with the work.
Description of Work: Had them come out and change about 6 locks for 1 master key.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY TOOK CARE OF IT WITHIN A DAY. IT WAS VERY IMMEDIATE. THE CLUTCH WAS PRETTY MUCH THE SIZE OF YOUR THUMB, AND IT COST 400 DOLLARS TO GET IT FIXED.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE CLUTCH IN THE DOOR HANDLE.
