Description of Work: They checked for mold in the house as well as in the garage. Air samples were taken and sent to a lab. The results were sent to me along with what they have to do to correct the problem.

He was really nice, thorough, fast and it was a good experience. We found mold which isn't funny but definitely a good experience. He's very helpful, he did that that afternoon, gave some suggestions and money saving tips, and he's a nice guy. I guess I would use them again but I don't see that I'll be needing that service again.

It went great. David was on time. Spent over 2 hours with us. He explained what we need to do if there is mold.
Description of Work: Went through the whole house and explained everything he was doing. Answered our all of our questions no matter how many times we asked the same ones!!!!

Very well, he pointed out a couple of areas of concern and recommendations. Moisture present under guest bathroom toilet due seal needing to be replaced. Which I will do. Also pointed out grout separation in master bathroom shower and recommended replacement and resealing. Plus, found prior damage to drywall by skylight and recommends an air test.

I think that it went fine. I think that it was good and they went through certain areas where I thought that there was mold. They did find mold in my shower where I turn my water on. They did find moisture behind the wall and they offered to test the air inside my house and would compare it to the air outside. It cost like $300. When I asked them about the moisture behind the wall, they said that I would need to hire a plumber that has an infrared tester. I think that their service is fine, but it is pretty limited. I think that it is a service where they find it and then I have to be referred to other people. He was really nice, I had to reschedule a couple of times and he did good a good follow up. He came with a partner that was there to observe and they were both really nice. I would not use them again.

In less than a week, we already have the results back! Definitely mold in the air, which means we'll have further work to be done (by another person). A few days after David left, a handyman noticed that my father had sealed up all the exterior perimeter foundation vents. I happened to mention it to David, via email, as we were going over the mold test results. He said he would come right back out today to check the foundation area for moisture, at no additional charge. David was very professional in his work, on time and stayed on task throughout the job. A very friendly man too!
Description of Work: He went through the house to see if there was any moisture in the walls, floors and other areas of the house. That was for the $39. But we discovered moisture in several places, so I authorized a mold test to be done, which was an additional cost of $129.

The big deal only covers one type of mold testing and if you wanted the air testing then there is an additional fee. This company treated me very well from the start and they worked really hard to make me happy with the end result. I really appreciate the great customer service. I think they will do a good job and I hope that I won't need any mold testing in the future.

I called him on his phone and left a message. Later during the day he called me and discussed the details.
Description of Work: I mistook the cereal mold in my house for black mold. Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance, he asked me the details and told me what exactly to do to remove it myself. Great professionalism.
