It was wonderful! They were on time and they were on bid. They did all the rebate paperwork for us so we did not have to. They cleaned up after the work was done and there was not an ounce of dust let. They were nice and courteous as well. We will be using them again in the future.

It went very well. They didn't find any problems. They didn't charge me for anything extra just the inspection. I was happy and everything was fine. They were very prompt.

Matt is very knowledgeable, pointed out the pluses and minuses of different vent configurations. Installed the new vents and ducts in less than a day. Seemed to go very smoothly, all seams were taped up, and the vents installed neatly. We haven't run the FAU yet, but looks like it should work fine.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and provided an estimate on the spot within 20 min. Installation crew, Mike and Jake were 15 minutes early day of installation, were very clean, and completed project in just one day. I would recommend MauzyAir to anyone looking to replace their central heating & air system.

Replaced filter, cleaned furnace, checked refrigerant levels, and ran system to ensure running properly. Gave us a scare when technician "replaced" our washable/reusable metal frame air filter with a new paper filter. Luckily after calling Mauzy, they told us where he had stashed it so it wasn't an expensive reusable part intot he trash somewhere.

The workman were very efficient and kept the work area neat. They were also professional.

Matt and his crew were all very nice and were in and out quickly. I have seen a noticeable difference in the efficiency of the a/c since the ducts were changed out and also a noticeable decrease in the the a/c usage since the insulation was installed. I highly recommend Mauzy for any heating, a/c, ducting, or insulation work.

Repairs and interactions were very professional. Company answered the phone at 7:30 AM and scheduled the appt for same day. Dispatcher called at the beginning of the window of time that they promised and said that scheduled technician was having trouble on previous job. When I pressed, she contacted another tech who showed up an hour later.

We just got an estimate. The price was on the high side. We did not proceed beyond the estimate.

We called them during the heat wave in August on a Friday. They suggested an appt on Monday, but because we had a conflict that day they squeezed our appt in the very next day, Saturday. They were quick, efficient, forthcoming and gave us an estimate much lower than a competing company. Our new air conditioner works perfectly and kept us comfortable during the hot days of August and September. We highly recommend this company.

They have been great and it was a positive experience overall. I've got no problems with them. They gave us what we wanted and they didn't try to upsell us. We were not pressured into doing what we didn't want to do. We would use them again in the future if needed and we recommend them.

At first, there were issues with the unit, but Mauzy did rectify them. The unit is working fine now.

The job turned out to be more difficult than expected, and the crew foreman had to leave the site early due to a family issue. Thus, the crew had to finish the job without his supervision, and we found some issues with the installation as a result. However, Mauzy was very responsive and corrected the issues without reservation.

Mauzy Heating and Air Conditioning was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. From start to finish, from the first phone call to the contractors and installers actually working and walking out the door I was extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I first got an estimate from Mauzy when we bought our house in December 2009. After 2 years and 3 cold winters, we finally broke down and decided to replace our broken furnace. I called up Matt Mauzy in December 2011 and he honored his original estimate, even though the cost of the furnace unit had increased. The installers showed up on time and worked on the furnace for a few hours. They were a little rough around the edges, and one smelled like he had a cigarette every time he went outside, but they were friendly and respectful. They encountered a bit of trouble hooking up the thermostat, resulting in a few holes in the wall, but it was nothing that we couldn't patch and repaint.

Mauzy arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job, and the system runs more smoothly now.
