Description of Work: I asked them for an estimate which I got. I could not get Oliveros to be precise about a starting date. I had a final phone call with them around February, 2016. The woman I spoke with was totally indifferent to my concerns ad just rude and I told her so! When Olivero, himself, finally called me back I told him that he and his staff needed to learn first to treat people with respect before there could be any discussion of using his services which I found were totally over priced with respect to the current market and his competition. He tried to "rip-off" a senior citizen and there is a special place in "H***" for people like that!

Description of Work: I had a number of issues to fix in the house that we have recently purchased including lowering taps for laundry machine connections (resulted in changing the pipes that were clogged), adding seismic valve on gas pipe, correcting water heater plumbing, lowering kitchen sink connection to improve water outlet, closing blind gas pipe. Excellent service although little bit more costly than what my estimation was.

Description of Work: They arrived right on time, always. The diagnosis was that an object was dropped into the toilet. Not so, problems continued and they came back for free twice which impressed me. They were courteous - the problem is that the situation is happening again so there is no clear fix. Willing, polite, on time but their diagnosis skills may be lacking. Spotted a mechanical issue with other toilet that they fixed handily. Great folks, hate to give them this review.

Description of Work: I have used Olivero Plumbing at least three or four times within the last five years. Work done included installing a new toilet, unclogging bathroom sink drains and repairing my washing machine drain. They also inspected a broken sewer line under my house and recommended a company that could do the necessary repairs. I have had excellent service from Olivero Plumbing and would definitely use them again.
