Description of Work: I contacted the company on a Sunday morning and had a phone call within 20 minutes of sending my initial inquiry. I hired Israel right away. He was professional, and able to give me a rough estimate over the phone (a worse case scenario). While he came in under that estimate he went above and beyond in his work. I had purchased new hub caps for the car being detailed only to find out the tire bolts needed to be removed to install the new hub caps. Israel took the extra time needed to help me get all 4 on. He did so without complaint. I will use him again in the future and have already recommended him to my dad. I will be recommending him to the management at work for our fleet cars/trucks. Israel even followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok and I was happy with the service. I could not have asked for better work, service, and quality. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Better than expected!!! Actually didn't really get to use Israel for detailing my car but he did ended up providing us with a very, valuable expertise assistance in repairing our dashboard that was damage by car wash while left out on the sun to be hand/towel dry; extremely hot/humid day. It had gotten so hot, the dashboard was sticky & gooey when touched. So when it was wiped, it left wiped marks on it. Isreal had known about this problem for Lexus' dashboards before since one of his customers had -had the same problem & ended up getting theirs replaced by the mfg. Just fyi for Lexus owners, there's an extended cosmetic warranty recall on some models regarding melting dashboards, & mine was one of them. Can't thank Isreal ENOUGH for his advice! So will DEFINITELY be calling him back to get our Lexus detailed once the mfg replaces our dashboard. I'm sure he'll do a GREAT job:)

 + -1 moreI called Israel the week prior and he suggested that he provide a quote on site since it was an old vehicle and recently painted and we weren't sure of the quality of the paint job. We scheduled a time and date and he said he would call and reconfirm on Monday which he did. Israel arrived on time and was fully equipped to complete the work including water. We agreed on a price and he spent several hours detailing my van/camper. Except for occasional vacuuming and wash/waxing the van had not been thoroughly clean since 1987. It's amazing what he accomplished in a few hours. The interior looks immaculate. This is a guy, as another review described, who is thorough and meticulous...He wouldn't leave unless I was satisfied and I am extremely happy with his service. Len Angle

 + -1 moreI found IMD on Angie's list and called. Israel answered the phone, was EXTREMELY professional and we scheduled for today. He was running early and called to ask if it was ok to show up earlier than we had scheduled (which was fine). He has a truck which contains everything he needs (water, electricity, etc.). He inspected the car and talked about what he would do and then he got to work. It took him 4 hours and the car looks better than when I bought it new. I am getting ready to sell this car, and of course I want top dollar, so the detailing is important. He cleaned the engine, engine compartment, even inside the gas cap compartment. We plan on having him back to work on my husband's Harley motorcycle and our two other vehicles. I have never had a detail look so good!!! What a find!

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with the work that Israel did. He was very personable and took a lot of pride in his work. He is very organized and brings all his equipment in a trailer and works hard to get the car to look its best. The beige upholstery was very dirty after years of wear and I was surprised how great it turned out with Israel's thorough cleaning...he even cleaned the seat belts that had gotten caught in the door and had black marks on them. Everything looked great and I was impressed that our car could look so good. He aims to please and also told me to feel free to call him if I saw something he missed--I didn't.
Description of Work: I called to get a quote and he returned my call very quickly. He came two days later and detailed our car inside and out with special attention to cleaning the upholstery that had never been cleaned before.

 + -1 moreI have seen Israel detailing cars all over my neighborhood. I caught him last-minute while he was cleaning a neighbor's SUV. He was happy to take on my car last-minute and was working on it within a couple hours. He did a meticulous cleaning of the leather, carpets, dash, trim, etc, as well as a full wash and wax on the exterior. He even buffed out some light scratches in the paint that I mentioned after he had finished up. My car has never looked as clean as it does now. I'm a car guy, and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him.
