Description of Work: Carpet cleaning. I have been using Richards ChemDry since 2002 and he has removed every dog accident imaginable (and I'm not kidding)! He has removed red wine--after an entire bottle was knocked over onto the carpet. My carpet is aging and yet it doesn't look its age at all. He does a great job and now carries a spot cleaner for in-between visits that I use as well.

+ -1 moreRICHARDS CHEMDRY STEAM CLEANED 2 SETS OF FURNITURE. THEY WERE REFERRED BY A FRIEND WHO HAD USED THEIR SERVICES. I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS AND INTEND ON BEING A REPEAT CUSTOMER.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY STEAM CLEANED 2 SETS OF FURNITURE FOR US. THERE WERE 2 SOFAS, 2 LOVESEATS, AND 1 RECLINER. ALL OF THE FURNITURE WAS LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD AND HAD A FEW AREAS THAT WERE MODERATELY SOILED. THEY DID A NICE JOB IN PRE-TREATING AND REMOVING THE STAINS. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

Description of Work: RICHARD KNOCKED ON MY DOOR, ASKED ME WHICH 2 ROOMS WERE GETTING CLEANED, AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED FURNITURE MOVED. HE HELPED MOVE THE FURNITURE AND CLEANED MY GREY LOOKING CARPET TO SPARKLING WHITE.
