Two women hock smiths arrived on time and went to work after I demonstrated the problem. They knew what to do, replaced an internal part, tested their fix, and made some adjustments. It now works fine. They were pleasant, fast, and professional.

Scheduling my appointment was easy to do with a reasonable date and a 2-hour window; scheduler helped me figure out the best Angie's deal to use. Locksmith showed up on time, was professional and friendly, and completed my job within a reasonable period of time. Due to a fluke, a second locksmith completed the job on a second visit but the service level I received was consistent. Industrial's prices are reasonable even before taking into account Angie's List incentives.

This was a difficult install and they did an excellent job.

Our front door handle wasn't opening all the way, so it would get caught on the latch if you turned it a certain way, and make it difficult to open the door. I found Industrial Lock and Security on Angie's List, and purchased a $45 "Locksmith Service Call" deal. Brian was at my house within 30 minutes (with an assistant, sorry don't recall her name), and had replaced the worn latch. It's working fine now, but he warned me that at some point we may need to replace the inside knob of the handle set. Quality work, completed very quickly and professionally.

The service went fine. I had them re-key some doors and duplicated keys. One technician came out for the work and completed the job in a timely manner. He was friendly and did what we needed. All of the keys work and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The locksmith arrived at the appointed time. Replaced the doorknob and keyed the lock to a existing key. He was friendly, personable. I had already paid Angie's List for the service call and paid the locksmith for the door knob and keying. It was an easy transaction. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for service.
