He did beautiful work cutting corner pieces out of wood and perfectly fitting them, actually creating a new floor for a large corner cabinet. He was pleasant and worked efficiently and intelligently. We will use him again for sure. And he pricing was more than fair.

Rick was honest, fair, and diligent. We were well satisfied with his efforts.

Rick showed up, was very friendly and competent. He did a much better job than the contractor we hired for a recently finished remodel. He pays attention to detail and does the job right.

Rick is a very hard worker and is well worth the value. He didn't mind me being around to pick up some skills while he was working. We ran into a few issues with the shower repair, but none of this was his fault (finding parts was the problem). Rick made sure that time spent getting parts did not cut into his billable time. The fence and gate repair were perfect, and the pressure washing was also good. Overall, Rick is very professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend his services.

Rick was on time and ready to work when he arrived. Although my list was extensive (more to be done at a later date), Rick tackled them in the order that I needed them to be done. He was very thorough with the repairs and explained to me in detail what needed to be done. In addition he gave other information of things to be careful of for my other renovations. He went to Home Depot and purchased the exact door knobs I wanted. In addition he had removed my old bathroom exhaust fan and he checked out the new models at Home Depot so that he could reccomend which ones I should buy as I had no clue what I was wired for! I had also purchased a new cutting board that was to replace my old pull-out board but my new one was too thick and about 3/8 of an inch too wide (so much for the package measurements!). Rick was able to cut the board to slide in and out with ease! For those who have looked for replacement cutting boards for your counter/cabinets, you know how hard they are to find! IKEA had these and I'm so happy Rick could get it sized correctly for me! The longest part of the day was involved with helping me move all my large and small furniture so I could have MJM do my floors. Lastly but not least, Rick got up on a ladder and cut back branches on a pine tree in my front yard that was interupting a sisgnal for my nextdoor nieghbor's DISH satellite dish. All in all he did a great job and I will have him back for more work in the very near future!

Rick did an excellent job cutting down the dried weeds/grasses in our backyard slope. Blades were cut down into very small pieces. The slope is completely clear and clean. It's the best it has ever looked. Rick spent a lot of time doing a thorough job. Will consider Rick again for future work to our yard.

Our experience with Rick was nothing short of outstanding. He called early in the evening prior to the day we scheduled his work in order to review tasks and ensure he would have the tools and materials needed. He also confirmed the time he would arrive and did indeed arrive on schedule that morning. He worked quickly and efficiently through our list of tasks in order of priority. Rick is a skilled craftsman who can tackle a wide variety of jobs. His experience and expertise surprised us, given his low hourly rate. We have hired several other handymen in past years, at much higher hourly rates, but continued looking for someone we would actually want to hire a second time. Either the work was done slowly (when paying by the hour, we've found that often to be the case) or not done to last. With Rick, however, this was definitely not the case. He worked steadily the entire day and stayed late to finish what he was working on--and for the extra time, he charged the same hourly rate for which we purchased the Big Deal. As long as Rick is in business, he will be the handyman we hire, even if we have to wait for his busy schedule to clear. We've learned that when Big Deals are offered, especially at this low hourly rate, the schedule fills up quickly. Be patient and wait for an opening, as Rick is well worth it. You will get a professional, skilled craftsman who is quick, reliable, trustworthy, and stays on task.

I've called and emailed this company and have yet to hear back from him to schedule the service. I've requested a refund through Angie's List.

Rick stayed until all the work was done. He did a great job and we would definitely recommend him.

Rick arrived on time and did all the jobs in a very professional manner. He found a solution for every little problem that we had around the house and he is very precise with all his work. He completely repaired the dry rot on our porch which was not an easy job, especially in a 100 degree weather. His paint jobs were outstanding, too, as he is very detailed. We already hired him again for the next project!

Rick was terrific, he was on time, worked hard all day, explained the problems and how to fix them. His work was first rate. I will be using Rick in the future

I am a single woman who needs help with home repairs. I have been a little nervous about my safety and security since I live alone. Rick has been working at my home, with and without my being home, and I feel perfectly safe. He has demonstrated his trustworthiness and earned my confidence. Rick was very responsive and completed the work on time. He is very flexible and provides good guidance/advice. I would recommend him to ANYONE!

Very well. My husband assisted him in all the different assignments so that he could learn how to handle these problems in the future. Rick was very patient with him and explained the different steps he took to complete the job. He was thorough, friendly, and definitely familiar with his job. He worked quickly and efficiently and his price was more than reasonable.

Rick returned my call promptly and made an appointment to come by a few days later. He showed up ready to work with a professional and pleasant attitude. Rick was careful to install the shade in the header so it's secure and straight. He also realized the screws that came with the shade were too short since we have a custom built home so he replaced them with longer deck screws that won't rust that he had in his truck. The shade looks great and it works perfectly. Rick noticed that the outlet was loose so he even fixed that in about two minutes. Rick also replaced a ceiling light fixture for me. He's clearly knowledgeable about electrical work because he was able to explain what he was doing and what to look out for while he was working. I will definitely hire Rick again and would recommend him to friends.

Rick was on time ( actually a little early) was very professional and did a great job. He is very knowledgable about overall home maintenance, very farley priced!.
