Very easy & quick. Both Richard & his son Matt were personable & worked quickly & efficiently. I had 3 sofas, chase lounge & 2 chairs cleaned.

Very well and in an hour he was done. Courteous and professional - gave us information about his work and drying instructions.

It went very smoothly. They arrived on time. Completed the cleaning job and added Scotch Guard to the service. They were a very pleasant couple.

Wonderful job, wonderful people, and they just did a great job on the first floor carpet. They were very professional and thorough explained the work that will be done.

These guys are amazing! Flexible, accomodating, responsive....all the pee stains, and years old stains are gone!

Richard and his son did a great job and tried **** ** some very dirty stairs. The carpets look very nice and now I can tell the difference between wear patterns and dirt. I like the chem dry, green cleaning much better than the traditional cleaning. I will be anxious to see if this process stays clean longer. I will use them again.

Richard has always been prompt. He shows up on time and gets right to work. I'm always amazed how quickly our carpets get done!! I especially like ChemDry because the carpets dry much quicker than steam cleaning and our carpets always look great when hes done... We have a dog and and Richard has assured me that the product he uses is perfectly safe for our pet. I highly recommend, we have been a customer for about 15 years!

I've been using Richard's Chem Dry cleaning service for years now...and not just for carpet! This family team also does upholstery and tile and does a quality and thorough job, with flexible hours. Teresa usually answers the phone and is so pleasant to work with...she makes you feel like a valued customer!

Also, Richard and his crew are very reliable and stand by their work. Hire them. You won't be disappointed. I've also had them clean my home carpets for the same reasons.
