Excellent, professional, knowledgeable service. The provider arrived with all materials and equipment, including his own water supply to do a complete job. My vehicle had cladding on the exterior which required special products. He cleaned my engine compartment beautifully. I definitely will use this service again and have recommended this service to others.

He was on time and did an excellent job. The car looks beautiful inside and out. The he was able to get the stains out of my mats, the mats are original, the car is a 1999 :-) He cleaned the build-up on my lens, I can see better at night now...thank you! It didn't take all day either, which can be the case sometimes when you drop your car off at a storefront. I like the convenience of having the detail person come to me. He finished sooner than expected. Would recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic job! Israel not only showed up on time but early (like 7 am - I wasn't even out of bed yet). He showed up with his son as his helper - I think his regular employees had the day off - and even his kid did a great job. I think he was done in a little more than an hour and the inside of the truck, the carpets, mats, and seats all look brand new. He even got out stains that initially he wasn't sure would fully come out. Will definitely use again for my own car as a gift to myself in the future! Highly recommended! Cost was $125 and worth every penny, gave him a tip on top of that.

Israel was thorough, fast and professional. Israel was very accommodating and cleaned our family car with regard to every detail. He took into account what our needs were and exceeded our expectations from cleaning fogged up headlights, washing our upholstery, to waxing a desperately needed paint. Great work and highly recommended for the price!

The cost was $275 or $300 for two cars for total detail and wax. We are going to use them again. Every three months, they are going to come out.

Don't let your car go too long between waxes. Loved that he comes right to you. Very clean trailer that is self contained. Awesome!!!

It went great. Hard to get all that stucco off, but he did a great job. Looks fantastic and Israel worked hard to make it as clean as possible. Perfect wax job and cleaned the engine compartment. Great attention to detail and very concerned with my satisfaction!

Wow. Israel and Marco are amazing. I have had mobile detailing and professional detailing at the dealer in the past, but after seeing the metamorphosis of my car today, I will never use anyone else ever again! I have a 2007 Highlander that has been trashed by my two children. The back seats were once cream colored and before IM detailing, they were just covered in dirt and food and nastiness. Carseats and boosters did a number on them, too. Yesterday one of my children got sick in the back seat and I had no choice but to have the car seriously cleaned. My husband found IM Detailing on Angie's list and gave Israel a call. He was willing to come out the next day (Sat.) and gave us a quote over the phone. My husband even arranged for his car to be done simultaneously. The "detailing" of his car and the "refurbishing" of mine took both men almost 4 hours. Israel stood by his quote and didn't try to charge us extra (even with the horrible state of my car.) The best part is that my car actually looks like new. I don't know how they did it. I am just feeling so happy that we found them!! I highly recommend IM detailing.

Without question, the best auto detailing around. Israel made our 15+yr old SUV and 10+yr old stationwagon look like new. He was able to remove almost all of the oxidation that had developed over the years and make it shine. He managed to buff out scratches on both vehicles and polished the tires, plastic parts, lights, etc. The interior detailing was equally impressive. He was able to remove every carpet stain and build up of 'gunk' on the leather seats and dash. We were amazed at the results. In addition, he is extremely accommodating - we were able to leave our cars with him at his location since we live in a neighborhood that doesn't allow vehicle washing. He's extremely nice, professional, and does incredible work, all at reasonable prices. We will be using him again.

It came out looking new! The exterior had multiple surface scratches that all disappeared after the detail. The car looked amazing both inside and out. The service provided was excellent and I would highly recommend Israel for your detailing needs.

Israel and his assistant arrive on time as always. They provide a complete cleaning service to the vehicle inside and out including windows and tires. Israel comes each two weeks on schedule and cleans both our cars at $30 each. The vehicles look like new and stay that way. He is prompt, reliable, trustworthy and honest. He knows cars and he knows how to take car of them. His service always exceeds expectations. He treats your vehicle like it was his own and advises about potential problems before they happen. My wife has a hard-to-maintain "midnight blue" Mercedes that looks like it just rolled into the dealer's showroom after every service, but so does my 2011white Subaru Outback. He can provide a complete detail and/or waxing at your request. He's the best I've found in the car cleaning business. He uses a pressure washing process that uses very little water -- there's almost no runoff!

Israel performed the detailing job himself. Courteous and professional, Israel scheduled the appointment on a weekend. He sent a reminder text to my phone a few days prior to the appointment and kept me informed of his arrival time. Total time detailing the vehicle was approximately 3+ hours. The detailing even included cleaning the engine compartment and and for a nominal fee, restoring my headlights. My truck looked immaculate once the detailing was complete. I have already purchased a gift certificate for my wife's vehicle for her birthday present. Would highly recommend Israel's service to friends and family.

Israel detailled to two vehicles vehicles for me. He did a great job (he went above and beyon what I whatI expected)!

I found Mr. Ruiz on Angie's List and was impressed by the comments of his customers. My 'new' car is a used 2014 and I want to keep it in top condition. The experience was excellent and the service professional, from start to finish. All communications were quick and easy. He answered the phone when I called and an appt was available in the near future. He followed up to confirm ahead of the appt, and called the same morning to ask if he could arrive early. He made an imed inspection of car, int & ext. Then took me on a walk-around: reviewing my needs, his detail services, and pointing out what he found - the few nicks, flaws and scratches and how he would correct them. Israel and his assistant set to work without delay. He provides all of his own supplies, equipment, water and power in a compact, orderly step-up truck that easily fit at curb (my driveway/street is tight). I was impressed with his depth of knowledge and attention to his craft. He focused on the out-of-sight details as much as the easy-to-admire overall appearance. Without stopping work, he readily answered questions, and shared helpful advice/recommendations based on his years of experience. At one point, he handed me a clean towel to set on the finished wax and it promptly slid right off the car. Israel quickly put it in the 'used' bin simply because it had touched the pavement and may have picked up grit. When done, in the promised time, we again went over the car together. The scratches and nicks had disappeared. It looked amazing, better than the day I bought it. I texted Israel with a maintenance question the next day and I got a quick reply.. I am thrilled with the car's appearance and have arranged for regularly scheduled detail services. I can highly recommend Israel Ruiz and I-M-Detailing for your car.. It's been 2 months since the detail, and the car still looks amazing. I was alarmed when it rained the very next day, but the water flew off the fresh wax, leaving no water marks behind. 80 days on, and rain/condensation still beads up on the wax and whisks off as soon as I hit the road. He had recommended tinting, it looks great.. Maintenance, such as it is, has been easy. I still highly recommend I-M-Detailing and plan to stick with my scheduled service. ...

I have been using the services of Israel's Mobile Detailing for many years. When he is done with my cars they look like they were just driven off the new car lot. Why do I continue to use Isreal? Because he is friendly, courteous, punctual, and most important extremely detail oriented. From the way his enclosed step van-truck equipment and professional cleaning supplies are laid out to providing his own water and compressor for power. As he works on the cars you can clearly see he really takes pride in his work. He pays attention to the smallest detail when he is cleaning, polishing, and waxing our cars. Israel is the consummate professional with the specialized knowledge, skills, and experience to keep me coming back to Israel's Mobile Detailing when it's time to gey my cars detailed. Like the commercil says, "accept to substitutes". This is why he is the only person I will allow to detail my cars.

This was one of the most professional services I've ever been provided, from the first contact on. Israel promptly returned my initial phone call, came right on time to the appointment, and the detailing work was fantastic. My Fiat has a convertible top, and after two years, the inside of the top was gray and grimy from road dirt, dust, oil, etc. He got every bit of the grime off. My car looks brand new. And my husband, notoriously hard to please, was so impressed that he scheduled Israel on the spot to come detail his car. We both are very, very pleased, and we look forward to using this company in the future. I highly, highly recommend Israel's Mobile Detailing!

i called on Friday afternoon, he arrived as promised Saturday afternoon. He took about a half hour to remove the stain completely, left the car spic and span and gave me a couple of business cards. He comes with one assistant in a large, well-equipped van that is spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to use his company, which is known as "I?M Detailing" on any auto detailing task. He knows his stuff and gets it done fast.

EXCELLENT job. He called prior to scheduled time because he was "running early" to see if he could come about 30min before scheduled time and it did work out for us as well. He was very thorough... he was initially hesitant about scheduling a total detail as rain was in the forecast but agreed to the job when I told him I needed it done this weekend and the car would be garaged.

Leather was cleaned and conditioned, carpets shampooed, all interior trim was cleaned. Scratches on the exterior were removed. The car looked and felt like new. We will have him back to do the second car.

Excellent! I don't remember his name (it was several years ago) but he was professional, punctual and did an excellent job!! I would highly recommend.

Israel did his usual fantastic job. He washes the cars every two weeks. Every six months we have the cars detailed. He always does a five star job. If there are any defects or problems, he points them out to you. If he can fix them, he does. He is much better than your neighborhood car wash. He actually cares about his work, taking lots of pride in what he does. We recommend him to all our friends.
