IM Detailing

Wow. I wish I could give Israel an A+. We used his services because of all the rave reviews on Angie's List, and he lived up to his sterling reputation. We called mid-week for an appointment, and here he is on a Friday! SO glad he was able to come on such short notice since I'm having a baby next Thursday, and we wanted our car deep-cleaned before then. It has never been detailed (purchased in 2004). Israel enthusiastically expressed that he wanted to do an extra awesome job because of our expected little one and assured us that his products and services were environmentally-friendly. Perfect! He arrived early and spent three hours on my car. His work truck really was sparkling clean and organized (!) as some other reviews mentioned. That's a terrific sign of someone who's conscientious and detailed-oriented. Israel was also extremely professional, warm, and courteous -- a consummate professional and a down-to-earth family guy. It's obvious that he enjoys his work and takes pride in in it, aiming to please his customers and educate them, rather than preying on people's ignorance. My car now looks fantastic!! Israel got the food stains and smell (!) out of my upholstery and told me that if any spots re-appeared after the fabric dried, to call him tomorrow and he would come and fix it. I am very impressed with his commitment to quality and follow-through. The car looks so awesome now that I told my husband I never want to eat in it again in order to preserve its present beauty (!) -- which is ironic, because now the car is actually clean enough to eat off of. :-D Some extras and perks that I totally didn't expect: -- He removed the melted black plastic tracks on my windows (from not rolling them down very often); I've tried to clean them many times myself in the past but didn't get anywhere. He also fixed the long length of drooping fabric that had detached from my car roof interior. Both these details have been annoying me for a long time. They made my car look lame and ratty, but Israel fixed them easily!-- He removed the ugly, long, white paint scratches on my driver door left by someone who did a scrape-and-run in a parking lot while I was grocery shopping. Israel turned the awful into awesome!!-- He popped out a little dent on the front side of my car. Nice!! We are SO impressed with Israel and his work. We'll definitely recommend him to our friends and will go to him with any future car-detailing needs.

I wanted to detail my husbands car as a surprise for him. So, I called Israel on Wednesday morning and he took me on very short notice - 2 days later. He did a 2003 Highlander which had never been detailed. He came to my home and completely cleaned out the car. He vacumed it, shampooed the seats and carpet and mats, completely cleaned the interior, washed and waxed the exterior, cleaned the engine, cleaned the wheels, rims, and wheel wells, and cleaned the headlights as they had that foggy look to it. It looks brand new!! He worked on it for 4 hours and 20 minutes. He did forget to do the arm rests which were in the upright position so it was easy to miss them, but he came back out today and did them... and then did a once-over on the car again to make sure everything was clean and I was satisfied. He is very thorough and very professional. He even gave me a few tips on maintaing the car and what kind of car wash places to use, etc. etc. He provides a very good service. It was so very much worth the price for all the work he did and the time that he spent. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

I had to travel to rural CA within 2 days of buying a new car....my brand new car became dusty, dirty and full of dead bugs. I was so saddened by its dirty state. Israel came and cleaned my car and restored it back to its perfect new car state so that I could finally enjoy the newness of my car once and for all!!! Thanks so much Israel!!Lynn in La Mesa

Israel was the epitome of professionalism. He took me on short notice (3 days). Israel showed up exactly on time and explained everything he was going to the car. He was very nice and professional - didn't speak down to me because I was a woman - and treated me with a lot of respect (which I very much appreciated). He did an INCREDIBLE job - my car looked like it just came off the lot (it's 3 years old)! I was really impressed with how much care and effort Israel put into detailing the car. I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends, neighbors and co-workers. He is flexible and seems to really enjoy his work. I am planning on using his services every 6 months as my car manufacturer recommends. If you want your car detailed right and WELL, go with Israel - you won't be disappointed.

I sent an email to Israel through Angie's List and received an return email shortly after. We were able to schedule the job for a few days later; he moved another client from a morning to an afternoon appointment so that I could have the morning appointment. He arrived on time and the job took about 2.5 hours. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use his services again.

He responded quickly to my phone call, arrived promptly the next morning, and made the car look better than I had hoped. His price was as he quoted even though it took longer than expected and he even did the headlights on my son's car for free! I highly recommend Israel's Mobile Detailing; I will definitely use him again.

Outstanding. This word pretty much sums up my response to Israel’s detailing of my Lexus IS 350. Israel doesn’t walk through his work he almost dances. He moves fast and with assurance – a product of much experience and skill. He leaves NO detail unattended and his pride in his work is not that of a workman but, - an artist. Outstanding!

Israel first cam over and detailed our 2010 Buick Lacross that had some tree sap on it. He did such an outstanding job we had him come back the next week to do our 2005 Corvette. He is very polite, punctual, professional and knowledgable. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He has been doing it 15 years, does it himself and loves what he does. His large truck is very well equiped and he uses top Grade supplies. Recommend him highly!

After finding Israel on Angie's List, I called him to schedule an appointment. He said he usually takes two to three hours to complete his work and scheduled his next opening four days down the road. Two days before the appt. he called to verify the appointment and give a closer approximation to the actual arrival time. He arrived ahead of schedule and we had to make some mino adjustments to the location of the task as the RV park I was in wouldn't allow vendors who hadn't been pre-approved into the park. We moved the location just outside the park, which wasn't a problem for Israel as his truck is self-contained. He completed his detailing iin just over two hours, calling me about 10 minutes beforehand. He accepts cash or check. He is a pleasant go-getter whom I will use again.

I found Israel on Angies List. I asked him to detail my 1970 Volkswagen Camper Bus. Now, please understand, this was not a usual request. I purchased the bus last month after it had been sitting in the High Desert several years. It had never been cleaned and literally had thick desert sand and dirt throughout the interior. Israel didn't blink. We settled on the price and he went to work. He spent several hours cleaning and restoring the interior. Many of the wooden camper surfaces needed special attention, and the fabric was brittle from time and heat. Israel took great care and pride cleaning every nook and cranny inside the vehicle. I fully plan to call him back to do the exterior, once I complete the mechanical work on the bus. I highly recommend Israel for all your detailing needs. Since this work was done a month ago, I do not remember the exact amount I paid. I just remember it was a great value for the money.

I called Israel after seeing his reviews on AL. He answered immediately and was able to come detail the interior within a couple hours. He actually was able to come earlier than the appointment time. He was VERY friendly and professional. I left shortly after he arrived to go to lunch. By the time I came back, he was done and the interior looked better than when I bought the car 2 months ago! I would recommend Israel to everyone!

I was very impressed with his mobile setup. Not your average pickup truck based detailer, Israel has a large truck that he works out of that is fully self contained and spotless. When he was done, the water spots were history and the car gleamed like new. He asked me if I knew that the car had had previous paint work done on it and showed me three distintive telltale signs on my car. This was invaluable information as it will help me make an informed decision later if I decide to but the car. (I recently assumed a lease on it). I will be using him again.

He was prompt, professional and very likable

I've used him twice and he was great. He was prompt and thorough. The first time I used him it was kind of a borderline emergency and he accommodated me. I liked his attitude. The price was a real good value. He was actually early. I will use him again.

Everything looked new when Israel was done. Fabulous job. He even arrived a little early. Notably, I had scheduled him on short notice, and he was able to work me in right after coming off vacation. I contacted Israel based on his Angie's list rating. I was not disappointed! Scheduling the service was easy and he arrived a few minutes early. He is totally self-contained and required nothing from me (not even a soda). He worked very hard for just under 3 hours and left no surface of my vehicle untouched! Israel uses green materials and I can say that the car has never looked better. He even managed to remove a few scratches. I was very pleased with the entire experience. My neighbors were also impressed and asked for his card. I fully expect to see him in our neighborhood again!

I obtained the services of Israel Ruizs' IM Detailing after reading the excellent reviews of his service on Angie's List. I am glad I did. To start things off he was punctual. Arriving 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. He was friendly and courteous. Next, he is extremely detail oriented. His truck equipment and cleaning supplies are laid out and organized in a neat and orderly fashion in an enclosed step van. He is also completely self-contained providing his own water and compressor for power. Now let me get to the services provided. Israel busily went to work vacuuming, cleaning, polishing, and waxing our car paying attention to the smallest detail. The overall process took approximately 3 hours. My car had not been detailed in over four years. Israel transformed our 2003 Honda CRV into what now looks like a brand-new car. I had to leave before the job was completed, but Israel went for a complete walk-through with my wife to make sure she was totally satisfied with the job. Satisfaction guaranteed is his motto. Israel is the consummate professional. He is what the definition exemplifies: 1. An expert with specialized knowledge who is a master in the field in which one is practicing professionally. 2. Someone who exemplifies high-quality work, service,and ethics. Would I use Israel again... Absolutely. Would I recommend his service... the answer is an unequivocal Yes. P.S. Almost forgot to mention that we have a dog who sheds. I never thought he would get all the dog hair removed. Now, no one would ever know we have a dog.

After an initial scheduling glitch, Israel called back to reschedule our appointment to detail the interior and exterior of my Toyota Tundra. Israel showed up promptly as scheduled. This being our first face to face contact, I found him to be very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Israel's business is completely self contained - water, power, etc. - and after a review of the truck and the work I desired, he immediately set to work. The entire process took approximately 3 hours. The truck looks fantastic both inside and out. The engine compartment looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and the finish is smooth as glass. Considering the quality of Israel's work I wouldn't hesitate to hire him in the future. In fact, I'm curious to see what kind of magic he can work on my wife's 11 year old Expedition. I'll let you know how that turns out!

I would rate his work excellent in every respect. I have never had a detailer do as good a job as he did.

He is very good. I can't remember how much he charged me, but it was reasonable. They just try to make sure you are happy with the work and won't leave you unless you are totally satisfied with what they are doing. They are very professional on a personal level. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

Israel arrived on time. He worked for close to three hours detailing my 2003 Honda Accord. It had never had a complete detailing ,but when Israel was through it looked like new inside and out and even under the hood. For detailing, he's your man

Israel arrived promptly and spent three hours completely detailing my 2006 Corolla. It is red and now looks like a new car. He explained what he was doing, what he could help with, things that were outside of his routine price. Israel gives a lot of attention to detail - very thorough job. SInce my car is in good shape, the back seats very rarely used, no interior scratches, $185, seemed like a bit much, but I am naive as to the cost of car detailing. I have already recommended him to two friends.

A couple months after returning from a 4000 mile road-trip vacation, I decided to get my SUV detailed when it didn't get clean from running it through automated car washes. I have never used detailing services before, so I checked Angie's List to find a mobile detailer who would come all the way out to my home located in the mountains east of San Diego. After reading the positive reviews of Israel's service, I called him. He was very friendly and professional, so I made an appointment with him. He called to confirm our appointment the day prior, and arrived at my house exactly when he promised. He spent 3 hours on the detailing, and my 2001 vehicle now looks better than it ever has. I'm impressed Isreal even got off the numerous baked-on bugs that covered the grill, bumper and mirrors. If you are looking for a mobile detailer who is professional in all aspects and takes pride in his work, then look no further - call Israel!
