Description of Work: For being around for so long, Roto-Rooter is still great! This was NOT an emergency (clogged laundry drain), but any other recommended plumber couldn't get out for a week. The only disappointing thing was they price was approximately 30% more......

Description of Work: Leak in water line at the connection to the meter. Losing about two gallons an hour. They came out and put in a new connection. Took some time working in a cramped space but no more leak!

Description of Work: Component on my GE water heater gave out. Technician came on a Saturday morning, right on time. (There was no extra charge for weekend work, which was very nice.) GE had sent me the replacement part, but the tech had all his own equipment. Tech explained that these water heaters are notoriously bad quality and recommended better ones. He didn't pressure me to get a new one, just gave me the information. He worked quickly and neatly and got the job done.

Description of Work: Called out to unplug a storm drain. Technician set up equipment and attempted to clean out drain but failed due to extensive tree roots in line. After breaking two bits, we gave up and decided that a new drain line would need to be installed.
