Sitko plumbing was recommended by my real estate agent after we purchased a new home. Brooks is the most outstanding vendors I have worked with during a remodel of the new home and subsequent flooding of the house. He is professional and takes care to keep the area he is working clean and picked up. He has always shown me options for price ranges for work, and gives me all the information needed to make a decision. He is reliable when he schedules a time to come, yet has been flexible when waiting for other contractors to complete work before he can start. In my flood emergency he was able to come right away. Secretary, Lisa, is amazing. She is always positive and concerned about the next problem I had for Brooks. She was calm and gave advice in my emergency when I couldn't even think about what to do next. I have owned 2 homes and dealt with plumbing issues before. I have dealt with plumbers that spend 3 minutes and present you with a bill because they really don't want to do the job, and plumbers that do the minimum because they knew I didn't know the difference until the shower leaked again. I would never use another plumber.

We did not know where the leak was coming from. So our upstairs bathroom is directly above our main floor laundry room, but we also share a wall with our neighbors so we did not know if the leak was from the bathroom or possibly from the attached roof line. Brooks was on time, courteous, professional, and ready to locate and solve the problem (he drove a very large truck that contained tons of tools). Upon a quick look, his initial thought was that it was the toilet leaking, but to be sure, he cut a small opening in the laundry room ceiling (but behind the cabinet so as to not expose too much or create too much damage in our house). Sure enough, the toilet was not properly set and was wobbly which caused the leak. Brooks reset the toilet and explained the process of shimmying to ensure a level surface. He also explained the next steps for us to take: put a fan on the wood to dry it out for a couple of weeks; spray the area with bleach; then replace the drywall once everything had a chance to completely dry. He told us to call him immediately if we noticed any more leakage. Thankfully, Brooks fixed the problem and the water is evaporating. We really liked Brooks's demeanor and polite, knowledgeable, and professional way. He is someone who you will surely realize is a plumber to be trusted! We will most definitely use Sitko Plumbing again!

Great and I would recommend him to anyone. I am very picky and I want good quality work so I can sleep at night. He also looked at other things I need done at another time and some things I can postpone.

SDG&E told me the vent to the furnace/water heater was unsafe but they didn't leave me any details. Brooks came in and first assessed the situation in the basement, explained that carbon monoxide was leaking into my basement and then determined how he would fix the problem. He had to reroute the hot and cold water pipes to correct the vent problem. He then flushed the water heater and explained why it was important. He then changed both facucets in the shower where one was leaking. I have a 18 month guarentee and a new plumber. I expect professionalism, the job to be completed as promised and a fair price. I got so much more than that from Brooks. I felt like a family member by the time he left and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Excellent! Brooks was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our backflow was run over on a Friday night and we were without water. He made every effort to get us back online as quickly as possible even though it meant working on a Saturday. Lisa is the other half of the team and her response time and communication through the process was outstanding. They were recommended to me by Chris Dilling, a local realtor who has used him on some projects, and I will pass that recommendation on to others. Very pleased!!

Fantastic. Brooks came out on a Saturday and did a wonderful job; he had to "makeshift" some fittings to accommodate older mobile home unit.

The experience as always was amazing. He quickly evaluated the situation which was caused by the wrong type of pipe being used by another company several years back. He not only replaced the defective pipe, installed a separate shutoff for our irrigation system, which did not exist, we would have to shut of our main water supply the way it was previously installed. All of this takes place on our front walkway to our home. I am a designer by trade and the piping is perfection. He even shined the copper pipe running to our outside hose bib. Professionalism and quality and honesty is what this company offers.
